A Sight to RememberEarlier that morning when the sun was just raising into the sky of Alabasta. A young man, and his father decide to go fishing far away from the ports of Alabasta. It was an area that people normally don't go fishing at but the young man father insist that they should go. The small row boat was big enough to fit about 3 people.
That very same small row boat departed from the docks, and set sail for the coast of Alabasta it was still early morning around about 7:00 am. After a few minutes they have found the spot, and begin to prepare to fish as the boat sat along the surface of the water it slowly begin to drift.

The young boy had said,"Father why have you brought us out here so far away from the island? Didn't you hear the rumors father for a lot of people have been going missing?" The boy had glance at his father whom didn't say nothing. After a few seconds have pass, his father had replied,"Maybe the rumors are true maybe they aren't. I taught you long ago that believe not what you heard but what you can see." The young man had ponder on his father words for a minute suddenly a minute turn into 2 minutes then the young boy put behind his foolish attempt to reason with his father.
The water was calm, and both man have been sitting for about 20 minutes now they both had poor luck with fishing today.You can say their luck wasn't as good as his father had foretold it would be. They only have caught one fish so far. Unfortunately for them the little luck they had was about to get turn for the worst. Because not to far from them was the sleeping Wotan known as Cetus nickname Oceanus or The Greatest. The water was about 100 meter deep, and Cetus was resting along a large coral reef that nearly breach the surface of the water the reef was 14 meters from the surface. Thus Cetus is easily able to spot the boat as it was within range of him, and his sight. The water was murky for those who not equip for looking into the water. But for those whom have the pleasure to live in this habitat these conditions was normal for the inhabitants of the water. For this very reason Cetus was able to see clearly under water just as good as a human who is able to see clearly on the surface world. But Cetus was indeed sleep so he wasn't aware of the potential meal just above him how long that last is up to both the fisher man, and Cetus himself.
You see Cetus is the reason why missing other fisherman have gone missing in fact he was also the reason why there have been a small shortage of fish in the surrounding area. The local government haven't told the citizen of the on going investigate due to not wanting to start a panic so this development was need to know because no much information was on the matter. Anyway the young lad had decide to cast out his fisher rod unfortunately the hook caught onto Cetus massive arm which led the sharp tool piercing the arm of Cetus. Lucky for the fisherman the hook that just pierce Cetus right arm didn't wake him. But if the young lad continue to pull on Cetus it may cause him to wake up which wouldn't be good for them.
The young lad who is now identified as Josh attempt to wheel in his fishing rod. Unfortunately it wouldn't give which means it was stuck or fish was on the other end. Glancing out at the general area where the string lead too Josh could see several bubble surfacing these bubble was from Cetus who is heavy snorer, and due to that you could see more clearly air bubbles.Josh had swiftly decide that what was on the other end was none other then a fish, and possible a very big one.
Without wasting any time Josh call out to his father saying,"Dad I think I got a big one! Help me wheel it in please before it get away." The father had nodded in approval as he made his way other to his son position. The small roat boat they was on was approximately 3 meters long, 2 meter wide, and made of entirely of wood. More importantly they was exactly 8 meters away from Cetus general location, and Cetus was only 5 meters deep in the water. After a few seconds the tugging of the string had cause the hook to cut deeper into Cetus skin. Which was pretty much dragging along Cetus right arm.
The unpleasant feeling awoken Cetus the result of him awaking by force wouldn't be pleasant. It took Cetus nothing but a few seconds to identify the hook, and the small boat that was only 8 meter or so away from him.The pain of the human instrument wasn't as bad it could be due to Cetus massive size which was 37.5 feet tall. With his massive body he could surely do some heavy damage to even a big ship. It didn't take long for Cetus to identify the fishing rod as a human weapon which pissed him off even more.What was currently important to him was dealing with the humans who dare not only to awake him of his sleep but impale him with an small hook.
The father had said,"Here you though that you no fish was going to be over here.Josh and his father continue too wheel in what they though was a fish.,Damnit Josh! It not budging at all... I am beginning to think it may not be worth the trouble.
As for Cetus due to the continue tugging of the string it had cause the hook to continue to drag across his arm. The hook was about 1 inch deep, and due to dragging of the fishing rod Josh, and his dad it have already inflict a 2 inch long wound. The result would be catastrophic as Cetus grew tired of this development he wrap his right forearm along the line, and pull with all his might.
The result cause both Josh, and his father to be drag in. Unfortunately for them the line the rod use was able to withstand such stress, and due to Josh, and his father not balance resulted in them being pull in the water by Cetus. What happen next was unbelieveable there was a brief number of splashs, yells and bubles.
Then after a few seconds the general area was fill with pools of blood then suddenly several chunk of body parts float to the top of the surface. I guess you can say that they was devour alive, what was left was pieces of their body that Cetus didn't want to eat. Shortly after a massive hand surfaces, and smash the small row boat which pretty much cause the boat to sink due to the massive power of the limb.
A few hour later the clear blue sky stretch across Nanohana skies. It was a beautiful day the people along the port enjoyed their daily activities as citizens of Alabasta. The sun have already reach the highest point in the sky which was around noonish{12:00pm}. The water crash against the docks of Alabasta it was high tide so the water was fairly high. The dock stretch for 40 meters, and was 10 meter wide to the left of the docks was water, underneath the docks was water, and to the right was solid crust which stretch for miles.
The dock was made up of entirely of treat wood, and it was 2 meter thick, and the docks is in need of repairs due to harsh environment, and continue use of it. But it able to withstand a decent amount of weight 4,000 pounds at any moment. Regardless the citizens of Alabasta continue the daily routines as if it was just another day. But that wasn't the case no ships was docks along the docks, and if you looking out into the water you could see chunks of wood, body parts,and blood floating along the dock area.
One unfortunate little girl was the first to witness this development, and quickly scream out in fear. As for Cetus he had already made his way over to the docks, and he was currently under the docks. The water was 30 meters deep, and Cetus massive body hide itself deep within the water at the 14 meter mark.- Cetus Info:

