The top of the roof was highly uncomfortable. Raijin found a designated spot, he was waiting for the opportune moment to arrive. This was a one of biggest missions he'd undertake. After the disastrous attempt to stop Gonshiro the Bandit. However it was all a ploy and a lie. An elaborate scheme to kill Raijin.

It had almost worked if it wasn't for his Captain. Romo's had not been seen since then. Raijin and J.J had returned with reinforcements but they had departed and abandoned the base after it had been infiltrated.

Organized bandit activity stopped almost altogether. They weren't as bright as Sendo's campaign had alleged. Raijin had tried to find out as much as he could about the assassin Sendo. He was extremely skilled in the art of the Sword.

But Johnny was highly disturbed by the thought of his mother trying to kill him. He hadn't heard from her in years since he thwarted a plan she had with Cipher Pol.

He had given up trying to track her. It was impossible. However he had no idea how she found him and why she wanted him dead all of sudden. His sudden disdain for his mother turned into hate.

Anyone that ordered his death was an enemy of the highest order. Which brought the Minkmen to the Emerald District. He was to obvious to infiltrate the streets looking as he did without attracting attention.

So he stayed to the large buildings which were plentiful in the Emerald distance. The building across from him was the Emerald Police force. The door to the building opened up, and out came a large group of armed policeman.

All of them were walking around a expensive looking small crate. Right on time. They were lightly armored. They probably didn't expect anyone to enter this district with the Queen reigning as she does.

There was large carriage waiting outside for them. They took the crate and they entered the back of the carriage. Raijin began to crouch as he was to get ready for the initial chase. The plan was to follow the carriage before they got to the Nobles house.

Where stealing it would be dangerous for the citizens. He was trying not to take their lives, he didn't need the Queen down his backside quite just yet. There was desire to not kill, but he would if he had too. Their lives were mute the moment they sided with the Queen.

Judan
While Raijin operated from the rooftops, Judan would work from the streets. He'd blend in with the inhabitants of the Emerald District, a care package from the informant he and Raijin previously met with would give him the garbs necessary to do so. Moving within the shadows would still be necessary, however, avoiding as many eyes as he possibly could. He didn't want anyone being able to recognize him at a later point.

Judan would watch intently as the guards exited with the great. Them hovering around it made it obvious that it held great importance to whoever it was intended for. He would gather as much information as he could while the group loaded the crate onto the designated cart. He would memorize their numbers, the look of the crate, anything that could possibly prove useful later on. A final check of their surroundings and confirmation that the crate had been secured would be all they needed before they departed towards their destination.

As the cart began its pace, Judan would send a simple signal to Raijin, confirming that he was still tailing the transport from the ground and hadn't been burned yet. The group of Revolutionaries had already gone over certain signals and tells they would share among themselves to alert the others. Communication would be limited at key points of the operation and they couldn't risk revealing themselves.

Unbeknownst to the two Revolutionary warriors who began to trail the carriage. Were two people tailing them. They were hidden in the crowd and there was nothing that could have gave them up. They waiting patiently on the carriage to start moving before they followed. They knew where the carriage was heading and where the Rev's would like to hit them. They followed quickly but carefully. The Assassins didn't want their presence out just yet.

---------

Raijin looked and peaked downwards. The carriage was getting off to a good speed. Good enough Johnny to keep up with on top of the roofs. It took a right from the station and continued down a street alive with the most prosperous of people. They gently moved out of the way. This carriage was ordained with markings letting everyone know just who it was meant for.

Not many people were able to use the local police for as if they were puppets. But fat greedy rich Noblewoman was just so lucky to have not only money, but power. Her namesake given to her at birth was obvious upon even hearing about her.

She wanted all the new things. The best things. Your things, were her things. Her name was Laluz Itania. Her reach as a family member of the Itania family was far and wide. Off island she could get her fat fingers on almost anything. She happened to grab whispers of the most powerful Devil Fruit in the world. Could it be?

