Deep Underwater, far enough from any island where the events took place for certain is lost to time. Somewhere the sea is dark and mysterious, often leading to chance meetings and new friendships.

Donia floats in one spot beginning to cry as the young mermaid realizes she doesn't remember which way to go to head home. She keeps herself in place by flicking her shark tail. The water around her carrying her voice as she cries out for help. Help, Help! She cries out sinking to the ground of the ocean, the eyes of the fishfolk being accustomed to seeing in the dark of the deep sea. She could still see, her eyes looking for some sort of movement, anything, that might tell her what was near by her and if it was going to hurt her. She starts biting her lip in fear as she looks around not seeing anyone near her, Her tears mixing with the sea water as she begins to stifle her cries. Alright, I need to calm down, The sea's a big place, and its a big world, I need to save my energy, Not cry out every time I get in trouble. I need to be able to solve things myself. She thinks as she continues biting her lip, trying to stop herself from crying. She hiccups a few times as the tears stop and she takes a moment to think about what is going on. Okay, If I just stop and think I'll be able to figure out what I will need to do to survive, I remember falling asleep under shabaody, but where am I now? I don't see the roots of the mangroves. Should I stay here? or should I start moving? She ponders as she thinks.

Oceanus Meet Merfolk
Deep within the ocean about 100 meters deep. One predator swim against the currents of the water. This predator went by the name Oceanus, and he have been swimming/living in the water for years now. It was at this point that the only thing he had knew was water. But today that would change this mark the beginning of the first ever interaction with his fellow race.

As of now Oceanus had kept his body a float at the 100 meter mark from some reason not much fish was down here. Well there was a few fish such as Wolf eels, Squid, Sabertooth Fish, and Swordfish the list goes on. But Oceanus wasn't hungry as of now he had his share right now he was exploding his territory. After a few minutes he could make out plea of help that intrigue his curiosity. Which lead him to go investigate. His fish man like eyes allow him to see under water clearly even though the water was a bit murky.



After a few minute he spot some fish like human in the water. He had remember seeing something like them before when he was an slave. They was called Merfolk this race fetch a pretty penny in the Auction World. At the 20 meters mark he could clearly make out the fish, and the gender . Even before then he could clearly see the Merfolk but not as detail as he does now. At the time he was directly behind here he would stop swimming once he hit the 5 meter mark, and he would tread in water as he said,"It not everyday I see a someone of my kind."

Oceanus massive body skin is aquamarine color, he is very large, muscular being with dark skin covering his arms, legs and back with his chest and stomach being a lighter color. He has fins on the side of his face, sharp eyes and large fangs. He has a small pink oval over each eye, similar to eyebrows, and another at the corner of his eyes. He wears a red speedo, a large, fur-trimmed cape held together at his chest with a clasp in the shape of a fish head, and an ornate crown. The most striking feature of the Cetus is that he has a bright red heart where each of his nipples should be. Right now Oceanus is properly hydrated,and he shows his true form. He is currently much larger, his muscles is already expanded. The fins on the side of his face and back grow much larger and develops new fins on his forearms and shoulders. His face becomes significantly more monstrous, with his eyes and mouth becoming larger, distorting the other features of his face.

Donia turns hearing the voice, and oddly, even though the large aquamarine Fishman is intimidating, sighs in relief, You're a big big brother. She says the young merfolk brushing back her floating hair from her face.

Donia is a little merfolk, barely over 4ft tall from tail tip to the top of her head. Her black hair is tipped with the dark crimson of blood, Her lower body isn't scaly but instead has the smooth leather of sharkskin, the black of her tail contrasting against her pale skin. her dark eyes as black as her shoulder length hair. her teeth the sharp jagged rough cut of a shark. Her black sundress floats around her waist, the cut doing nothing to hide her fair amount of cleavage. her tail flicks idly drawing attention to the red tips of the fins. here underwater she can raise up to her full unintimidating size.

Can you help me? I'm more then a little lost. She asks peering through the dark water to stare at the massive fishman, with his aquamarine skin, and bulging muscles, and the odd red markings on his skin, and the disproportionately small amount of clothing he wears. Her own form shaking, so much smaller then his, but yet not in fear, almost seems as if she's laughing in joy at being found, Did you rip your clothing brother? She asks looking him up and down. She turns her head sideways curiously, almost as if analyzing the fishman." Are you lost as well? She asks looking at him
He's big almost too big, He's definitely a fishman of some sort. As he's speaking and seeing this deep underwater. But staying near him will definitely keep me safer then being alone,
after all he's a a great deal scarier then me, and if a slaver tries to catch us I'm sure he'll be able to fend them off. Just looking at him his size alone should give him the advantage in strength out of the water let alone in the water. She thinks as she analyzes him. She pushes off of the ground and into the water adding even more murk to the murky sea.

The Merfolk are quite a talkative race Oceanus had include for after just a few moments of meeting her. Then to make matters worse she was so trusting to Oceanus despite his sadistic apperance. He begin to think maybe that is why the merfolk was so easy to capture due to there talkative traits . Well it not fair to conclude it off just meeting her once he would need to meet a few more to conclude his observation of the race. With each question Oceanus absorb it like a sponge only after she finish her barrage of question did he finally reply. ,"Yes, no, and kinda. But I am find with my situation I suggest if you lost to surface, and have a look around."