"What a boring walk" Is the general feeling and thought running through Zeeds mind, he had been walking towards the docks for hours on end now with his destination nowhere in site. Boredom permeated his thoughts as he slowly edged on in his journey something he actively seeked to correct with hunts and swordplay yet there were no suitable targets in the flowing sands of Alabasta and only so much patience for continued silence and swordplay."How boring" Once again Zeed sighed out these words in frustration yet his patience bore fruit as he could see the beginnings of the sea over the sands spelling his closeness to the docks and end to his boredom. Just then a piercing scream filled the silence of the sands seaming to originate from the docks, not being in any particular chance to the help the girl but itching for at least something to entertain him Zeed rushed towards the docks at an increased speed.
"Huh seems i came a bit late" Said Zeed as he came to a halt observing the docks and the situation before him, apparently some monster and had forgot to eat his left overs as the body of water before him had an obvious red tinge with questionable body parts floating just above the service. Zeed had Questions that needed to be answered, mainly to cure his interest, and it seems his luck was looking up because the girl who he assumed did the screaming because of her stunned expression was still at the docks. "So whats the problem brat? Monster got your family?" Zeed asked and as he suspected no answer was given forth i guess thats fair considering he wasnt very nice but in his defense he doesn't really care, once again silenced reigned for a few moments year before Zeed got fed up and decided to ask the water itself, could be a chance its intelligent right? "Yo sea monster you down there"

