OOC: Part III is going to start way in the past. But, ends in the present.
Twenty years ago
The raid was massive. The Pirate force mustered was something people only thought could happen in a worse case scenario. Their numbers ranged into the hundreds and were more than enough to run through this little town on this Island. The screams of the people as they were beaten, killed, raped, and robbed echoed throughout the town. Nothing was held back. Their desires took over them and they would be demons in night. No one was safe. Not one that held no value to them.
"MEN! ENJOY YOURSELVES! THIS TOWN IS OURS!" A Man's who voice could echo was more frighting than thunder came down over the town. He didn't even use a Den Den mushi to increase his volume. Rather his powerful lungs is all he needed for his voice to travel. He spoke mainly to push those that may be having second thoughts on them sacking this peaceful village. As those who already were enjoying themselves wouldn't care for what he was saying. After speaking he'd take a long and passionate drag on his cigar. He stood at the helm of his ship gazing outward at the town, the sheer size of the ship was enough to dwarf most buildings within the town. As they came on one vessel. And this vessel was designed to hold more than just them. It needed to be large enough to hold their supplies. Their booty. And whatever else they felt they needed on their journey.
This incident had gone done in history as the Red Night. The story mainly is told with the South Blue, where it took place. A promising Pirate crew had been amassing a large force to move from the Blue and into the Grandline. And before they did this they wanted to enjoy themselves to a point that it would sickening. Only a few survived the event and that was only because they were needed to spread the story. Some that also survived weren't allowed to tell the story. Rather forced to be part of the crew as property. Slaves if you want a word for it. As the ship needed constant maintenance due to its sheer size. The crew also needed people that knew how to cook for them. Clean for them. And other things they couldn't be bothered with doing themselves. From this Island in total they would collect around thirty people. And after a year within the blue before they headed out only one of those people would survive. And that would be JANE TOPPAN.
Fifthteen years ago
She gazed outward through the small window of her living quarters. Her room was small and cramped, but three others stayed within it with her. With one bed they took shifts at times sleeping. Two at a time. But, if the others were too tired from being worked too hard they would be allowed to use the pillows and blankets for a makeshift bed. They were the lucky ones however as they were on the top half of the ship. If they were any lower they wouldn't have a window they could open and get fresh air.
"This place is like a Prison.""What do you mean....by like. I fuckin' is. We aren't allowed to leave until we area needed....we wear these collars."
"No, it is worse than Prison. We are in Hell." There would be a silence within the room. All three of them hated their situation and wanted to escape from it. However, the harsh reality was that they knew they never would leave it. This silence would be broken when the door would creak open and they'd see Jane, who was bloodied. Her eye was swollen to the point that you couldn't tell where her cheek ended. Her lip was split down the middle and her other eye was blacked around it while red within.
"Jane!" Her name would be said in unison by the other three. As they rushed over to her, catching her before she fell. She used all her strength to make it here. If you were to be harmed and not be able to get back to your quarters they threw you overboard. As if you can't take a beating you couldn't take being on this ship. It was harsh and barbaric. These Pirates were more brutal than many out at sea at this time.
Jane couln't speak but motioned to the bag she had dropped when she arrived. One of the other Girls would go over to it and check it out. It was heavy but when she opened the pocket she saw there was nothing within. She was confused but still brought it to Jane. Jane would then do something and reveal a hidden pocket. She would smile reveal a few missing teeth as she pulled out things they needed. A medical kit. Food as they were underfed. And even makeup. There also were a few other things. Right now though the only thing of importance right now as the medical kit. Which would be put to use to make sure Jane was at least taken care of. Once that was done she pushed for her everyone to eat, and they did. For the first time, they ate what they wanted. It didn't fill their bellies but it did fill their spirit.
They stole sometimes but never like this. Jane had explained to them she had stolen and got caught, but they couldn't find anything she stole. So they beat her till they grew tired and then sent her away. A enemy vessel was seen and is what caused them to stop. Even right now combat was still being done by the enemy force.
