Melissa was already prepping as the girl spoke, why wouldn't she? As soon as Melissa clocked the collar around her neck, she knew what the girl was there for. Not to mention this girl stated she wanted to kill her. Snow was gently pouring from the soles of her feet, mixing into the natural snow around them. Flowing into a wider range as the girl spoke. Melissa's influence of power was growing, just like her own strength. A feeling washed over her as the young woman's body changed, the shimmering armour that covered her was different. Yet the sensation of dread, the killing intent, it was all the same. The hairs upon her body stood up, and as the fierce bubblegum bullets shot forth, the snow queens body would have already vanished from its place of being. The use of Soru would allow her to move with such speed and grace, even upon the top layer of snow. While others may be hindered by its power, she herself was not. The powdery substance erupted upwards as her feet finally stopped moving, ten meters to the right of her previous appearance. The bubblegum like projectiles bursting through the powdery snow further back.
"Fuck me." Melissa said shaking her head. "Perrington yeah?, lets just get this shit over with, I have a train to catch" The Queen of Drum uttered as she pulled her hands upwards. From the ground below the snow burst upwards, within a seventy five meter radius, the snow below erupted upwards, joining with the snow in the air, spiralling in a dome like fashion, a blizzard unlike any other would take place. The small pieces of snow where compact, mini, able to find their way into the eyes and sensitive areas with ease. Though with the womans muscularish frame, Melissa doubted that unlike against her weaker foes, the hail like snow would do anything.
The blizzard itself would help intensify the immense cold of Drum itself, though its true purpose was much simpler than that. Vision hindrance. That was the true intention. Vision was one of the main abilities of a fight, and being hindered like this, well that could be the difference between life and death. Also with her ability to become snow itself, blending into the blizzard would mean identifying her would also be a rather difficult ability. I know what your thinking, wouldnt the blizzard also affect Melissa. NO! NO IT WOULDN'T. Through the ability of the Yuki Yuki No Mi. The snow blizzard seemed as though it wasn't even in her line of sight. With the blizzard taking barely any time to form, being made from the snow that had already fallen, Melissa's next action would happen in mere seconds. With her hand outstretched, the familiar lance of snow shot formed, though its appearance would be seen for only a second as once again Soru became her movement. With the woman still only being ten meters from her, Soru covered the distance easily enough, placing Melissa in front of her, the lance of snow being brought downwards in a diagonal motion.