OceanusA uncontrollable desire erupted in the pit of Cetus stomatch a desire of blood, and conflict. Yup that's correct the the fishman known as Cetus was about to make his move his victims shall forever know his name. In fact everyone would know of his overwhelming strenght as a member Wotan race. The stench of humans could be heavily smell even from the depth Cetus was at. The man known as Zeed was just above Cetus who was just 17 meter beanath the dock area if you factor in 3 meter thick dock.
Without wasting any time Cetus begin to stealthy swim out from underneath the dock, and position himself just 5 meters from the dock itself(at the time Zeed question the little girl). As he swim he remain at the depth of 14 meters until he reach the 5 meter mark once he reach 5 meter mark he had begin to surface making sure his massive body breach the surface of the water.
Since he was in water his massive body was already hydrate, and thus he was he is as tall as 37.5 feet tall. Cetus is very muscular individual as is the rest of his body. Cetus is significantly more monstrous then usually, as his eyes and mouth is more larger, distorting the other features of his face. Above all his weighs a wooping 9,000ibs more importantly as his body surface only from the nipples on up was seen. The rest of his body remain hidden underneath the water as he continue to tread to kept a float.
As he surface he had kept his eyes on docks so any funny businesses maybe he could react in timely manner. Any way as Cetus surface the water around the docks begin to violently crash against the docks as it was the testament of his massive size. Cetus had already begin to surface at the time Zeed had question the sea.
Once Cetus rise out of water not fully but up to the point that his nipples could be seen he had let out a savage roar. One that would surely shake the very foundation of citizen of Alabasta beliefs . Cetus had call out saying," Flithy monkeys which one shall be the first I shall devour?"
Upon Cetus appearance it had cause a small panic people begin to run away from the docks. Well the ones whom had sense but not everyone is that smart. That is unfortunate for them but wonderful for Cetus though it truly is wonderful as he love breaking human spirit as he dislike the inferior race of people. - Cetus Info:

huh quite unexpected but a sea monster really did raise out of the sea and boy is he a big bastard reaching about 37 feet in height, looking quite monstrous in appearance. The sheer size and appearance of the monster immediately sent the surrounding people into panicked frenzy, as if it couldn't get any worse the monster started to speak. Realizing the immediate threat and feeling excited at the fight Zeed transformed into his hybrid form his body becoming monstrous in size itself and snake like with scales and a tail replacing his legs, now with his transformation finished Zeed stood at his own giant size of 30 feet yet still smaller than the monster in front of him. The urge to rush the monster in a blitz attack is strong however Zeed recognized the disadvantage he was at right now being so close to water, Taking out his sword "Eto" in his left hand and the dagger "Fang" In his Left hand he positioned Eto in the front of his body while he positioned the right hand holding Fang near his chest, the blade pointing away from him.

OceanusThe water drip from the board shoulders of Cetus. Cetus bright yellow eyes carefully examine the docks as he begin to mentally calculate the distance from his position to the docks. Unfortunately as he state in the previous appearance only a proportion of his body surface{Again only up too his nipples}. Therefore those who examine Cetus would only see a proportion of his massive body as the rest remain hidden under water continuing the task of keeping him afloat by treading. The Wotan massive body would only be reveal as a trump card.
The panicking of the crowd was like music to Cetus ears the fact that each human shown both the instinct to live, and fear was remarkable feat. Regardless due to poor entrance he was face with chasing down his food which wasn't a turn on to him. Cetus understood combat all to well , and he knew abandoning his position of advantage to chase small fries isn't worth the hassle or effort. Besides he knew the local government would heard of this development, and dispatch a unit to deal with the issue not that he was scare of this development. He just want to be control of this scenario. The man known as Zeed called out to Cetus in a disrespectful manner pretty much calling him a "monster." That statement didn't set very well with Cetus matter of fact the human dare speak to such a superior being without respect is asking for his death.
After Zeed had finish speaking{"Got a name monster"} for some strange reason Zeed body begin to morph. To whatever reason seems to be a humanoid snake Cetus mind begin to wrap his head around this development as he begin to think to himself,"A human monkey who have strange abilities..... I need more info...
I guess it won't be a waste to keep him around for a bit. All I have to do is make him submit."As soon as Zeed completed his transformation Cetus stop treading, and pretty much sink into the water. Cetus was sure to sink all the way down until he reach the 14 meter mark then he would swim towards the dock once again. Due to him diving his body was fully submerge thus wondering eyes shouldn't or couldn't be able to follow his movements. Because of multiple reasons one was because Cetus body was fully submerge thus you couldn't even see him. But on the other hand he could see his target perfectly they was Zeed, and the little girl.
Whom I may add was only 1 meter away from Zeed, and she was approximately 1 meters away from the water so she , and Zeed was pretty much close to the water. Regardless as soon as she saw the monster sink into the water. She had scream out in fear, and attempt to high tailed out of the area. Unfortunately the poor girl had some pretty bad luck, and due to the docks deal with a lot of water you can say it was pretty much wet. Thus when the girl attempt to flee so would slip, and fall backwards into the water. If someone don't save her she is likely to fall into the water with the Oceanus.
As for Cetus he had place himself just underneath the dock once again. Cetus had continue to tread at 14 meters mark, and he was now 17 meters under Zeed, and the little girl. Due to the docks being 3 meter thick it increase the already 14 meter deep mark by 3 meter making it 17 meters. What in the world is Cetus up to?It

