Gran Voyage Type: Turf - Level 2
Gran Voyage Name: Voluptatem Debutante Pila
Gran Voyage Location: Baltigo - Second District
Level: 2
Gran Voyage Description:
[GV] Helios Bandits In - Voluptatem Debutante Pila Bfcfa507f2737d912fae1837b533c15b
Once every three years, Mother holds a bi-annual ball to give thanks to her biggest customers from all across Paradise. However, the ball is labelled 'Debutante' for a much more insidious reason than 'a young woman coming of age in maturity'. Mother collects virgins from all across Paradise, branding them into slavery, and finally feeds them to her guests, who paid quite the penny to gain entry. A glorified orgy, the building has private rooms for all the guests to retire for the night, however, it's all kicked off by a lavish meet-greet segment in the Old Chateau - Luxure. Security around this building is on an all time high, having to go through several check-points before making it to the Ball Room Area, where Mother and her elite guards stays.

The Calico Pirates will however be crashing the shindig, and their one objection is simple. Eliminate Mother and pitch themselves as the newest 'rulers' of the Second District to all of Mother's loyal customers. Three Main Objectives must be fulfilled for this mission to be completed. Upon completion, a sub-forum for the Second District is to be made. However, Mother proposes for the safety of the guests (the ones who remain alive), a war game style match. Jackal appoints certain members of his crew as King, Queen, Rook and Bishop, those members face off in separate rooms throughout the Chateau. Using his Type B Den Den, Jackal would then offer to tap into the Den Den Cameras in the building, broadcasting each fight to the guests, or so she thinks.

Mother and Jackal will act as the Players, and their men will fight in Piece versus Piece matches. However, the catch is, if the King Piece falls before the other matches are decided, Jacakl looses the entire game. However, if the King Piece wins their match, the Calico Pirates win the district. Oddly, enough, Jackal has the option to fight as any of the piece allotted (King, Queen etc.), and have another one of his crew act as the player, an option Mother hopes that the Mink utilises. Note: Whoever takes the Knight Role, as fight two NPC's at the same time if no new member arrives.

NPCing: Light
Enemies:

Mother's Piece - King :

Mother's Piece - Queen :

Mother's Piece - Rook :

Mother's Piece - Knight :

Mother's Piece - Knight :

Mother's Piece - Bishop :

Mother's Pieces - Pawns :

Goal:

  • Mother must be killed. Regardless of if her main guard or not survives.
  •  The 'Customers' present are responsible for most of Mother's funding are right before you. You'll need to convince them to follow your lead as the New District Leader. Whether it be by fear or favour. You can also choose the option of killing them all and finding new buyers.
  • Sealing all exits, the simple way of avoiding this whole situation is for Mother and her men to plot her escape.

バンディットキング - Bandit King

Right and wrong is subjective, isn't it? In that case, it'd rather be wrong as many times as it takes to achieve my ideal of freedom.

Old Chateau - Luxure
Second District

[GV] Helios Bandits In - Voluptatem Debutante Pila Giphy

Building Layout:

Old Chateau - Luxure, the French Styled Mansion and Estate was built by Mother's late husband to house luxurious balls for himself, and his business associates since the founding of the Second District. Guests came flooding in by the hundreds but the attendance capacity for the night was 400. The only entry into the compound permitted was through the front entrance of the main castle wall [2], and an invitation must be presented at the door. The number of grunts under Mother's control was almost never ending, documented on the night, was around 1,240. The gigantic walls surrounding the compound were manned by snipers[grunts], all equipped with hollow-tip rounds and heavy artillery snipers, firmly latched onto any activity from all points, mainly outside the wall, as firing inside the compound would be anarchy.

Therefore, the bulk of the perimeter was handled by these grunts, and lines of communication was opened to the key players, the Pieces, at any point, to handle any foreign disturbances. Upon entry, guests were free to roam the compound wherever they'd like, however, at midnight, all guests were required to report to the main event area [1] where Mother would address all of her supporters, lackeys and investors. Starting from nine, each area on the compound housed activities befitting of Mother's name and franchise. Building [4] and [5] was overseen by the Queen Piece, and the event was BDSM Play, entrants would forfeit their belongings at the doors of either building, and submit to either be a Master or Slave.

Once an equal number of men and women had been registered, or of the same sex rooms for those into that fancy, they'd be escorted to let loose on each other for a maximum of ten minutes, which was priced at 50,000,000 Million beli per session. To the West of these buildings was a garden area, governed by the Knight Pieces, this area was a neutral zone for bachelor's to pick up sex workers, in a speed dating styled meet and greet, with lodgings in area [3] for transactions of services to occur. The lodgings were overseen by the Rook and Bishop Pieces. Workers rates ranged from 20,000,000 to 100,000,000 Million beli for one hour, depending on the beauty and rarity of the woman in service.

Finally, the King Piece oversaw the festival/banquet that occurred at the Main Event's Location [1], with Mother sitting in the balcony area that overlooked the banquet area, an open air seating arrangement that featured foods from all across Paradise. In this area, Mother would disburse her finest of Hostesses, who'd work for rates over 150,000,000 Million Beli every thirty-minutes for their services. Patrolling the deck area, every ten minutes or so, the King would check in on every area, making sure everything was running smoothly. As for the size of the compound, and the various 'no-activity' areas, whatever went on here was at the guests disposal. Three rules applied to all areas on the compound, and anyone who violated them would be executed on sight, regardless of Rank or Status.

  • Any excessive violence or attempt to harm any of Mother's 'children' will be seen as a criminal offence, and excessive force will be used.
  • Anyone who disrupts the festivities in any area will be seen as a criminal, and excessive force will be used.
  • At midnight, regardless of the service in play, all parties must report to the banquet area for a ten-minute presentation. After which, the Ball concludes, and patrons are able to spend the remainder of the morning ravishing in each other's company.

The remaining Pawn Pieces pieces patrolled the compound, searching for any irregularities, and depending on which area it'd occur in, would report it to the nearest piece to be handled in due time.

"It seems everything is running smoothly so far." the Queen Piece chimed in via Den Den Mushi.