It was. Checked and identified by a close contact of hers, she had demanded it to be sent to her from its discovery on Alabasta. That same contact was also a double-agent for the Revolutionary army. He revealed plans of Laluz and her secret acquiring of the Gura Gura no mi. This shocked all of the army, Laluz was a clown. But if the Queen were to get her hands on it. It would spell certain doom for them and all on Lulusia.

Her last attack on the guilds were fresh in everyone's mind. They hated her but feared her nevertheless, she was the Queen. Raijin looked up as he used Soru to jump from the next building. He continued on keeping path for a few blocks. They were coming up to the ambush point. Raijin would give Sym the signal to attack before they crossed the bridge. With Sym distracting Raijin would attack from above.

There was only five officers fully armed with rifles too boot. But in the shadows also waiting patiently were the assassins. Raijin waited for them to get near the bridge...then he gave the signal.

Raijin gave the signal. But Sym didn't move, he even stopped completely and the carriage continued on without him. He must've saw something and couldn't continue on. No the mission wasn't compromised, nothing was alerted. John would have to figure out what happen after the mission. For now he had help already in place to help them.

He looked down and he had about ten meters down towards the carriage. There was a old hunched figure covered in rags pushing a small cart across the road, someone who was clearly out of place here in the Emerald District. Only the nobles and the wealthy people lived in these parts. They weren't subject to seeing anyone from poverty among the rich. The carriage driver pulled the horses to a stop. "Hey move it!

The hunched figure was shocked at the shout and wavered. The cart they were pushing fell over and figure with it. The driver was visibly upset now and got up dismounted the carriage. One of the guards stepped out from the back to see what the racket was about. The men all surrounded them and was questioning how she got her. Prepared to harass them some more for daring to step in front of them.

Raijin jumped down and landed quietly behind the carriage. At the same time the cloaked figure in front of the carriage began to stop rumbling with the cart. The two guards in front were about to step forward and move the figure themselves. When the cloaks flew off the of the crouched figure to reveal a large man dressed in all black and a hood whipped out two long and deadly knives and said, "No manners at at all."

The two guards were shocked and tried to react in time. But the man flicked his hands twice at both of them, each receiving a knife to the to the chest. One of them cried out slightly. The guards inside the carriage were heard the slight noise and was now getting worried. But they didn't immediately grab their rifles and pulled the skirt back. Only to find Johnny holding his hands up menacingly. They gasped and paused, which would cost two of them. Raijin jumped threw the back of the carriage and landed on top of two of them with his knees.

It knocked the other one back, making him stumble backwards and falling on his back. He held his hands high with his index finger hanging in both hands, then he struck his hands out at the same time aiming for both mens throat. It pierced their throats easily, then there was an electric shock as it electrocuted them for good.

The other one cried out as he got back on his feet and held his hands up. Raijin's bloodstained fingers found its way pointing at the man in point blank range. "Please don't kill-" His sentence was cut off when Raijin leaned forward and dashed forward using Soru, while he shot his hand up to the mans throat. A large fury finger with a large claw had pierced his throat. "Shigan."

He immediately clutched Raijin's hand but no cry came out. The light of life began to ebb itself away from his eyes as he gurgled with the blood flooding his esophagus.

The last guard fell to the bottom floor, dead. Behind was a wooden crate, it wasn't boarded up but it had wooden top on it. Raijin began to walk forward, stepping over the dead body. He looked at the crate in front of him and quickly opened the top. He sat the top down and peaked inside the crate. And sure enough there was the purple fancy case over it. It looked like it was made with a lot of money. The type one would spend only because they could. All for aesthetics purposes. He bent down and picked up with his mighty large hands. Though an ordinary box almost like a gift box, though it looked much smaller in Johnny's furry paws.

The back opened up. It was J.J. J.J had helped against the now infamous failed mission against the Master Swordsman Sendo. Who had orchestrated a bandit uprising only to make Raijin surface. All for the purpose of taking his life. Sendo had also managed to defeat his Captain as well, and he didn't even know if he was dead or alive. As he told Johnny to run.