whatever part of the monster that surfaced quickly submerged itself after Zeeds question, shy is it?, Zeed thought in jest trying to make light of the situation. Dispite Zeeds efforts to lighten up the mood(At least for himself) he did realize the gravityy of the situation and the precarious setting he found himself in, at any time if the monster decides to hit the docks and if zeed happens to fall in thats game over seeing as how devil fruit users such as himself cant actually swim. As Zeed contimplated what his next move will be the girl standing near the docks with him tripped falling back wards towards the water in a feat of such bad luck only the gods above could have executed.
"Perfect"
Zeed hissed in joy at the childs misfortune, while the kid is in the water she could act as bait for the monster giving him the opportunity to strike when he surfaces at the cost of the kids own life, acceptable terms to someone such as zeed. His mind made up Zeed quickly retreated till his body is away from the docks, his vision and senses constantly attuned to the environment around him to better predict an attack, while his tail hovered menacingly over the kids body waiting for the right moment to strike.
"Come out, Come out were ever you are"
Zeed said trying to drown out the kids squeels he hoped with this attack he could at the very least wrap around the monsters mouth and drag him to shore at the very best he could do some lasting damage on its face, Zeed is confident in his strength should the monster latch onto his tail he would win.

Oceanus"Splash!" Was the triumphant sound the little 7 year girl body had made as it hit the water with a thud. Unfortunately for the fleeing humanoid snake as stated previously the dock was 10 meters wide, and was 40 meters long. It was indeed true that Zeed attempt flee as the little girl made contact with the water. Unfortunately his body was so big that it would take time for him to move the entirely of his body awat from the docks. Since the Zeed isn't able to reach maximum speed upon take off it would service as Cetus advantage unfortunately Cetus isn't able to capitalize on this due to the distance he was from the dock.
As Zeed attempt to make his get away which was successful Zeed yet again made another mistake. This action was none other his attempt to strike Cetus upon his resurfacing to retrieve the girl. Unfortunately upon the little girl mading contact with the water Cetus had already begin to swim upwards. Instead of surfacing where the girl was located Cetus emerge at the position where Zeed was formerly standing as it was the last place he seen the man before he dive.
Unfortunately Zeed was no longer position there but his tail was as Zeed stated before he had position his tail to strike Cetus upon him surfacing to eat the girl. Unfortunately for Zeed,Cetus had resurface at Zeed former position, and since Zeed tail needed something to support it form hovering over the water which in this case is the dock.
Upon Cetus resurface the first thing that he breach was the surface of the 3 meter thick dock. Lucky he didn't lunge forward with his head but he had lunge forward with his right fist. The massive amount of force that Cetus put behind his right fist was easily able to shatter the 3 meter thick wooden boards just above Cetus head. Not to mention as soon as his fist made contact a massive shock wave was release, and everything that was 10 meters of general direction the attack was aim. In this case upwards, and everything that was within the 5 meters radius would be hit by the blast of concentrate shock waves.
Unfortunately only very small portion of the docks would be destroyed upon Cetus resurfacing. This action occur simultaneously as soon as Cetus fist made contact. If Zeed not careful he risk not only heavily damage tail but also risk being propell into the into air due to the impact of Cetus hasshoken base strike. Not to mention being propell in the air means he have to come down, and Cetus would be waiting for him upon his descended.
As for the little girl Cetus was the least bit worried about the girl. For one she was still within the water, and was recovering from his recent fall unfortunately for her as she recover several chunk of wood would descend down into the water.
Due to the little girl being so close to the dock upon her falling into the water she was within range of Cetus attack.
Make no mistake all this was an attempt but a attempt little waring the only waring Cetus would give Zeed. Is when his fist made contact, and the proportion of the dock was destroyed. As of now Cetus tread in the water patiently awaiting the results of his devastating attack. Even if Zeed was carefully waiting and examine the docks he still wouldn't be able to confirm Cetus resurfacing until his attack hit the docks. Why because the dock was sheltering his attempt which was both a blessing, and a double edge sword.
Cetus attempt on Zeed, and the Dock had happen as soon as the little girl body had hit the water. Unfortunately for Zeed he may be in a bit of a pickle.