"Too smoothly. It's almost midnight and no word on the Calico Pirates. Did they get cold feet?" King inquired.

"You sound disappointed. They're just rats who've been scuttling around in our domain, lover. Not even any of Kingpins would dare interrupt this little ritual of Mothers." Queen retorted.

"Keep your eye-out. Anything is still possible. We'll have our fun later." King stated smirking, clocking out the Den Den Communication. "Now. Ears. Will you dare come into our nest? With no invitation, and the cards stacked against you, how will you make it here?" King stated, clutching his hand as it surged in electricity. It'd be at this point where he'd return back to Mother in the balcony area to convey activity reports from all over the compound.

Pegasus Brig - 8,000 Feet Above
Second District

In Jackal's room, the Mink sat in deep meditation, clearing his mind for the task at hand. Surrounding him were several items to be packed into his messenger bag, and others to be strapped to his person. His goggles, turtle shell shield, Baby Den Den, Regular Den Den Mushi, Blitzkrieg - Gauntlets, and an assortment of dials, including the one that him and Gilbard had worked on creating, which housed the toxic gas they'd use later on tonight.

It was seven o' clock, the Ball was to commence within the hour, around nine, and the crew was preparing individually before the final conference before the objective of the night. The communication room was ground zero for the Calico Pirates, live streaming all of the information gathered from Jackal's Type B Den Den Mushi towers into the adjacent Conference Room, which housed a large maple wood styled round-table.

Opening his eyes, the Mink was at peace, hopping to his feet, he'd gather all of his scattered belongings, housing the items into his messenger bag, all except the gauntlets and his shield. Attaching the straps of his gauntlets firmly, squeezing his hands to check if they'd been adjusted promptly, the Mink would then draw his turtle shell shield, close to his back, almost like a tortoise would, walking over to his dresser to grab the final piece, his Black and Yellow - Calico Scarf.

Double checking for anything he'd missed, Jackal exited his room, and headed towards the Conference Room area. Upon arrival, he'd be escorted towards his seat by one of Spook's toys, and he'd wait patiently for the remainder of the players to arrive. Second to arrive was Sinbad, who'd walk over to the seat next to Jackal, "Yo." Sinbad stated with an open formality. Grinning, "I've never seen you look so nervous before, Sin. Not since I took on Barron." Jackal stated. Exhaling heavily, "This is it. A years worth of work all for this night." Sinbad stated.

"The night's after this one will be even busier. This is just Act One after all." Jackal stated.

"I can't believe it. I still remembered when you first told me your plan for this whole thing." Sinbad retorted.

"You probably thought I was crazy, Shishishi" Jackal responded, chuckling at his own brashness from that day.

"Everything kind of happened for a reason... Even May and Tally's deaths. If it wasn't for them... You wouldn't needed to recruit Spook or Lucas." Sinbad stated the painfully obvious truth.

"I never wanted to get to emotionally involved. It could've been any of the Nine Kingpins really. Mother just happened to be the first one to piss me off. By the way, how are those twins we picked up all of those months ago?" Jackal inquired, genuinely puzzled.

"At our safe house in the Ninth. Where all of our gold is stashed. It was the right move to cut off all direct links to them to us. It'd be a pain if the First District Leader got involved too." Sinbad stated.

"Indeed. Though, soon, none of the Kingpins will be our enemies. Baltigo is about to enter into it's newest and most lucrative period. Which reminds me... I need to address what the marines have been calling us. 'Calico Pirates', Shishishi... I can't ever remember giving us a name. I kind of just went with it back on Sandy for formality sake. I've had time to think about a proper name for us... and even a new Jolly." Jackal stated.

"Though it's more of an insignia than a Jolly Roger." Jackal concluded grinning. Whether the others had arrived in between, before or after Jackal's exchange with Sinbad, he'd wait for everyone to arrive before revealing the crew's new name, symbol and the real reason he'd been going after the Second District for the last year. It'd make sense, for men who didn't know the cause they'd been fighting for, wouldn't be able to commit fully to the task at hand.

"Oh. Almost forgot. I managed to kidnap the little Fishman Brat who tagged our ship, as you asked for. She's in the cafeteria... Eating up a storm." Sinbad stated very nonchalantly. "Jake and the Freedom Fighters are also here as well." Sinbad concluded. "Good. It seems everyone's on board for the end of Act One. Tonight, we'll raid, like no-other night and it's a full moon too." Jackal retorted snickering. "I might get to test that out." Jackal thought to himself.

SPOOK.

GOJIRA.

And, a one, and a two, and a one-two-three-four.

The way the strings started at the intro of a piece was by bobbing their heads with the beat that was given at the start--usually given by the conductor of the orchestra. This was one of many things Spook had observed ever since he started observing the toys practicing with their instruments. This orchestra had finalized their preparations and were now perfectly capable of playing the songs that Spook has requested them to play. As of now, the entire orchestra was present. They were going to play a key role further down the story.

Woodwinds
2 flutes
3 oboes
3 clarinets
3 bassoons
Brass
2 horns
3 trumpets
2 trombones
1 tuba
Percussion
2 snare drum(double)
1 bass drum(single)
1 tambourine

Keyboards
1 piano
2 accordion

Strings
4 violins

All of their hard work was meant for tonight. Under the employment of his toys were two waiters who had already informed the crew with the layout of the place. With the exception of the newest addition of the Helios Pirates; someone Spook hadn't met yet. Spook participated in the last recital, before heading up to his own room. His toys were ordered to stay on the ship and not get too close and involved with the crew until given different orders. These last few hours were the quiet before the storm. For anyone who wanted to clear their mind, this was their moment--Spook was seen in the dojo. He'd have sat down, gently trailing his hand over the limber. This was the place where Mother wronged him in a direct manner. Tonight was going to be the beginning for some, and the end for others. Spook balled up his fist and concentrated. After twenty seconds of counting mentally, he relaxed his hand. Beating an alcohol addiction wasn't easy; Spook used every fiber in his being to convince himself to stay off the booze. The crew will need him tonight, and he will need the crew. Staying of the booze for now wasn't that difficult, but he was sure he would be presented with a lot of fine liquor at the ball--the temptation there will be much stronger.

