She saw that she had these Revolutionaries' focus - that was good, that meant that what she wanted to do was working. If they directed their attacks at her instead of having to choosing to fight with their full power that could threaten the entire island in a real tussle with the other combatants, her desires were being fulfilled; although not in the way she would've hoped it to. She was skeptic about how the island could take another quake, and she didn't want even further devastation to threaten it.
Would her layers armor be able to take on this attack? The armor that her friend Mashyuu so diligently had made for her? The Skypiean steel he so often spoke so fondly about?
She had no idea. She had never fought something this strong before.
She could only hope in her heart that his friendship would be enough protect her here - his armor.
At this point, with them not choosing to flee, there was only one option left - to fight. It seemed that Beckham was going to make the most of this situation she had made, as her eyeing of her audience revealed the Vice Admiral's ambitions to invest into this chance that Sofia has opened up for him.
"RUN, SOFIA!" the tiny Marine in her head insisted.
But she didn't.
Utterly pretending to have the strength and confidence to take on the attack, she simply rose a palm towards the clay-wielder.
"I won't let our attacks threaten the people." she stated during his exaggerated wind-up. "We have to stop fighting. We: all of us. Now."
And right up until the very last moment, buying all of the time possible, right up until the edge of the spear reached the edge of her barrier, she would make herself appear to be mighty and worthy to the best of her ability.
Holding her pose and attitude, looking right at them with serenity and determination.
Fearless.
But her farce would crumble the instant after.
The spear would pierce clean through her Castled Barrier shield, to then travel to her opened palm, and cut through the Phantom Raider's gauntlet effortlessly like a hot knife through butter, then through the reinforced gloves that surrounded her fingers, to then dig into her skin, the muscles of her hand, into its bone - and travel further, skewering through her arm until the spear hit the other end of the arena.
Amputated, she would stumble to a side for a moment as the pain overwhelmed her, and her internal clone would scramble through the corridors of her body to start to wrap the gushing wound with bandages. Sofia mustered the conciousness to coordinate with it to have the bandages expand to their real size and crudely torniquet the opening shut, her vision starting to go blurry, tempting her to lose awareness, but she fought it, gripping to her wake with her diamond convinction.
"Was that all?" she would then taunt, finally straightening up and finding a new, awkward balance to her body, and looking to the criminals, blood dripping from her side.

- Intermediate wrote:Name: Matroshyka Tag-team
Description:
This level of the Skill has the same effects as their Novice rank, but now they can do internal medicine via their inner mini-clone too.
Via the use of this ability, aided by the Matroshyka Skill to make a miniature clone of themselves, they can easily apply medicine to themselves from the inside, and have it function entirely as normal. For example, have her mini-clone toss pills to a corridor that leads to her stomach to toss pills down it, or to attach blood-bags to her by hooking her up to veins from the inside, and both of those would be just as effective as if they were given in a normal way (her eating it or hooking herself up to a blood bag to her arm the usual way).
