Area Description

Known as district 'zero', this area was deemed unable to be industrialised by the Revolutionary Army for the infrastructure they originally intended. Left as a collection of slums, Nil District is a lawless state filled where the slogan is 'Crime pays always'. It's also called Tenth District, as if another player were to ever tame the rebels that reside in the slums, they'd be able cornerstone themselves as a 'King Pin'.
