Area Description
A country known for its lush green pastures and vibrant culture, in just over half a century the country has been transformed by the greed of its rulers. While the fields of sunflowers and the music that still fill the streets, looming factories and mass pollution have been erected in place of some cultural hotspots and the countryside. The people have been separated by class, those who live above the streets, the rich and nobles, and those who live below the surface, the lower class.
Among the working class exists a myth of sorts, one that has been passed down from the previous generation and told too the youth as a means of hope. In the years before the industrial rise, the country was poor in wealth but rich in culture. Fields of green and sunflowers as far as the eyes could see used to span the countryside. A race known as dwarves that lived side by side with people of Dressrosa, though, everything changed when the nobles took rise. They destroyed the lush countryside and gave birth to the booming Industrial age, and the dwarves disappeared along with the sunflowers. However, in this country those who live above ground are subjected to constant thievery, items and valuables going missing at a moments notice. Some of these object mysteriously make there way below ground and turn up for the working class. Some say its luck, others, those who truly believe, know it was the Dwarves.