Spook moved to his own room and placed all of the items he was bringing with him on his bed.

Can you get me a black tea, please?

The seated male asked one of the toys outside. The immediate shuffling of feet indicated that they had understood his request and went out in order to get him a black tea. It was clear that Spook was agitated while in deep thought. Muttering things to himself like, "How am I gonna do this", it was obvious that Spook felt lacking in power. With one hand stroking the hairs on his chin, the other hand made gestures which from a different perspective wasn't comprehensible. A few minutes later, the toy that carried out the order brought himself in the room and placed the cuppa tea on Spooks desk. The orchestra toys were still playing, Spook could feel it from the vibrations of the ship. Lorin, the conductor of the orchestra is a man toy dedicated to his craft; Spook respected his passion--his dedication motivated Spook. Self confidence urged up after the tea had been drunk. All the mental preparations were done as far as possible.

Two of the eisen dials were hanging from his belt, both in their holsters, the holsters were shorter than a regular sword holster, the shape of the holster implied that it was a holster for a dagger. Since the Eisen Dial didn't take as much space as a sword, it was quite easy to carry. His first pistol was carried on a shoulder holster. Spook rolled up his left pant sleeve, and taped a reject dial to his shin, meant to absorb blunt damage. The tape was pretty weak though, so the reject dial most likely could only work once before the piece of tape tears.

Alright tribe, let's roll.

He spoke while walking out of his room, gathering all of his available toys by rotating his index finger upwards, while his other fingers were tucked in--which resembled a "helicopter" taking off; it meant to gather up and roll out. Spook put on his helmet, and headed up the conference room where he'd meet his captain and Sinbad, he overheard his captain tell Sinbad that it was going to be a full moon. Spook saw an opportunity to quickly interject.

Why? Are you going to howl at the moon?

Comedy was Spooks coping mechanism for stress. Normally, Spook would have headed for the drinks immediately. This time he instead walked to a chair, pull it towards him and sit on it. A gently sigh as he relaxed into the chair. Spook placed both of his elbows on the table, bringing his hands together. His nose touched his index fingers while his thumbs rested against his chin.

The band is ready, and me too--I too am ready

Spook directed his gaze at Jackal. His awkward speech pattern indicated that there was some doubt that turmoiled within him.

So, I have a proposition. I think we should turn Mother into a toy.

The male lowered his arms on the table while he spoke. Laying his rough skin against the flat surface of the table.

We will have a superior negotiating position with all of the information that Mother has.

Her entire clientele, her subordinates, all of their weaknesses will be ours to know

While resting his head on his hands, Spook focused his attention to Jackal, who he wanted to convince to turn Mother into a toy. There were a few issues with his plan, namely the crew forgetting what was going on. Though there's a way to divert that problem, Spook could re-explain the purposes of tonight, without including Mother in the explanation. That way, in case he toy-ified Mother, the crew still could carry on.

Gilbard awoke to the sound of an orchestra playing within the ship. His heart was beating at twice the normal rate, and his face was covered with a grimy muck. His matted area where he usually meditated instead of sleeping was dirty, covered in grease and a streak of fresh blood. He lurched up to his feet, swaying a little from a headache. He put his hand to his head to feel a gash. Where... What the hell had happened to him? He walked to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. His face was dirty, a trail of blood at his temple and nose as well as filthy hands and feet. His jacket was a little torn and it sat uncomfortably twisted around his torso.

He sighed reaching for a bucket of water where he cupped his hands and splashed it on his face, using his jujutsu to rub the dirt from skin with one flick. Upon the cool liquid gracing his face, his mind came upon a flicker of clarity. The last day he remembered was that battle on the sea. Where they had joined the Revolutionary Army to assault the World Government research craft. But he didnt remember having these injuries, even if they were surface level.

Sighing, he pulled himself together and walked up onto the deck to look out at the Baltigo cityscape. It was quiet today. With the sea behind them, it could almost be mistaken for an innocent surface habitat, but the thought was impossible for anyone who had experienced the island for any amount of time. He did see a few city blocks burning in the distance, it looked like they were about where the border to the Second District was. There was also a few craters here and there on the way to the fire, with the stone structures turning into a wasteland. What was happening over there? Little did the fishman know that he had been the one responsible for this mayhem.

He decided to get ready for the day as he usually did. There was an abnormal attitude coming from the bandit grunts that were about the ship. Like a strained focus. Strolling back to his cabin, he noticed the calendar on the wall. It was today. Gil realised that he had lost a couple of days. But more than that, Mother's Ball was today. So that was why everyone was in this mood, this was probably the biggest foe that the crew had ever faced. A Kingpin of Baltigo stood before them as an enemy. Each of the pirates had come to know her cruelty.

Gil was shocked that the date had crept up on him like this after he had prepared himself for it so much. Returning to the cabin, he dressed himself in his charcoal jacket and pulled the hood over his eyes, preferring the crew not to see the dark circles on his tired face. He placed his spear pistol, den-den and water dial in the inside pockets of his jacket. He kept his inventions inside of him.

He left, closing the door and letting a piece of paper fall to the ground. He picked it up, seeing a picture of himself staring back at him. WANTED - dead or alive. Hearing the call to meet, he strolled toward the conference room and entered. He didn't make it far inside before leaning on the wall, watching the rest of the bandits be ushered to seats. He couldn't take his eyes off the printout. In comparison, the sound of discussion happening before him was dampened, but he was still listening. After disappearing for a couple of days, he didn't want to draw too much attention to himself.

They had one small ace in the hole, and a wrench in the gears for their plan. They had someone new. Well, not officially, she was 'kidnapped'. But even that was a poor choice of words for someone that wanted to just get to have some excitement before a life of living in someone else's shoes. Fibi Cala Mari, someone that only Jackal and Sinbad had met, was 'kidnapped by The Bandit King' in order to assist them in a plan she hadn't been told about what so ever. That was quite the interesting interaction at that. Sure, she could have come by to visit, and cause a ruckus for the crew again, not having a den den to contact the cat man. The fish girl however, was approached on her ship, asked if she wanted something to eat and to cause some trouble. She just left without questioning it. Causing her adoptive father to shout at her and her cohort as she ran off again, shirking her duties, again.