In the image above you can see a lot of snakes on the ship or along the dock. What I want you to look at is the few whom have there head hovering over the water. As you can see even if they head is hovering over the water a portion of there body still remain on the dock or ship for support. Now due to your sheer size 30 feet and how you poorly describe how you place you tail. According to the rules I am able to vague how your tail was place which I did in my post.
In your previous post you said you had your tail hovering over the girl body waiting for me to resurface attempting to eat her. But instead I surface at another area the area is where you formerly stood since you no longer there only your massive tail is present thus when I breach the dock your tail was within range of the strike.
Therefore the action of me attacking the docks happen etc.

"What!?" Zeed shouted as instead of the monster popping near the girl as was predicted he instead popped up where Zeeds last position was. Zeed took notice of the monsters fist crashing into the docks and felt more than saw how the vibrations seemingly expanded then destroyed the docks from under him with a great deal more range than a normal punch should have, quickly zeed transformed back to his human form so as to shrink the monsters area for attacks, the monsters attack causing minor damage to Zeeds body but not enough to cloud his mind, the wooden docks mitigating the damage from the attack. Assessing his predicament with a cool headed attitude Zeed used the momentum of the blow to roll backwards onto the ground and away from the docks while at the same time throwing his dagger into the monsters eye.
"Eat this"
As zeed landed on the ground he brandished his remaining blade "Eto" in a defensive pose while using and quickly transforming the lower half of his body into a snake then coiling it around his upper half leaving a small hole in his defence in the direction of the sea and the monsters last position, Zeed wasnt sure just what the monster is however he knows that its intelligent enough to prioritize immediate dangers as it ignored the child splashing in the water to attack him, hopefully now with his feet on solid ground he could lure the monster out in the open on his playing field.

OceanusFor it seems that the little human was capable of swiftly changing his body from snake to human in the matter of a few second. Unfortunately for Zeed even though he revert back to his human form the back lash had indeed send propell him back 2 meters making him now 2 meter away from the portion of the docks that had remain. Unfortunately Zeed didn't know when to give up as he roll back he attempt to throw a single dagger. For some reason he had actually though his dagger was going to hit his mark clearly he wasn't thinking . Since Zeed isn't a markmen, and clearly didn't have any skills tossing a dagger such as he just though.
His attempt to hit Cetus in the eye wasn't successful in fact due to his unnecessary movement it had not only cause him to miss Cetus as a whole but cause his weapon to be flung into the water. Maybe next time he wouldn't waste a perfectly good weapon on some james bonds wanna top gun attempt. The dagger he had the water with a thud, and it exactly 4 meter behind Cetus to the left of the Wotan.
Due to Zeed little string of movements it only had annoyed Cetus it was now time to wrap this battle up. Why because the local law enforcement would be hear soon, and Cetus didn't want to be around when a cluster of people arrive. Not that he was scare of them or anything it was just not wise.
He decide it would be best to bait the lad into attacking him, and he knew exactly how to do that. As Zeed spoke Cetus had listen, and toss yet another fist forward just as before just after Zeed finish his sentence at the word do.
Cetus fist would hit the remainder of the wooden dock that had remain from his previous attempt.
Cetus had chuckle as he replied,"Maybe."Unfortunately for Cetus he was only 8 meter away for Zeed which was too much distance he had to close the distance now or never. Cetus attempt to swim forward if everything work out correctly he should have a clear path to the shore maybe if not then he wouldnt swim forward but remain stationary as he tread in thw water.