"You got it." He asked Johnny.

Raijin showed him the pretty purple box and he smiled. "Hell yea."

"Lets move it. They'll be wondering why they haven't shown up at their next checkpoint." Raijin opened the box to peak at their prize. Inside was the Devil Fruit, Gura Gura no mi. It was a strange looking fruit with a white look to it, almost likeness of a coconut. Amazing, a fruit like this would fetch a pretty penny on the Black Market. But he would claim this for himself, a fruit like this in the wrong hands could spell certain disaster for the entire world. It was rumored to wield enormous power, such power has not been seen.

But Raijin was sure he'd be able to find out soon enough. He took the fruit out and put it in his jacket. It was small though on him. J.J moved out of the way as Johnny came jumping out and landing on the road. They had completed the mission without making a ruckus. There was a small surge in pride. His last mission went spectacularly wrong. And this mission was more paramount than any mission he had undertaken till then. He did it.

Until he looked up and saw two figures in twenty meters down the road they had been following. Seemingly out of no where. Raijin's heart sank as he and J.J's trained eyes found themselves recognizing one of the figures. He was wearing different clothes this time. Wearing a an all black outfit that could be compared to a ninja's gi with only a few minor differences. However it was the face that the other two found most recognizable. It was none other than Sendo. The one who had decimated their squad on their last mission.

"What's the boss's verdict this time Hugan?" the six foot samurai inquired gripping his hands on the hilt of his Meito.

"He said not to make a spectacle but at this stage... Retrieving the fruit is necessary at all costs." the massive cloaked man standing at nine feet in height commented.

The duo were known simply as Hugan and Sendo. No one truly knew their real names. Though, the kicker was, Sendo and Hugan were indeed their birthright names, it's just they'd often spread rumours of otherwise throughout the Kingdom to add mystery to their profiles.

(Gran Voyage) Kill-a-Deal FFAB3B741A6AA02DDC629BB631751D7F24603B96

Sendo was a top class swordsman, who'd sharpened his blade through countless murders, only opting to take on enemies who'd been known fighters throughout Lulusia, even those who'd been imported as mercenaries from Baltigo. He was a nasty no-nonsense man, and though he enjoyed an honourable fight, he'd do anything, by any means to win.

Hugan, despite his size was a known the Street Scientist who'd built his massive body to permit him to use his inventions in his 'own' way. With a pitcher's arm, he'd be able to toss any projectile with his barehands up to about forty to forty-five meters tops without breaking a sweat.

Unfortunately, their targets for the missions happened to be Revolutionaries and as much as their contractor hated to off those who ran against the World Government, business was business at the end of the day. From Twenty Meters away, the pitcher of the day licked his lips and reached at the fastened belt underneath his black cloak. It was an utility belt, hidden in each compartment were small tennis ball sized sphere's that ended up being the core of the brawny man's style.

With the malice of a devil, the gigantic scientist reached into his belt, winding his hand backwards to obtain the pitch, the duo circling around to block the immediate path of the advancing Revolutionaries, shedding his cloak. However, after this pitch, forward would be the only way they could've gone.

Peaking above their heads, the tennis ball shaped orb dashed through the air [2 Speed], reaching about twenty feet in peak in hang-time, and declining ten meters behind Raijin's and J.J's current positions, who were advancing forward. Once the sphere touched the ground, a loud bang would rattle through the area, an explosive force that'd be similar to that of fireworks could've been felt, however, it wasn't a bomb that'd effect the area, no, it'd be a wall of fire.

The ring shout out starting from the thirty meter mark from Hugan's position, placing Raijin and J.J. around the epicentre of the blazing flame wall. The flames spread like wildfire [4 Speed], circling around to their positon, creating a forty meter radius wide wall that set fire to the buildings within the street district present. The flames peaked up to fifteen feet in height, and the intensity of the burns were devastating, civilians in the street caught in the fire instantly combusted. [Power 3]

Flames at all major cardinal points, the only way to escape these flames would be to pass behind the weakest patch of the flames to Sendo and Hugan's rear. [Power 2 - Flames]

"I think I'll hang back from here partner. How long will it take you to cut down those two... Careful with the merchandise." Hugan stated, shooting a devilish grin as his index finger pointed to the box in Raijin's hand, not knowing as yet that the fruit had been on his person.