"IF YOU DIE YOU ARE WEAK! ONLY THE STRONG LEAD! ONLY THE STRONG LIVE! THOSE SHIPS! THOSE FUCKIN' MARINE SHIPS! ARE COMMANDED BY WEAK MEN! WEAK! THIRTY SHIPS FOR ONE!? HAH! THEY CAME WITH A SMALL NUMBER! SINK THEM! SINK THEM!" As they fought sharing cannonfire with the enemy vessels the Captain gave his speech. He did this because he was a strong Man. He had fought many battles over the years after making it to the Grandline. None had ever defeated him. Not even those that challenged him on this ship. He told everyone that the could take his spot if they could kill him. He was Captain Jack of the Reaper Pirates.
Thirteen Years later
Jane stood over Jack her eyes locking with his.
"I waited for this day...heh. I...I longed for it. You.... She would kneel down and gently place her hands his face. There were only a few seconds before she would use her thumbs to pop his eyeballs.
You don't deserve to look at me. "His screams frightened those around and they watched in horror. A man that had for many years been unstoppable was being harmed by a Woman half his size. His screams of agony filled them with fear, petrified they couldn't move from where they were. She didn't beat him with overwhelming strength No, she dismantled him with skill alone. Though she wasn't within this mess hall alone she fought the Captain alone. In front of everyone that were part of the upper echelon of the crew.
Jack's screams turned to whimpers,
"No....yell like you always do." She would move to his lower regin and remove his pants. And began to dismantle this Man for everyone to hear and see. His cries were louder than anything they ever heard.
"STOP I-" One of the Men wanted to intervene after seeing this and began to move. But was cut down by another Woman, his head rolling onto a table.
"Do you bitches....realy fuckin' think. We will follow you after you beat the Captain? Huh? DO YOU FUCKIN' BITCHES THINK WE WILL FOLLOW YOU! Heh, if you come get on you knees and please me. I might let you live." One Man would yell but wouldn't move. As a rule, if you beat the Captain you took his role. But, they couldn't accept someone that once was their plaything as their leader.
"Wiwwiwwiwwi! You...Oh my god. You really think we want to lead you? Really? After what you've one to us. And what you've done to others. I don't think you deserve to even draw breath anymore. And if we did lead you....you think we will stay on this vessel? Our hell? No, you are far too full of yourselves. " Jane would say as she would drop what she held within her hands and began to walk toward the exit of the room. The Other Woman within the room would follow and exit. Everyone else would be shocked and confused on what to do next. Some checked on the Captain who was still alive.
"Fuck are we doing! We gotta go after them now!" "Yeah!"
"Come on!""For the Captain!" When the doors would open once more they would be met with one of their own weapons. A Gatling gun. And the buttles would soon begin to fly. Tearing through that that wanted to go after them and traveling into the room. There were more exits but soon those were inaccessible. Smoke coming from them. They were trapped. Being slain in the vessel they thought they'd never lose with let alone on.
Jane and those she had liberated watched from a small vessel, that was a ship used to dock, as the Goliath of a ship they considered a hell was up in flames. They were outside of Island so many were witness to it. Jane would pull out something that resembled a flare gun and aim it toward the ship, to fire it over it.
"Jane are you sure about this?""We could just start over?""No, we can't start over. We must commit to something." And with that Jane would fire the flare and something would be displayed once it exploded over the burning ship. That being her own jolly roger. She wasn't saved by anyone but herself. And she despised Pirates but knew the only way to beat them was to join their game. Just how she had beaten Captain Jack and his crew. She planned for years and did what she needed for this day. Those that she lost would never leave her. She would make everyone fear who she was. She would clean up the world.
Ten years ago.
"Man, you hear about that Pirate?"
"Which one?"
"Dolly Doll. She captured the Rumbar Pirates and dressed them up....put em on display over on Jaya. Crazy right? That is the hundredth crew....big crew. That she went and humiliated like that. I think she only left the Captain alive."
"What she is doing is wrong."
"How come?"
"She is a Pirate. All Pirates are bad."
"I suppose. But, she only goes after other Pirates....so can we really call her a Pirate?"
"She flys a jolly roger. Who cares who she kills...she kills people. And in the eyes of me and mine. And more importantly the World Government she ain't no good. If she wanted to fight Pirates she could've joined the Marines instead like my boy."