At least something was going right today zeed thought as the monster launched an attack allthough this time at a farther range then his previous, the air vibrating in accordance with the force of the punch. Zeed stood his ground even when the attack hit his coiled mass of scales resulting in minor damage, a few scratches at best. Tanking the attack is all well and good however Zeed realized the more pressing matterr at hand, with the monsters most recent attack most of the docks had been destroyed, a new cut off part ending at just a few inches from where Zeed blocked the attack.
"So You can Talk, then tell me monster whats something like you doing out here in alabasta? if you hadnt noticed there isnt much water around these parts"
Zeed said trying to keep the beast occupied as he thought of his next move, the answer came to him as he saw the monster start to draw closer almost immediately Zeed began to slither his upper half to the shore while raising his tail a meter in the air for a counter attack making sure to keep his distance and his eyes on the monster at all times. From the monsters previous movements Zeed could tell his speed on average is faster and with both of them at their starting speeds he was sure he could keep the advantage till he made it to the shore. Should at any time the monster go under the docks Zeed would use his tail to attack the monsters position or to intercept an attack if need be.

OceanusCetus attack was successful but it seems that the Zeed body was well equip to retaliate his assault. What Zeed didn't know is Cetus true attempt was successful as begin to draw near closer to the shore. It seems Zeed body begin to swift, and morph into what it seem another state of being a snake. Cetus is getting annoyed of this development it was now time to ended it. Cetus was about 4 meters away from the shore as his body had already swim through the majority of the remaining chunk of dock debrief.
More importantly as he swim forward nearly at the 3 meter mark Zeed had already prep his tail for what seems to be a attempt on Cetus. Cetus had grinned it was time to use Zeed body to his advantage as Zeed about it witness as he Cetus had finally reach the shore, and begin to surface. The first thing happen was Cetus slamming his right leg along the sand. The result was a large shock wave cover the entire area anyone within range would be effected. Since Zeed was only meters from the 3 meters from the docks the shock wave is likely to reach him as well as everything else within a 10 meters.
Unfortunately the result of this attack cause Zeed to release his own attempt to counter Cetus shock wave base attack. Which would pretty much further damage his tail, and probably send him back into near by wall or building with a thud. But Cetus wasn't done with Zeed just yet unfortunately before any thing unfold.
The roar of approaching military forces enter the area from the left, and the right. The royal Alabasta army was prepare for battle. The commanding officer yell,"Don't let them get away!" The approaching army was 20 meters away, and they was about 100 people deep on both the left, and right side of the docks.
There was several building along the sandy port, and any possible escape route to flee into the city was block off by the main forces of the royal army. The only possible escape was the water. Without wasting any time Cetus retreat back into the water as he did so he had said,"You flithy monkey you are free to join me." out stretching his hand for Zeed to come follow him or take it.
If not he would leave Zeed to the local royal army that would be sure to arrest him or kill him. Let not confuse Cetus retreat because of the approaching army. He had decide to retreat because of troubling attempt in trying to fight them. As for the girl from earlier she unable to swim thus she sadly had drown. So a potential meal for Cetus was already in the water if he deem fit to consume her that is. Without wasting any time Cetus would drive into the water reaching the lowest depth the water offer to him. He would follow the string of water to his hide out. If Zeed would follow him he would grab him, and leave the area by water.