"Five Minutes tops. The Big Tiger Mink looks like a beast but the other one looks like a pussy." Sendo stated, and with one motion, he'd drawn his katana, still maintaining the twenty-meter distance, a shot off a wind blade, an arc of wind that was around ten meters wide, and four meters thick in nature towards their position. However, Sendo's attack wouldn't stop their, as the blade progressed [2 Speed], he'd dash to the men's left flank in a curl like fashion shedding his disguise as well, moving at speed's that be a blur for most normal men [Speed 3 - Soru like motion], closing the twenty-meter distance to five meters away. Where he'd release a second wind blade to the man named J.J's head, in his eyes, he'd just note him as the non-Mink target.

All awhile, the other blade would be on route towards the Mink's ankle, with enough strength to at least render the man wounded if the right precaution's weren't made.

The man next to Sendo was a larger and much more brute looking man than his partner was. They were in front of them barring there path before they got to the bridge. The carriage was halted before it even got there. They must have been waiting on them, so they were here the whole time. Sendo's ability to find Raijin was beginning to be more than annoying. More like a rat. Sendo was aware of Raijin's appearance on Lulusia, however he had did nothing to suggest his presence was on the island.

They tried not getting to much attention to the officers of the army. As Lieutenant of a Cell, Johnny needed to be able to move in silence for espionage or war. Either one needed the Rev to be able to move without be held up. But Sendo was able to find him at every turn, even on a mission as important as this one. Only a few higher ups even knew about the mission.

Raijin frowned as Hugan reached into a utility belt around his waist, and threw something towards  them. It exploded distance away, which erupted into a wall of fire that began to encase them in a forty meter ring. Raijin looked frantically around and to see the large wall of fire race around them, to fast for him to see. The two cared not about the surroundings. There hadn't been any citizens in the area at the time, there was a couple trying to cross the bridge to the other side where Raijin and J.J were. But they were incinerated when they got to close, killing them instantly.

"Sendo, your carnage knows no bounds." Raijin said angrily over the flames to Sendo.

"Revenge makes you put things into perspective." Sendo replied to Johnny.

Johhny ignored the reply by Sendo but instead directed his attention to J.J. "We got to injure his legs." He nodded and kept a hand within his cloak.

Johnny was already planning to do something about them, Sendo he was familiar with. His speed was of a big consequence. However Sendo tried to strike first, he grabbed his Katana and swung towards Raijin. To any normal human, they wouldn't have been able to see it, but he cut the air itself. A long blade of wind raced towards them. Raijin patted the ground with his feet before jumping high into the air. A blade of wind swept past and cut right into the carriage. The carriage fell to the ground in two pieces. After he landed, Sendo moved almost akin to a blur. And then he appeared five meters from them.

Damn hes faster!

It indeed seemed that Sendo had increased his speed since they last fought. However he started to swing his Meito once again towards J.J's head. He was much more perceptive than Raijin that he was able to see Sendo move and his attack at his head. However he wasn't strong. That's because, he was their Marksman. He ducked and rolled sideways to his left away from Sendo. He pulled a pistol out of his cloak and aimed it at Sendo's legs. Taking aim he waited for Raijin to cause the distraction.

At the same time Raijin had a plan. He still held the box in his hands and he had an idea that they could only be after the fruit. But they didn't know it was in his cloak yet. He threw the box as hard as he could at Sendo. Knowing he would be forced to catch it instead of slicing it in half. Then he used Soru to run towards Sendo so that he was to the side of the ronin warrior, out of the way for J.J to get a clear shot. Also simultaneously preparing one his deadliest techniques. He held a clawed index finger on both hands and struck out multiple times (three strikes) "Shigan Madara!" He aimed at the shoulder of the mans sword arm, his other arm and directly to Sendo's chest. If they were to hit they would paralyze the appendages hit.

