Area Description
Long Ring Long Land is an archipelago in the first half of the Grand Line. It though not that far from Jaya Island. Many people know of the Island but rarely does anyone head over to it, as there is no point. It has been lack luster and irrelevant since people established homes there. Mainly, it was a place you went when you truly wanted to disappear from the world. The Long Ring Long Land is a chain of ten islands in a ring shape, with a path between the islands that surfaces once every year. Because the ten islands of the archipelago are actually linked as one giant island, an Eternal Pose cannot be used to get from one of the island to another. The distance between each Islands is the same, being 50 kilometers.
Someone though decided this had to change and he has been working on that change for over fifty years. Finally, when the world needs it the most after the introduction of Calamities he finished his creation of Heaven on Earth. How he did it was following a three steps. First, to solve the problem of the connect between the Island he created a way to always be able to do. He has created tracks that he calls 'situational tracks'. They were placed on the land that connects the Island and when the waters raise they do as well. That took fifteen years to design, construct, and place by himself. The second step after that was to make sure each Island was a wonderland. This is what took the majority of the time to build as he had to leave for Baltigo, Jaya, and even Skypiea just for the needed supplies. Also, his workers weren't other people as no one carried for his dream in it's beginning stages. So, he made his own steam powered workers to assist in making his dream come true. The places he created as, in his mind, the Ten Heavens of the World. It took the large chunk of his time, thirty-four years, to create each wonder world.

The entire Island is guarded by a Sea King. It lurkers deep within the waters and only attacks when the transportation between Islands is under attack or if commanded to, attacking the hostile vessel. Entrance to the Island is free but things usually sold or can be purchased at amusement parks are done so. Other Items also are focused on the selling aspect more than others. What is used as transportation between all the Islands is a Train, that travels on land and sea.
1. Ring World / A amusement park where you can spot miles away. It was the Island that The Creator was born on and where he first wanted to change things. The goofy steam powered attendants help make sure everyone is able to take a spin on the rides that are throughout the Island. It is the first of many stops those that come to the new Long Ring Long Land will come to. They also serve as the security to make sure the peace and fun is kept.
2. Dollyland / This is a doll themed amusement park. Where these steam powered creations are personalized to look like famous cartoons characters or current ones making a name for themselves within the world. Just like the first Island there are rides all around but the main focus of this Island is the concerts directed toward Children. Where popular idols and musicians come to perform for their target audience of children. Also, it serves as a Day-care for children. As Adults can leave their children with their own Doll that will protect them. And communication is done easily as each doll has a Den Den mushi installed within them so that parents can always get into contact with their children if need be.
3. Long Long Safari / All of the animals have been transported tot he third Island. This is because they couldn't fit on the others. Due to their strange philology they are a attraction of themselves. They aren't allowed to be poached though as their lives are protected.
4. Gourmet Kitchen / There are few rides on this Island and the ones that are here are food themed. Mainly, this is a place that you can come to have a taste of food that you wouldn't get anywhere else. Chefs from all over come here to set up shop to get their name out there. As if you can get your name out here leaving and opening up places on other Islands would be easy.
5. ----/ Currently, a accident has happened and though Island Five will be traveled through no one is allowed to disembark from their train. Many tents are up covering all the buildings on the Island but the sound of work being done is always heard. Marines also can be seen around this Island making sure no one roams around here.
6. Shopping World / Though it is the smallest out of all of the other Islands it is usually the most populated. As it is the shopping central of the Island. Though, almost all Islands have a place where you can shop this Island is more focused on it. The variety located here has said to even rival that of Baltigo. But, since the selling of Illegal goods or the trafficking of people separates the two Baltigo reigns supreme for things you truly can't get anywhere else.
7. Simple Life / The creator of these places at the end of it found that keeping it simple also was a paradise of it's own. So, this Island was untouched and those that original inhabited these Islands that didn't wish to migrate to the others stayed here. They are fine with this life and enjoy it.
8. Concert Paradise / Unlike Dolly World the performers aren't for just children. The performers here do almost everything that has a large audience for. There aren't any rides or anything of that nature here but a few stadiums, three, with open and closed domes were people making or already have a name for themselves perform.
9. Lavish Life / Not everyone gets to experience being treated like a Noble. But, here you can. The steam machines on this Island take a more human figure and aren't goofy, though they move funny they are basically slave. Since they aren't real no one has a problem with them being servants. There aren't any jobs located here but rather one resort that people stay at. Also, this is the only Island that people don't have to pay anything but are only allowed to stay a week at a time.
10. His shop is the last Island on the ring. It isn't as lavish and magnificent as the others, as his work shop is here. It covers half of the entire Island and is where he mainly spends his time. Able to keep a watchful eye on each of the other locations from his building. This place also, after opening, is where the Marine Base is located. He doesn't just create things for his Island but has become of the Scientist that work with the Marines. Though, he doesn't like this he does it because it gives him protection from those that may want to rob him of his ideas. As he is considered the Second Smartest Man within the world.
William the Creator is the man who made this place something imaginable. Giving up his life to make sure that no one else experiences the boredom he once had as a child.
*A ferry can be caught from Jaya Island that leads to the Island, free of charge.