Seems the fish was smart a little too smart as the monster correctly analyzed the situation and made a suitable counterattack using the environment around him by kicking up sand using a shock wave that blocked his immediate vision and sent him flying to a near by building. The attack itself did moderate damage but far from enough to put him down, as Zeed rose to fight once again he heard the1 sound of many footsteps approaching his position and the announcement fro, presumably, the Guards of alabasta
"A Shit"
Zeed said as he weighed his options on what to do in this situation, he could deal with the guards if no one with real power is in there midst but then theres the chance the monster will attack him while he's occupied and vice versa fortunately for Zeed the monster put out his hand and spoke in quite a rude town for Zeed to come with him. Realizing the predicament but not liking it one bit Zeed took the monsters hand, hoisting himself back up into a standing position with a few choice words of his own.
"Fine Sardine, Get us the hell out of here"
And like that the monster had dragged Zeed to edge of the ocean, diving head frist into its depths knowing full well Zeed is a devil fruit user.
"Hold on Wait a Sec"
Was all that Zeed could get before holding in his breath and entering the ocean with the monster, paralyzed from the oceans effect Zeed prayed that the monster would surface fast.

OceanusTalk That Shit Now
With each thrust of his hand forward his body slice through the water like butter. Oceanus body was hydrate, and whenever he was within water or his body is greatly moisture he is at his full potential. Unfortunately today he couldn't swim at his max speed due to two hostages whom lay on his back. These hostages was Zeed, and the girl. But was alive, and breathing due to Oceanus attempts to keep them alive as he occasionally surface so they can get some air, and then he redive into the water. The depth Oceanus drop at was 5 meters mark so his body may be visible to those who looking for it maybe.
The current location in which Oceanus was heading to was his base of operation it was not to far from Little Nanohana so he was sure that royal army may find it soon. Thus he decide it would be best to get there, and talk with his little hostages before that happen. It will be a while before they get there so he kept up his paste as he drove his massive arms forward, and move his legs up in down .
There was some fish that panic, and swam out the way of Oceanus. But that was to be expected after all he such a big creature almost as big as a sea king. As for the hostages which just a simple lick or movement it would hint that they need air other wise he would continue forward. Those if no movement was made after a period of time he would surface anyway just as a precaution he need them both alive.
The little girl had some how attain how the knife that Zeed had toss before Oceanus had grab her. So both Zeed weapons was near him. Unfortunately Zeed wasn't feeling himself thus his body was pretty much paralyzed but he was like that since he got in the water Oceanus was aware of this strange condition as well. Lucky no one was following them as of now due to the condition in which they travel via by water. If they should Oceanus would be ready for it.

(Damn it Ive had Enough of this) Zeed thought as the monster continued swimming at speeds too fast for the average human while dragging both Zeed and the random girl in toe. They had been traveling for over a few minutes now and zeed was beginning to wander just were they were being tookin to but then thought better of it, not like it mattered anyways all that really mattered was getting as far away as possible from those Soldiers. Being paralyzed several feet underwater had its ups and especially its downs for instance when were we going up for air? Humans needed air on a regular base to stay alive, considering the monster didnt kill him first he assumed thats the way the monster wants Zeed and the girl to stay yet air supply is running dangerously low.
("I guess ill have to trust the fishman? Fish monster? for right now, in the mean time ill check on the girl")
Focusing his attention on the girl Zeed was plesently surprised to see the child clutching on to his dagger, he had wondered were that thing had went after he threw it guess that just leaves one problem solved for now.
("Still the problem of air needs to be addressed if i could just-")
Zeeds thoughts were interrupted as suddenly his body began to rise at very fast pace until him and the girl broke through the waters surface, both of us gasping for air.
"SO you do know we need air, and here i thought you were a tad dumb Sardine"
Said Zeed in mockery of the fishmonster, holding his breath in the few seconds before the monster predictably delved back in the seas with him as well although he did not the monster left the girl up there for a few more seconds than him,
("ha i AM getting under his skin)
Satisfied as his minor torment Zeed continued his journey until he reached the fish monsters destination.