J.J saw his chance and took let go two shots aiming for both legs of Sendo.

"I truly hate your types... Strategy is everything in combat." Hugan stated, standing at his position from twenty meters away. Unlike others, Hugan and Sendo had been fighting for awhile together, they'd have a simple tactic, much like J.J acted as the distraction in their scenario, Sendo was the wolf who raided the village, where as Hugan was part of the metaphorical pack who took care of strays, and that, was exactly what J.J. was in Hugan's eyes. As J.J and Raijin avoided Sendo's initial attack, the only casualties being the carriage itself, Raijin did indeed avoid the path of Hugan's initial attack, circling around to the right flank of the Ronin. However, it'd happen the moment that J.J. reached for his weapon, Hugan would spring into action.

His hand still located by his utility belt, Hugan would quickly remove another spear, and with a single pitch, an above average windup, he'd toss the sphere towards J.J.'s direction. The choice was his, if he'd continued to focus on Sendo, or even diverting his attention to himself, it'd determine the scale of what would happen next. The ball travelled at [Speed 2], and this time it was a curve ball, one that'd only curve from it's original streamline course a the last second. Once the ball broke, it's contents would itself, and a bright flare that'd encapsulate a ten meter radius would disburse. A bright blinding light [Speed 3] that'd expand outward. As for Rajin, Sendo's focus was only on him, and him alone. Once the man circled around to his position, his speed was right on par to be clocked by the man's eyes.

Sendo didn't care about who the other unknown male was, once Hugan had his back, he'd commit to ending the Mink's life. Already mid-swing, Sendo would circle his blade around to his appropriate flank, avoiding the box incoming from his left, extending his elongated Meito of twenty-eight inches towards the Mink's own shoulder, as his Shigan extending extended towards his blade hand. Damaging the box would've meant potentially damage to the fruit, and it's also why Sendo avoid going for vital strikes anywhere underneath the man's clothing. However, he'd notice the height difference and timing in speed, knowing he wouldn't make himself, he'd tank the Mink's attack on his shoulder, however, the force of the attack brought a smile to Sendo's face. As the Mink would clutch for a second strike, Sendo had already assessed the Mink's strength, the electrical jolt was child's play. No delay occurred, just a slight change in plans. "Whistling Bandit Slash!" Sendo thought, dropping the blade form his in motion hand from the next, the Ronin ripped against the Mink's knee cap, drawing blood in one fatal motion [Speed 3]. By this time, the second and third Shigan attack would've sunk into his former blade carrying side, however, with the minor damage taking place, Sendo simply retracted his blade in a second attempt to this time expose the Mink's bone from it's former connecting nerves.

It'd be also around the third Shigan time that the flashing light would've blinded them all, well, everyone except for Hugan who'd closed his eyes. Removing another two balls from his belt, Hugan waited for the light to dim from his position, as it wouldn't be as bright, regardless of if anyone retreat or not, his target was J.J.. Pitching to the Marksman's position, this time, he'd fire off the two baseball sized sphere's like canon's [Speed 2 + 10 Doriki adv.] toward's J.J. position. The ball's contained paint, a darker magenta paint that'd splatter over enough to cover a ten footer twice. Once the paint had gotten on your skin, it was pretty much a burning sensation that'd follow, similar to that of a severe rash [Power 3].

The White Tiger Mink was accurate and quick with the attack. Using Soru to send quick strikes towards the Ronin Swordsman. He managed to land all three attacks on Sendo. Holes should have been punctured with the large claw on on his finger and the deadly piercing ability of Shigan. His last Shigan strike hit the intended target, Sendo. However the speed of Sendo was not to be underestimated, he dropped his blade to his other hand after Raijin hit his other arm. With a single motion he was able to cut Raijin's kneecap. A cut formed on his leg and blood began to seep out of it. Raijin hissed loudly as he felt the pain spread throughout his leg.

