Enter Captain Osion
It'd seem his attack would not make contact despite the minuscule amount of distance between them. If this was Osion this Zeed would be dead, but this was a nobody. And just like his comrades he'd be killed off by this despicable fiend. Upon the reinforcements arriving Zeed would've already been gone, in the alleyway. Despite the sandstorm now devastating the city and raging to no end they'd collect the bodies of the three fallen soldiers and retreat into a building. They had proper attire for this type of weather, same as the Marines. It was just to speak with Captain Osion they'd need to be in a place without, well, high winds and sand going into their mouths.
"Hmm, this is bad." The Female Marine would say as she gazed out into the whirling beast going on outside. All those that they wanted to attend the auction were here. So, they didn't have to worry about the weather keeping anyone from getting here. The four-story building was well guarded despite the weather, and would stay that way. They had many things here they didn't wish to be accidentally missed placed.
"So, when do we start?" A old, and somewhat tired, raspy voice would ask from behind. The Female Marine would turn around and immediately recognize who it was.
"Soon, things are still being set up. They should though be serving the first course on the second floor, if you are hungry."
"No, no, no. I don't feel like being bothered by those fools right now."
"Then you are welcome to stay here with me."
Who the Female Marine Officer spoke to was the sponsor of this auction. This was just his building but the staff currently here, aside from the Marines, were also all his. This Man was also a very important and prominent figure here on Sandy Island. Though, he didn't have any ties to the royal family he knew them personally. Loved by all was this Man, as he did everything out of the kindness of his heart. No matter who it was to or for. The two would speak until it was time for the auction, which took place in a hour. They were on the fourth floor or the top floor of the building where many of the items were or had been. The auction would be held on the third floor. Whilst many other things were held on the others. As the amount of people that have soon up ranged into the hundreds, two-hundred-twelve to be exact. Out of that only twenty were Marines. On the first floor, at both the entrances, stoop two Marines. They had he wooden doors locked and didn't plan on opening them. All of the rest were scattered through the building. Yes, it was a small amount of Marines but even with that Ensign Rose could get into contact with Captain Osion at anytime. She, though, did not plan to do such a thing as this auction would go smoothly and she can get her promotion.
"That is an Order." Captain Osion would calmly bark into his baby den den mushi. What he did was tell those reinforcements to leave the bodies for now and head back here. They didn't want to leave comrades but they would. As Osion explained that if they didn't stop Zeed now there would be more bodies of not only their friends but Innocent civilians as well. He also did not pull back the group at the docks, even with the weather like this. They though take cover inside a building right next to the long road that lead to where Captain Osion was. Though they should be serious they weren't. They doubted that if a Fishman really was a enemy that partner with Zeed they wouldn't come out in this sandstorm. They knew after all of this they'd have to help fix this dock up. And known of them wanted that.