In the hull somewhere, Fibi was enjoying a big meal before the big fight. She was a source of grief for certain members of the Helios Bandits. She spray painted their ship, she saw herself on to their deck without even asking, and demanded audiences with Jackal, it seemed like she was a long time friend of the Bandit King despite knowing hardly a a thing about him other than he liked fish as much as her. Speaking of fish and grief, she was eating them out of house and home!  She needed a lot of calories to properly work those four extra limbs of hers tied to her back, kept tucked away in the form of a long tail with a heavy weighted bangle on it.

Ravenously chowing down on fish dish after fish dish, it looked like a cartoon of the protagonist hungrily stuffing their face with plateful after plateful of food! Only stopping when she had distended her belly to the point that if the light hit her pale grey rubbery skin just right, it would have a balloon like shine on it. As she got up from her seat, she stretched her arms up overhead, causing her hoodie to ride up, and expose those black leather short shorts she wore. A soft and joyous grunt from her, she saw herself out of the mess hall, and started to seek out Jackal based on his smell.

She didn't have the tracking skills of Jackal, or any of the mysterious powers of the others, but, she did have something behind her, she had the ability to act, she had the ability to put fear in to people that weren't expecting it.  She was, after all, supposed to be the five hundred and fifty year old pirate, The Kraken. The longest living legend on the Grand Line.  Of course, it was all an act, that Jackal may be in the know on now!  But, when she started to head for the area she had a scent of Jackal from, she took something out from the back of her hoodie.

It was a mask, a half skull shaped mask, with cartoonish teeth designed to resemble tentacles instead. Carrying it in her hand, she was confident enough to confide in this crew a truth about the world, if it meant they would help her break free from it if she helped them with whatever this was.

Pushing in to the meeting room, she declared with a jovial tone, "Hello! I finished all your fish!" If asked what she meant by that, she would clarify. She ate it all, however much fish they had on the ship, she ate it all. She didn't look like she ate at all. That stomach already flat and taut against her body by the time she reached the meeting room.

Crashers

Lucas was sitting at a desk in his room. The time had come for the crew to come together for a good party crashing. He was loading up his weapons with the ammunition needed to make them live. As well as loading extra rounds into his utility belt and back holster. Lucas wasn't going to let the anxiety of what was coming to overwhelm him. He didn't have a whole lot for weaponry but then again it was about the quality over quantity. Not to mention he still had his fruit to work with. This time preparation wouldn't be interrupted by goons thanks to being several thousand feet in the air. Lucas finished suiting up and strapped his gear on. He was rocking his usual business casual but this time with full equipment. His pistol on his belt off to the right and his shotgun on his back.

He made sure to grab the den den mushi given to him for this upcoming mission. He slid it into an empty pouch on his belt as he stood up. Communication was going to be key in all of this. It wouldn't be long before they all rode off into the battle. He realized he didn't have much to get ready for, a lot of his combat potential was something that happened in the spur of the moment.

He walked out of his room and headed towards the main room where the crew was meeting. There was another new development though. That development came in the form of a new member that Jackal recruited during one of his little adventures. Lucas had not met the individual yet so this was a good chance to meet them for the first time. He tried to relax but everything was happening so fast. It was as if he had only joined the crew the other day and now he is about to risk it all with the Calicoes. He wouldn't have had it any kind of way. He made his way into the meeting room where it seemed he was last to the party.

Lucas towered over the individual in front of him. It seems she had just only entered the room herself. He looked down to see the girl so he didn't bowl her over. “Excuse me,” His words came calmly as he passed by her. Jackal, Spook and Gil had already taken their spots around the room. Lucas had missed out on any earlier conversation due to his tardiness. It was about time for the briefing on all of this to take place. He moved to an empty seat and plopped down. The chair creaked under his weight upon sitting down.

バンディットキング - Bandit King

Right and wrong is subjective, isn't it? In that case, it'd rather be wrong as many times as it takes to achieve my ideal of freedom.

With Lucas being the last to arrive, Jackal promptly went around the room greeting everyone based on their time of arrival. The orchestra's sound provided the perfect backdrop for the night ahead.

"Shishishi... Let's just say the Moon brings out the beast in me." Jackal responded ominously, chuckling as he'd shoot the Toy Maker a sly wink. The next statement added seasoning - seriousness to the meal that was their conversation. "I've been thinking about that option long and hard over the last few weeks. Honestly, I agree with Lucas... Putting her down would be the best option. Especially since we have no idea about Mother's skill-set or the top tier 'Pieces' that guard her. However, if a window of opportunity arises to transform her. I guarantee my word, I wouldn't stop you." Jackal stated.

Next to arrive to the room was Gilbard. It'd been awhile since the two had seen each other, they'd each been busy with their own escapades around Baltigo. It's the relationship they'd always had anyway, only working together when the other is absolutely needed. In Jackal's weird line of thinking, he believed that made his relationship stronger with Gilbard. They did say that absence made the heart ties grow; somewhere along the line, Jackal knew he'd messed up on the interpretation of that line. Who knew truly what the Lesser Minks meant in their sayings and writings? The melancholy hovering around his long time nakama wasn't odd for him but it'd carry a peculiar air.

"What's the matter Gilly? Getting cold feat. For a man who defeated a Rear Admiral, I thought you'd be more overjoyed." Jackal stated jesting with the doctor.

Shortly after Jackal finished his teasing of the Vice Captain, barging into the room would be the pipsqueak that was the Fishman, Fibi. Two sniffs from Jackal's canine nose, and before she'd even announced that ravishing of their Fish Supplies, the Bandit King could've tell from the lingering smell of Tuna/Swordfish on her hoodie. "Oi. Did you eat my Swordfish?" Jackal asked, the pulsing nerve on his forehead broke the serious nature in the room once more. The bandits who ushered in a line behind her, "Look boss. I tried to stop her... but she ate not only our share but yours as well!" one of the Calico Bandits exclaimed, huffing and puffing after chasing her around the ship most of the morning.