On the other end his partner Hugan decided to help out. He started to reach into his utility belt to throw something else. J.J at the time had to come to a stop from his roll had whipped his pistol out and had it aimed at Sendo. However he was able to see Hugan preparing to let loose another grenade of some sort. He was dangerous because of his lack of compassion for the rich and wealthy citizens of Emerald District.

J.J moved his attention from Sendo to Hugan. Trusting Raijin to figure out a way to deal with Sendo while he tried to stop Hugan. He aimed his pistol at Hugan just as he was arching back for his throw, and he pulled the trigger three times, all aiming at the center body mass of Hugan's chest. This would hopefully stop the man from endangering them further with his brutal attacks. He could not be ignored, and Raijin would be at the wrath of Sendo. However Hugan was still able to get the throw off in time though J.J's shot was precise and on target, it would put Hugan in a bind to dodge in time.

The sphere went into the air and exploded causing a deep light to blast into the area. Raijin was blinded by the light and scuffled backwards to gain some space from the Sendo. Not telling what he would do, he was also blinded by the sphere as Hugan did not send any warning signals to Sendo. Raijin was feeling the threat of death with him being blinded, he reached into his cloak to feel the cold steel of his revolver. If so he would pull it out to cover themselves as they tried to retreat.

The marksman aimed at Hugan, but with no seeming aim or skill, he was a poor shot that'd only grazed bits on Hugan's body. Wherever he was attempting to fire at, would fail. As the bullets simply grazed the man's physique, Hugan would lick his lips and reach towards his utility belt, all while his eyes were clasped shut. The light would've blind all present including Sendo, and except Hugan temporarily [One Post]. However, this delay wouldn't stop the combination the pair had locked in. Once the flash had subsided, and the other's were all fighting distorting, Hugan would shout, "Turn Left! Plan F." Hugan shouted. Without hesitation, Sendo would indeed turn left towards J.J's direction, as Sendo had retreated towards J.J's position to his left flank.

Clutching his blade tightly with his right hand, Sendo assessed the damage on his left shoulder, and it was done for. He could only depend on his right side, his less dominant slashing hand but it'd be enough for the next series of attacks. Retracting the blade into his sheath, Sendo firmly adjust his position to the left, using his sense of hearing to track the massive man's last breath's within his range. Getting a general gist of the area, with his eyes still boggled from the light, Sendo drew his blade and what happened next would've left those in spectatorship gasp for air. The flames that surrounded them from the East beckoned at the hark of his steel's call, using his skills in Kitsunebi-ryu to control the surrounding flames from the wall, and burst them in an arc of flames towards J.J and Raijin's position. Sendo had no doubt that Raijin could've escaped, but the arc covered a fifteen meter radius width and a nine meter radius height, and at the speed it advanced [3] with J.J's null speed and the factor of him being blinded temporarily, he'd be surely doomed. However, time would tell as the arc of flames danced to incinerate the two.

Meanwhile, Hugan circled around from his former position, avoiding the path of their combat to examine the slashed carriage fragments.

Raijin
Spoiler:

Raijin's vision began to return to him. But he was none to pleased with what he was about to witness. Sendo had been injured with the barrage of attacks from Raijin's Shigan. His arm was dislocated and and unusable. However he was still just as deadly than with one arm, even if it was his non-dominant one. Johnny shocked to the bone to see Sendo perform wave his sword into the air gesturing towards the tall walls of flame next to them. Johnny saw from his peripheral that he was next to J.J again.

The Ronin waved his sword as fire began to leap from the walls and a large swirl of flames followed the weapon. Shit. Johnny thought as he was pressed to dodge whatever it was that Sendo was preparing for. Just as Sendo was about to swing his blade forward to end both Raijin and J.J, an electric cackle sparked and Sendos body stiffened. Just barely for a moment, his entire body was paralyzed from Raijin's Shigan-Electro attack. He finally did enough damage to him that it settled in. The flames disappeared as Sendo's manipulation of the flames was stopped and the wall of fire giving the flames was extinguished leaving an opening.