A small girl eavesdropped on their conversation as she filled her cart with fruit she had just purchased. When she had finished they already turned the conversation to something else. She was around the age of seven. Pushing her cart as fast as she could she moved down the dirt road. And soon she'd arrive at the docks where a ship caught her eye. The ship was her destination and she would quickly. She would leave the cart there and grab an empty one nearby. She wasn't the only kid or person for that matter doing this. Others brought carts and others unloaded those cart and placed the empty ones back down.
From the crows nest, Jane watched this girl. Like others, she was tasked with getting supplies for the ship in return for being on it. It wasn't like the situation she was in where you were forced to stay. You could leave at any time and would be given some beli to start a new life. She had amassed a large bounty even though she only targeted Pirates. She had begun to call her Dolly Doll because of how she left those she targeted. They looked more beautiful than they ever had. Fit for a funeral.
That girl was the last thing that reminded her of the Rumbar Pirates. She was the driving force during her time there. As before she came along she didn't care about succumbing to the darkness.
When the girl would return she'd be done for the day and she would meet her Mother in her quarters. The Captain's quarters. There she would place a doll on the shelf next to many others. Each time they arrived to an Island, even if they already had been there, she would purchase the prettiest doll she could find.
"Another one?"
"Yeah, I like to collect them!"
"I see."
Five years ago
Tears began to stream down her face as she held her daughter. The attack came out of nowhere and the casualties were almost a hundred percent. A portion of her quarters was burning. All of the dolls appeared to cry as the material used to construct their face began to melt. They also felt the sadness that overwhelmed Jane.
She struggled to sway to her feet with her daughter wrapped in her arms. Both had been hit with flying debris but only Jane was strong enough and had enough will to take the hit, barely. Her head was leaking blood and so was a spot in her gut where something had pierced her. She would pull her out the burning room and onto the main deck, where many bodies laid.
The sight was disgusting. All of these beautiful souls were unfit to be laid to rest, even her daughter. Her crew that would make the world beautiful had been decimated.
The ship would rock from another volley and her eyes would turn in the direction of one of the ships. They were Marines. Those she did nothing to had come to wrong her. She did nothing but rid the world of Pirate crews. And as the ship sunk she changed.
Two Years Ago
Dolly Doll had been presumed dead. But, when nobody was found they kept her posters active. After the incident, she had found herself on Jaya Island. Keeping to herself and just collecting. Many rooms were littered with dolls that resembled not only those her daughter collected but those that she had lost. This being how she had been dealing with loss.
"Oh, so this is where you've been hiding! Heh! Right under my nose. Jane."".....""No need to speak, no need. I can do all the talking for now. I just have been gathering many promising comrades that can help me with a plan I have. And well....I came across your bounty. I read the poster and thought back about our story. You wanted to change the world. Make it better by cleaning it up in a beautiful fashion. Many couldn't understand that. But, I could. I did. So I start seeking you out. And you are hard to find. It was only when I heard about the monthly purge as they call it. That I could find you. Connecting the dots and thinking about it. This was the month you lost everything. And for your anniversary you capture...
"I collect.""You collect those that evil. But, you never came after me. Why?""Because Doctor. You aren't an Evil Man.""OOOOH! I LIKE YOU! I LIKE YOU! Many see what I have done as nothing but despicable. That I am someone that ruins the world. When I just want to save it. So that leads to why I came to you. I want your help. I can save the world but I don't have that touch. You can accept my offer or decline it. Regardless I've brought you a gift that I think you'd enjoy. Something fitting to your name." The Clown would say as he revealed a fruit with strange designs on it.
He knew her name. She hadn't heard it since that day, and that is what caused her to hear him out. There was a sincerest within his voice. Instead of taking the fruit right away she would leap forward and hug him. It was strange but she didn't care. What Jane wasn't aware of was that there was a gas within this room before the Man arrived that caused her to feel this way. And she would never know as she was already ensnared in his web of lies. She would go on to in ways fall in love with this Clown seeing him as her Savior.
Pirates had ruined her life. Capturing her and turning her into thinking she had to adopt that life to make a change. Then when she left that life anther came to drag her back. Drag her into something that would, if allowed, change the very world everyone lived within. The plan this Clown had was something that truly showed he was a
Evil Man.