"Fibi-" as Jackal was about to scold the woman, the final member of the Calico Pirates arrived, the Stone Man whose name was Justice. However, his eyes seemed burdened with deep concentration, and the look on his face alone restored the business like mood to the room. "Fibi. Take a seat. You too Gilly." Jackal stated.

Taking a deep breath, Jackal howled at the top of his lungs to break lingering tension of the air in the room, the sound would so loud it'd be more of a screech than a howl. After completing the noise, "All of you look like we're about to attend a funeral! You men over there!" Jackal shouted, looking at the men who'd escorted Fibi to the room. "No alcohol tonight, that's tomorrow's drink... I'm not even sure if Fibi's old enough too.... Nonetheless, bring us all the juice and soda pop you have in the cellar. Make us all- Something simple, sandwiches." Jackal stated.

"Let's recap." Jackal trailed on. After this Jackal would re-introduce Spook's idea to turn Mother into the toy, filling the gaps to Fibi about the man's skill-set, not with every detail but how Jackal understood it, at it's basic need to know basis. He didn't feel very comfortable disclosing other people's abilities, and if Spook opted to take over, he'd allow him to explain, if not, he'd stick to the basic: 1) Touch, turn to toy and 2) We loose all memories of the person in question.

Jackal would also mention Gilbard and his escapades in taking out the Rear Admiral's Fleet, assisting the Revolutionary Army in retrieving top secret information in exchange for a favor later down the line. He'd then explain the dial that duo created, and the plans for neutralizing as many as Mother's supporters as possible. Behind Jackal was board, which contained print outs from the Type B Den Den's about all of Mother's guests, investors, and henchmen. It's a board that Jackal had spent the last year and some building, and it identified the key players in her team, albeit, not knowing their roles for the night. King, Queen, Rook, Knights and Pawns, Jackal clearly outlined each of their physical appearances and defining traits.

"Before I get any further in this discussion... I've been hearing that the World Government have been referring to our crew as the 'Calico Pirates' due to the scarf that's on the Jolly Roger and the one around mt neck.

Honestly, I've just ran with that name due to convenience. This crew wasn't formed to fulfill my desires... I made this Bandit Group of ours to grasp anything we desire... No matter how weak are as separates... Once banded together... We our light can illuminate the path of any goal.

Sounds like a dreamers banter but my ambition is as big as the Sun. With that being said, I want to officially announce to the World after we've ousted Mother, the name of our group as the Helios Bandit Crew.

Our insignia is something that reflects all of our personalities... Bigger that planet... The Sun."
Jackal explained, taking the adequate pauses needed to convey his point smoothly.

Jackal would pause, reading the room for everyone's reaction and waiting more importantly for the input on the name. It'd be at this time that the sandwiches and juice arrived. To Jackal's next point, "It'd like you to turn your eyes to the layout of the compound before us.* I was thinking we could've approached from the sky, and plant ourselves in the middle of the compound. Scout the area first, and then move towards Mother's location immediately." Jackal stated. In front of every seat at the table was a layout plan of the compound and the list of all the pieces[mafia members in Mother's group] and their profiles - which contained their crimes, bounties and affiliations.

"The most dangerous are the Queen, Rook, Knight and King pieces. They're crimes range from petty theft to mass murder, even more grotesque acts such as necrophilia and child trafficking." Jackal concluded, tapping his nail against the table.

Jackal's address of him brought his attention from the poster. Gilly as a nickname rustled his scales a bit. He couldn't remember the last time he was overjoyed at something, let alone a serious challenge as the one that was presented to them today. However he could tell that there was humour in the sentence, maybe he had just discovered the point of the joke. He did figure that the call was supposed to get him included in the meeting as he should be.

The last few members of the crew entered, including a young girl who seemed to be giving the captain a bit of a headache. Gil pulled up the nearest chair after tucking the poster into his pocket. Jackal went over the need to know details, and the fishman listened intently. Thankfully because of their preparation, they had a good idea of what to expect and what they could do to handle it. Listening to the young mink, Gil became aware of his talent for leadership. He could see the real time effect of this talent by looking at the grunts in the room. They hung off his every word as if his speech were a bellows, breathing life into crackling coals.

As for the idea of renaming their crew, Gil was all for it. He nodded in approval. This change was fitting. It was representative of the change of the crew's spirit. The Calico Pirates were people that came together to live the bandit life, seeking refuge and comradeship between the golden waves of Sandy Island. But the road that they were beginning to traverse was so much more than that. The name 'Helios' was grand, yes, but it was fitting for that reason.

Gil took the time to ingest every morsel of info that was being passed around. Memorising the layout as well as the descriptions of the persons of interest. He also took this moment to pass his den-den mushi number around to the others so that they may contact him if needed.

"This is an operation for a pack of bandits if I have ever seen one. Jackal, Sinbad, I trust your talent. Tell us your plan." It was as he said, this raid would be right up the mink's alley and so he thought it best for him to put forward his idea. The others were new, and while he trusted their competence enough on Jackal's recommendation, they were still unproven quantities. As they had discussed earlier, today was the day that Spook and Lucas would prove themselves to the fishman.

"I volunteer for the task of highest risk, if that is what will be of most use." Gil spoke with a determined rasp to the rest of the crew. They had been there for him during the search for the Miracle Cure, and now it was time for him to step up. He wouldn't forgive himself if he let them down here.

Spook

SPOOK.

GOJIRA.

Spook chuckled back at his captains quip. Just as the discussion between Jackal and Spook began to unfold about the toyification of Mother, the Helios Pirates started to gather.

Hmm, I see. If you want your power-move to succeed, killing her might be a viable option.

Spook dropped his eye contact with the captain to stare at the table. While in deep thought, the members pulled up to their chairs. There was a new face attending tonight, someone Spook hadn't met yet.

Oooh? Wheewh

Spook said, whistling in a fast upward pitch at the last word of his dialogue. The male released his tight posture to lean over and look at Gilbard, the crews respected doctor. Second to Jackal, Spook had guessed him to be the strongest. By tucking his chin inwards and nodding his head, Spook had given Gilbard a respectful nod. That wasn't no small feat.

What have you been up to, Gilbard?