Raijin took full advantage of the opportunity and used Soru to dashed forward till he came right front of Sendo. J.J at the moment also recovered from the blast of light to see Sendo frozen stiff. He blinked trying to recover his eyesight. He was able to spot Hugan by the carriage expecting it from the back.

J.J noticed he had missed him after he shot frantically trying to stop him from attacking. He had missed and Hugan blinded them. Which allowed Sendo the time to prepare his big attack. Now that he was paralyzed J.J thought to try his luck once more to rid themselves of the bomb throwing maniac.

Hugan was just a five meters away from them after getting close enough to be behind the carriage to expect it. While he turned his attention away J.J let the remaining two shots in his revolver towards the body of Hugan. This would keep him busy.

However Raijin would unleash his full fury on Sendo. He swung his hand and knocked the sword away from his hand. It flew in the air towards the flames where the fire swallowed it. This left Sendo at Raijin's mercy. He struck four times this time, propelled by the might of Soru. He struck twice in his chest, once in his throat and and the final Shigan to the forehead of Sendo. All exuding electro in his finger Shigan shots.

After J.J had shot his shot, Raijin turned around to face the annoying man tossing dingers his way. He used Soru and stepped on the ground with quickness, and covered ten meters behind Hugan. He was a little quicker than the assassin. And he would begin another Shigan assault on Hugan. He aimed for his body and then his throat. He struck twice towards his body, one towards the leg and one  towards throat. All his attacks cackling with electro. If the shot didn't incapacitate him hopefully Raijin's barrage would.

Indeed, Sendo was paralysed, his Meito lost from his grip and the Electro riddling his body with paralysis that at the moment, only time could've tell how long Sendo would've been experiencing this nervous system problem. However, a broad grin spread across Sendo face as the man attempted to move towards his position, the wound that Sendo had delivered earlier to Raijin's leg had opened wider from the excessive movement, and moments before his claws clutched to finish his prey, the Tiger Mink stopped only but one meter short form impact. Surely after using techniques prior in succession, the effects of exhaustion would've came into play, and those both contributed to the crescendo that ended the Mink's finish blow. However, with both men frozen, Sendo muster up enough energy to lick his lips.

"You're the funnest prey I've chased in a long time... All the others just break but you... You're special Mink." Sendo uttered in an eerie manner. It was moments after that Sendo would broke out into a frantic laughter, the secret he'd been keeping in his heart had finally couldn't help itself any longer. "You think we're delaying you here for fun? Soon The Lulusia Kingdom's Holy Knights will arrive [3 Posts Time - Stats + 4 in at least two, 3 Holy Knights]... and then that'll be the end of this little cat and mouse came of ours, Mink." Sendo stated.

Searching the remnants of the carriage, Hugan found zero trace of the fruit being on board. "One of them must have it on their person..." Hugan thought. It'd be then the man would look up and see the pistol's mouth primed to fire towards his direction, and indeed, it'd occur. The first shot missed but the second one caught him in his lower abdomen. However, with Hugan's rugged body, he'd been able to secure flesh wound but it'd hurt like hell, causing the man to wince in pain against the ground. "Son of a Bitch!" Hugan shouted, rolling around on the floor, rolling twice before laying face up towards the sky. It'd be in that moment he'd clutch at his belt once more, and he'd remove his final sphere for the mission. Pitching the tiny sphere the size of the marble forty meters towards the fire, the tiny sphere contain a highly combustible mixture of propane and gasoline, danced at [Speed 2] towards the fire in the distance. This sphere would cause the wall of the flames to dip into a massive inferno [Power 5] and those at it centre would have to escape, or suffer severe consequences. An explosion would occur, spreading the flames to the surrounding town, leaving waste to everything it's path inferior. It'd take [2 posts] before the flames reached the men's position at the centre, that was more than enough time for Hugan to secure the fruit and finish off his gamble with the no ammunition having marksman.

