Vizmir downed a shot glass and asked for another. He was already in a calm mood, and to him it was never too early to drink and enjoy one's own time. After the second shot glass, he asked the bartender for a beer, "I'm keeping it classy" he chuckled. The rumbles that emanated through the area nearly startled some of the patrons and the bartender, "Don't worry, that's just the giant that's outside, fell asleep no doubt" the old man said calmly. The bartender shrugged his shoulders before gesturing for everyone to remain calm and take their seats.
Though Vizmir has met the Phantom Raiders, a few of them, he prefer not to be seen associating with them, one, for not risking himself getting in trouble with the marines, and two, to avoid any conflict with anyone else, to his knowledge it seems these pirates seem to draw trouble to them like a moth to a flame.
The empty shot glasses slowly moved across the bar due to the giant's snoring vibrating them along the surface. Vizmir laughed but it came quickly to a stop when the snoring was overtaken by several distance explosions. The glasses stopped moving, and Vizmir locked eyes with the bartender "Yeah, that's not giant" he said before downing the beer and gesturing for another one. Already the day was at that point.

Gideon was awoken by the explosions. He had tipped over but quickly got to his feet. Looking about as his eyes adjusted, he finally spotted where the noise was coming from, the docks, "What the hell?" he said, rubbing his eyes, trying to gather his thoughts.
Ships doing battle... no... ships destroying docked ships, "Damn! what pirates would do this?" It didn't make much sense, Mock town seem to be a place where pirates would try and find some type of peace, honor among thieves in some sort of way, or at least that was what Gideon thought. Instead of using the den den mushi on his shoulder, he bent down and opened the door with one hand, calling into the tavern "Attack on the docks! Enemy unknown !Daimaru, what's the plan!?" he called in, knowing with the captain and the firstmate gone, Daimaru was next in line on the chain-of-command due to seniority. Hopefully the shark had some kind of idea what was going on or at least what was needed to be done.