A certain instinct arose within Spook to get a glass of wine; but it was quickly thwarted by his discipline. It had been a while since he's last heard from his fish man friend, he was curious what he'd hear back from him. While talking with his crewmates, another had joined the cabinet--it was the new face that he had heard about.

Hmm, hmmm, fish?

The tall male tried peaking at the door, shifting his head from left to right until he could see the voice that spoke with the captain. With one eye pinched, trying to recollect the details of what he's heard about the new recruit, Spook moved towards the door.

Ah, right, you's a fish!

Spook interjected the conversation about Jackal's swordfish.

Me? I like fish too. With a dash of whiskey cocktail, and a nice pinot noir you can serve one hell of a salmon.

It was the gourmet, culinary side of cooking with fish that Spook enjoyed. Right as Jackal began ushering people to sit down, Lucas arrived into the room, which Spook gave a respectful head nod to.

But boss, even at funerals they serve alcohol

A big smirk dominated Spooks face as he sat down on the comfortable conference chairs. The new members name was Fibi; how interesting--as the crew members sat down Spook carefully studied Gilbard and Fibi, he was trying to see whether they react to each other being fishmen. Do they have a secret greet? A greet only fishmen know? Spook snapped out of it when Jackal mentioned details of the plan.

He'd aid wherever possible. Even going as far as bringing two of the waiters from the ball into the room. They were toyified and could be interrogated because they had to answer truthfully to every question, as commanded by Spook through his contracts. His fruit was quite unique, being capable of turning people into toys and forcing them to follow every commando is a power quite unheard of; due to it wiping the memories of people. The crew members were at liberty to get the exact schematics from the toys instead of maps, if they so desired.

As Jackal explained, once I make touch someone, I can turn them into a toy.

Spook refilled his cup of coffee. This had been his fourth mug today.

Once a person is toyified, everyone forgets that they existed.

A long sip from his coffee was taken, an annoyingly loud one.

I can command the toys to obey to my will. This happens through a contract.

The male set down his cup and elaborated some more.

Some are too powerful, and resist. The captain for example. Nothing happens to them. I can manipulate the toys and reform their shape. I could make you a shark toy.

Spook mused, he was curious whether Gilbard or Fibi would respond. And who would respond first. Either case, he got off his chair to walk to the new crewmember and extend his hand. The leather glove would seal his powers, so there was nothing to be afraid of.

My name is Spook Salvatore, my stage-name is Gojira; it's nice to meet you.

Whether or not the new member had accepted the handshake, Spook moved back to his chair unless interrupted by something else. Jackal had shifted the conversation towards the World Government. Spook listened to what was said. He wasn't really too familiar with the name of the crew, so he thought this to be a good action. Spook approvingly nodded once Jackal began to read the room.

I like it. I think we will leave a strong impression of ourselves with our new identity tonight.

There were a few platters of sandwiches brought in. Spook took one and leaned against the table, across the image of the layout. He snapped his finger and ordered the waiter toys to move towards the layout and answer any question the crew might have.

Right, I intend to come in through the main entrance with the invitation given to Jackal. You might have heard the orchestra already, they're coming along with. Their purpose will be to block off the doors. And also escort any difficult customers if required.

Heh, people always forget the Bishop. If possible, that's who I'd go after.

Spook shifted through the dossier. His eyes couldn't tell him precisely why, but from the poster, Bishop seemed arrogant. This was something he could capitalize on.

So, a giant man came in, and Fibi had to slink out of the way of Justice to let him pass her. Thankfully she didn't have the anatomy of a human, so she could squish up against the wall easily while moving on in to the room, only to be accosted verbally by Jackal while the other grunts of the crew tried to apologize for her eating habits. "It was delicious though!" She declared emphatically to Jackal in regards to that wonderful marlin. She was smiling wide, showing off those inhuman teeth, designed for rending meat apart, a trait that even half fishmen had.

Fibi took a seat, lifting it up and putting it to the side of the room while she used that gargantuan tail, in proportion to her body, to coil up and form in to a nice seat to perch upon, her legs folded in to a meditative state while she folded her hands in her lap, waiting to hear what was going on. She was called in for the purpose of taking down someone named Mother, a name she heard when she spoke to Jackal and Percila in that tavern several days ago. Clutching her chin with one hand, Fibi thought about it.

Fibi was introduced to everyone's skill set. The toy maker, the man who took down the rear admiral's fleet, the dials. Before Jackal continued, Fibi took out that mask she was carrying, and slapped it down on the table, to cut in after he finished reintroducing them as the Helios Bandits, but before the plan of the attack on the compound started. Anyone worth their salt, especially fishmen, would recognize that mask. It looked ancient, like some sort of an Aztec design of the upper half of a skull. In place of the teeth on the mask, they were coiled around in to wooden looking tentacles. It was a mask that served as a sign of who wore it, The Kraken, as they had taken to being called.

Fibi looked nowhere near as old as five hundred and fifty years old, but, here she was, with the mask that marked her as the fearsome legend. "I am supposed to be the Kraken, it's a legend, and a story, passed down on Fishman Island, for all the children to be afraid of, I'm nowhere near as strong as my trainer yet, but, I can handle myself. I'm supposed to be the next Kraken, secretly, it's just a title passed down from one holder of the mantle to the next, and, I'd rathernot be. I want to be my own person."

"I will gladly lend you my aid, but, I want this under one condition, please take me with you whenever you leave this island and help me expose the secret."
SHe laid her hand bare, and was confiding in this crew, she trusted Jackal, and was putting her faith in the rest of the crew of the Helios Bandits.

After the plan was laid out for them, Fibi would chime in, "I will come in, in character, and take on the pawns, every single one of them. And, if I am able, I will come and provide support to whoever else I can find. I don't have any powers from a fruit, I don't have any of those fancy magic dials. But, I'm really good at stretching and moving around people easily. So, I can get to anyone if they need me. I'll also look for the rook after I take care of the pawns!"

Lucas's face perked up for a moment as he raised an eyebrow at the captain. Lucas wasn't expecting a howl or screech like that. He understood why he did it, there was a certain air about the room. One filled to the brim with tension. Jackal was trying to diffuse the tension in the room given everyone's faces except for Spook and Fibi. Jackal went down the line of the happenings in the crew to make sure everyone was on the same page. The subject was quickly changed about how the name of the crew was convenient and not something Jackal wanted to stick. So it seemed like a little rebranding was needed.