Reaching into his own kimono, the man would reveal a pistol of his own, and with no hesitation, he'd empty four shots into J.J's mid-section from five meters away, which was slight work for the massive marksman. With the speed, accuracy and power of the bullets, it'd be a fatal wound to J.J. If Raijin had turned to save him, Sendo would've waited until the paralysis seemed to lift, dash for his blade, and used the enhanced flames to his advantage and end it all. However, if Raijin ended Sendo's existence, then, their survival would've rested solely in the Tiger Mink's hands. Surely, regardless of the choice, with the wounds to J.J., death's door knocked on his horizon.

Raijin

Raijin
Just when he thought he would land the final blow on Sendo, he was suddenly shocked with his leg tightening up. Repeated use of Soru on his injured leg was beginning to take toll. But Raijin summoned his deep willpower to overcome the constant overwhelming pain. As he came to a stop only a meter away from Sendo, the Ronin warrior grinned. He began to an haunting tale of his hunt for the Minkmen, that he was one of few that didn't break. And that he was also only there to delay for the Holy Knights of the Emerald District. This rang a sense of frustration in Johnny. If its not one thing. Its the other. He had to focus, his escape plan was how he got in. On top of the roofs. There was a building close enough to jump the gate.

Sendo went on to start laughing erratically. A sickened face mixed with pain was all Raijin could muster. This was the man who had taken the call for his assassination placed on him by his mother. Who had killed his Captain, and his cell. He had to die. Then Sendo said it would be an end to their cat and mouse game.

Raijin pulled out Law from his sash and pointed his revolver at Sendo's forehead. At pointblank range, Johnny's finger found its way around the trigger. He looked at Sendo and said finally, "The only thing that ends. Is your pathetic journey Ronin." He spat on his face and pulled the trigger, just as J.J pulled his trigger. They both landed shots on their target. Raijin blew the brains out of Sendo and J.J managed to hit Hugan.

Sendo fell to the ground dead before he could touch it. Hugan also simultaneously hit the ground writhing in pain, but he recovered faster than they thought and he gave his final retaliation. Producing a small sphere he tossed it towards the center of the inferno wall. The fire began to pour into it, an obvious bad sign. Raijin could definitely feel the cut in his leg, but he would be able to deal with it if he took it easy. One last Soru to get out of there, the other for a last ditch effort. He had to get out of there before the Holy Knights arrived. This was precisely why this was supposed to be a covert operation.

However he wasn't paying attention, four shots rang out and he heard them all hit flesh. It all happened so fast, and he was able to glance at it all happening within his peripheral. The shot riddled his body and he flew backwards with the momentum. He hit the ground fatally wounded. Raijin was visibly shocked, but there was nothing he could do now. He could see that J.J had landed next to the purple exquisite box that once held the Gura Gura fruit. It lay beside his chest as if it had fallen from his person. Whatever Hugan threw it was causing a monsoon of fire absorbing the fire from the walls for a larger blast.

Raijin used Soru once more to escape the center and move towards the roof he had dropped from. But he stopped as the pain seared in his leg again and he was beginning to pant. He only moved about ten meters. Good enough to start running towards the building. He turned around just in case Hugan tried to stop him, he'd release two shots towards body on the ground. Putting his gun away he'd then sink his claws into the building wall and used them to climb all the way to the top which was about ten meters. It led to another rooftop that was much higher and had stairs that led to the top rooftops. There he could leap from building to building as he had done to ambush the carriage.

There he could hear an explosion rang out from the Hugan's bag of tricks. It was a swirl of flames destroying any and everything in its path. Raijin made pulled himself on the roof and dove forward and rolled away from blast radius. He would continue to make his way till he found the path that led him to his escape route. Although they had gotten the fruit out of Laluz's hand. He still lost Sym and J.J in this operation. And the Holy Knights were on the move. His entire team was killed, thanks to Sendo. It was only fitting that Raijin ended his life. Or he would have hunted him down regardless.

Raijin followed the route but had to take a break from running ontop of the rooftop for a few minutes. To recover stamina and to give his knee some breathing room. Then he continued on before getting to the escape route out of emerald city. (Exit)