'Helios Pirates.' Lucas thought with a grin. “I like it.” His whole demeanor had changed to something a bit more positive. He wasn't so deep into his own thoughts that it triggered him to feel spouts of anxiety about the upcoming mission. Then the plan was being explained right before all of them. Approaching from the sky was a good surprise tactic. Spook quickly explained the details of his own power to the new member, Fibi. A fish-woman or girl? From the sounds of it. Lucas wasn't too keen on how fish-men saw themselves. He wasn't going to get too in-depth about it because he didn't wanna derail the whole pow-wow they were having.

The sandwiches and drinks that were requested were brought in during Spooks little talk. Lucas was actually quite hungry, so it was most welcomed. He wanted to wait until Spook was done. Before he could do so Fibi went ahead and plopped a mask down on the table. One that looked familiar in nature but it wasn't getting any hits in his mind. Until she said the name, The Kraken. A mythological monster that everyone was aware of. Hell Lucas based one of his attacks off of the beast. “What do you ya know, surprises do come in small packages,” Lucas replied.

After Fibi finished speaking the room got quiet for a moment. This was Lucas's queue to go. “Well I am Lucas Sturm, but I go by Justice in the field. You can call me Lucas though Fibi. It is a pleasure to meet ya. I am the user of the Ishi Ishi, I am a stone man. If it's stone, I can control it as long as I touch it. Simple yet powerful.”

Lucas took a drink of the soda before continuing on. “Just get me to the ground boss, and you know how it plays out from there. I will work on pawns and any pieces that may come out to confront me. As long as I have ground I have power. Let's make this party one to remember.”

Right and wrong is subjective, isn't it? In that case, it'd rather be wrong as many times as it takes to achieve my ideal of freedom.

Scarfing down a few sandwiches as everyone became more acquainted with each other, Jackal took everyone's input into consideration, especially those of Spook and Lucas, who'd gently reminded him on their strengths. With the layout of the compound before the Mink, he'd shuffle between a couple ideas before speaking, to which, a devilish grin would conjure itself towards the magician's face.

"Kraken? I've read about that myth a few times in my studies. Who would've thought it was real. Though, in Paradise, most things aren't striking me as impossible anymore." Jackal stated. Without even a moments hesitation, "If we make it out of this alive, I'd be glad to help take out a legend or two. These men that sit before you are some of the best I know with a plethora of skill-sets to boot. Whether it's defeating legends or snuffing out dirty mafioso, I believe in their skills." Jackal concluded.

Pausing momentarily, checking to see if there were any objections to the name change, everyone seemed set. Abrupt, Jackal was resolved now he'd had a chance to read the energy of everyone in the room, though nerves would be prominent before any heist, the focus mindsets are what truly reassured the Captain.

"This operation will be combination of everything we've been working on so far. Listen up.

We'll divide the team into three forces. If you haven't noticed, the entire estate is surrounded by a stone wall. Further so, it's backed by a stone quarry around it's perimeter that was etched out to prevent entrance via any other route but the main gate.

Lucas. Spook. Fibi. You'll be part of Team A. Spook will cause a distraction at the entrance, which will give Lucas time to assimilate with the wall. Lucas take out the snipers along the entrance, and Fibi merge yourself into the guest line. You can use your affiliations with Kraken to claim Mother invited you. It won't matter if you're not on the list or not, by that time, Spook would've already planted the seeds for his distraction. I'll drop you three off into the housing area on the outskirts of the compounds reach.

They'll be carriages stationed there meant to escort the guests towards the compound, tons of people bring Mother gifts. The security in the town seems to be more loosely lipped, due to the heavy security at the second check-point.

In previous years, marines and revolutionary contacts have made it pass the first point, only to be shot dead at the entrance during the screening. Be careful."
Jackal explained.

"That's where Team B comes in. Gilbard and myself. Sinbad, you'll fly us above the center of the compound, and we'll scale the rope ladder to land into the garden area next to Building [5]. From there, we'll make our way towards Mother's position in Area [1] and that's where we'll toss the custom dials into her adoring crowd. I doubt it'll have much effect on the Pieces she has present but it'll give us a bit of fodder control at least.

At this point, if possible, it'd like to wait until Mother shows more of her hand. Then, I'll present myself before her, and her investors. I'll offer them a game, her best against my own, regardless of if she takes the bait, I've gathered enough information about her organisation over the months to make it very uncomfortable for her people to move.

Team C. Sinbad and the Helios Bandits. You'll dock the ship directly to West of Area 1. That'll be our home base, and it's the point where less personnel are stationed.

Not like it'll matter, we'll have fifty plus men station to guard the ship. Ready the canons to fire at will at anyone approaching.

The final part of the plan is this. Team A's mission is simple. Block off the only entrance into the compound. Defeat the pieces stationed around the point of entrance as you encounter them.

Team B's mission is to kill Mother, or if that fails, turn her into a toy. Team A and B are to meet back up at Area [1]. Spook, Lucas, Fibi, once you arrive, setup a perimeter, barring off any of her men's escape. With Justices' Ishi, that'll be cake. If me and Gilbard can't manage to silence her and her guard, then it'll be the five of us trying to complete the mission.

Sinbad. The moment that we arrive at Mother's Location, use the Type B Den Den Mushi to broadcast this message to all of Baltigo.

Message wrote:'Mother has defeated the Calico Pirates, and they're bodies lie lifeless in the Nil District. Marines are offering full bounty for them to be returned to the Marine Base in the Ninth District.'

Mother has connections with all the other districts. In the event that she's losing and plans to call for backup, I'm going to have anyone who can possibly help her miles away.

Finally, we kidnap all of the core investors, Spook can turn the big-wigs into toys, and escape on the ship towards the skies once more. With Nil and Ninth hot, we'll land our ship in Ursa's Turf.

As much as I don't want owe that Bear anything else, until we can re-organize Mother's troops, we'll be pretty much murderers til the smoke settles.

Then, Second District is ours. Act One will be finished. Then we can commence our next act, making Second District our cash-cow and expanding our influence."
Jackal concluded.

Taking a deep breath, "Any questions? We might have to dip from Baltigo for awhile until things cooldown but our Log Pose already has our next location." the Bandit King stated.

The doctor didn't have much to say during Jackal's explanation. His plan sounded well thought through and sufficiently effective. It was simple, yet would be able to deal with the fortress like location and party event.

The three new recruits would be hitting them from the front, drawing attention, preventing escape and dealing with whatever threat came their way. It seemed appropriate for what he knew of their capabilities. Having people that could enter from the inside could turn out to be crucial if the winds changed. Also, if the heat was turned up on them, they could theoretically retreat out of the property and into the city. Sinbad would naturally need to stay with the ship and there wasn't enough space to move around the massive amount of grunts that they had accrued. They were best guarding the ship.

As for the two famous faces of the Calico, or rather Helios Bandits, they had the most dangerous task. They would be making their way toward where Mother herself was. No doubt this would be where the strongest resistance would be. Nevertheless, Gilbard was sure that this was the way. With the two of them, he was sure that they could do it. Gil wouldn't have to worry about any of the newer members and they could move ahead at full force. They wouldn't know what had hit them. The fishman was now fully confident about the Ball. He nodded in response and waited to hear what the others had to say.

"I have a contact in the 4th District as well as a place that we can hide out for a while, if that is of use. I've been working in a laboratory set up there with a man in Ursa's circle named Peck. Hiding the ship is going to be a more difficult task but I don't see why we can't make a deal." He had been researching medical science using the facilities in the 4th for some time now. They had access to his genius and he had access to their facilities and a constant demand for his products. It would be easier for them to lay low in his laboratory because there had been people and supplies coming and going from that location for months. Smuggling people and things in and out would be less suspicious. But this was only an idea and if there was something better that presented itself then he was fine going with that.

Spook

SPOOK.

GOJIRA.

Spook sat on his chair, listening to the tale of their new crewmate after having met her. Jackal called her Fibi; and this was the name the toy maker was going to be stick to moving onwards. The young looking mermaid presented an old looking mask to the crew. Explaining that fate had a plan for her; it sounded confusing though, was the owner of the mask the current Kraken? Why not bestow it upon someone else if that's a possibility? Spook decided not to intrude too much right now, she did have his attention though. When his captain entertained the idea of helping Fibi after this, Spook began to think about it himself.

Me and Lucas have some business we need to attend to in Baltigo, but after that; sure.

At this point, Spook sat on the edge of the table again while Jackal begun explaining his grand plan. The idea was that the crew divided up into three teams; each serving an important purpose.

Right, I need Sinbad to drop me off with the marching band[2], we'll march towards together to the ball; Fibi could tag along, you could blend within the band as we enter.

Spook added to Jackal's plan, further elaborating his part. He pointed at the map while explaining the first portion, making it clear at what point the A-team would be coming from.

Would you like to use this, mermaid Fibi?

The dial on his belt was quickly undone by his nimble fingers, presented to Fibi. If she wanted, she could take it and use it in the upcoming battle. It was quite a powerful dial, it could shapeshift depending on the movement of its user; while still carrying the durability of a c-rank sword. Spook quickly demonstrated these abilities, by forming a spear while holding the button at the side of its handle, by releasing it, the dial halted the creation of additional iron. The toy maker had two of these dials, so he certainly could miss one. It was a good thing that Lucas was going to take out the snipers holding watch; this will ensure the crews safety once inside.

We might require someone at the door to fend off reinforcements if that is the case.

The male sat further on the seat, explaining why

My toys will keep everyone inside, so no valuable targets escape my clutches.

He stroked his chin, looking at Lucas as he continued. Perhaps he could immediately imprison these critical clients, not requiring as many toys to hold the perimeter?

They might be able to hold off the reinforcements, but they probably can't keep everyone inside as a result.

He likely could fend off reinforcements later in the fight by himself if he turned enough useless soldiers into toys, and reinforce his own army while going in. The captain proposed that he presented himself before the big bad, Spook listened carefully as to his reasons why. It made sense, he wanted to play it mano a mano with Mother; and if possible, have Spook turn her into a toy. The fake message drafted up by Bandit was certainly going to draw a lot of people.

Shouldn't the message say Helios pirates?

Maybe Jackal intended to use the old name of the crew, due to it being more known. Spook just wanted to make sure he wasn't making a mistake with the message. The crew seemed to all agree that they dip from Baltigo if needed; this made sense, there wouldn't be a large issue postponing his Museum Raid, he thought.

Sounds fine to me. Maybe we should set up a meeting spot if things go sour?

A lot of things could go wrong, the ship being blown up, a large part of the crew being defeated, a situation where a fallback get initiated, it could be helpful knowing where they could gather other than the ship.

And right then, Gilbard suggested a location. This was good, it sounded like a fine emergency safehouse. Spook put on his helmet and tapped the top of it once, he was ready to go.

Fibi didn't have a lot to add to the plan, she didn't have any fancy equipment, she didn't have any super powers, she did, however, have the tenacity to stay determined and stick through this, if it meant getting her freedom. Sure, she didn't have the experience as a veteran fighter, and okay, maybe she did have a contact she could ask for help, but, her father figure would much rather her try to recruit these guys to be hers for when it was time to be The kraken. Nuts to that though!

She was here to be who she was, or, who she wanted to be. Fibi just weaved back and forth on her tentacle tail, legs folded neatly in a seated position as she moved in the air like a snake rearing up on its belly.

"Am I going with you guys when you all leave? I, don't think my adoptive father would like that." She said with a bit of a forlorn tone. She was taught how to fight like The Kraken, a style passed down only from one person to the next, only cephalopod fishmen could learn it, and her adoptive dad was more than a master of the style. In his age, he might not be as powerful, but, he could still send shivers up and down Fibi's potentially non existent spine, judging by how she was stretching back, and planting her feet up on the ceiling while her tail stretched her up as high as possible.

"Just tell Fibi where she needs to be and when, so that Fibi can focus only on what is in front of her!" She shouted with glee.