It not often that Oceanus being nice to anyone but he had a soft spot for his kind. One that may become a weakness later on in life if he doesn't deal with it soon. Along Oceanus body was several scratches along his body that shown he been in a recent fight. Not to mention a small trail of blood follow Oceanus due to his wounds which was minor. This blood could potentially attract more predator of Oceanus not carefully.

After a brief pause had examine Diona he sigh as he said,"Little it not wise to travel alone. Where is your family? " Oceanus had continue to tread at the 100 meter mark where Diona was currently at he was sure to maintain a stable pace so he won't tired out too fast not that he was tired anyway.

As for the surface the water was calm for now there was hint of storm cloud brewing in. Which means a storm may occur soon.

They are dead, but I've cried enough tears for them. Donia says, bobbing her head cheerfully the words and voice and actions not combining well with each other.

Anyway what are you doing out here alone? Don't you have a family? Don't you have friends? She asks as she slowly begins swimming towards the surface.

Won't you come with me? I'm afraid of slavers. She asks as she swims up.

Don't reveal too much information, just enough to get him to follow, pique his curiosity, He's injured, but that just means he's a bigger target, I mean, I'd patch him up if i could,
but I haven't taken the time to learn medicine. She thinks as she floats up to his eye level, all of a sudden catching a whiff of his blood as it seeps into the water. Her eyes become predatory for a split second, before she smiles, reaching out to touch the wound. You should really get that looked at. She says judging his reaction to her hand, and pulling it away if he looks angry or scared.

It doesn't seem too deep, shouldn't hinder his ability to fight, or at least shouldn't hinder his ability to hide my escape. She notes, preparing to head towards the surface.

A big man like you, I bet you're not afraid of anything. She adds, a bit of a smile coming onto her face as she starts to move past him. Her tail pushing the water as she swims up. resisting her urges to attack the injured fishman.

I'm Donia by the way, what's your name sir she adds as she swims, looking back to see if he's following her.

Donia continue to talk the useless conversation of her talking annoying Oceanus. But being that Oceanus love his kind he decide to listen to continue to listen to her. The first thing she talk about was her parents whom she said had died. Letting out a sigh Oceanus knew this little one was terrorize at the though of being alone, and she didn't seem to have many friends from what he could see.

But after she spoke about her family she ask Oceanus about his life. The first question he replied with a simple no, and the same for the last question which was about him having friends. The next question is would he come with her too the surface. He didn't mind tagging along with the little one due to her race he was curious about what she could do. For some reason Diona decide to swim up to his face, and at eye level.

She stare at Oceanus, and for a split moment her eyes change shape from normal to something else then back to what they was before it happen. Oceanus took note of this develop, and as she reach forward Oceanus sluggish jolted forward with his mouth as he said,"I bite."
As he bite down as if he was about to bite off her hand. This was an attempt that won't even work, and it was just a joke in general.

Oceanus had replied to the fact of not being scare of anything as he was a fish man whom have yet to cross him. Oceanus had stop before he could even bite her as he said,"I am a big fish I ain't scare of nothing in the water I seen it all, and fought it all too." With that he had follow the Diona up to the surface he was about 5 meters behind her, and he would stay that way as he didn't want to emerge ladies first.

Anywho as they swim to the top the girl introduce herself as Diona, and he replied saying,"My name is Cetus... but the world will know we as Oceanus the greatest that will ever walk this sea or land!"

Donia pulls back her hand as the fishman bites at it, even if in jest. Her smiling growing as she swims. I bite too, She says, responding.

Cetus Oceanus, huh? Interesting name to be called. You sure you don't want to be known as anything else, just Oceanus? Kinda a boring name, are you sure you don't want to be Oceanus the Blood Soaked, or King Oceanus? Oh, how about Red Heart Oceanus? She chirps as she swims up through the murky sea.

Hmm, If I ever set out to sea, I'll need to come up with a good name, something clever, or at least a title to be known as. nothing worse then letting some idiot come up with one for you. I'd probably get called "Red Tip" Donia or something stupid like that. She thinks as they begin to approach the surface. Good, at the very least I don't see any ships. She pauses for a moment, then calls, Good news, Mister Cetus, It seams like there aren't any ships nearby. She says, her voice bouncing as she puts on a small burst of speed to get to the surface faster.

But you know Mister Cetus, even a big fish can't wander the world alone, You should get people to help you achieve your dreams, If you don't people you are afraid of you or angry at you would be able to sneak up on you and kill you without you having the opportunity to fight back, cause humans don't realize the value of a fair fight. She says as she approaches the surface.

Do She Ever?


As Donia continue to talk Oceanus had swam just under neath her approximately 5 meter under her. This way giving her space should something pop off for whatever reason Donia continue to talk as she continue Oceanus wonder was she nervous or does she just talk too much?

Regardless the reason he continue to listen to her as he did respect her as member of his race. She said a couple true things about being alone, and human not being fair in fights. But in all honestly Oceanus wasn't fair in battle either as he attack passing vessels that wander into his territory, and attempt to sink them or plunder.

For the most his diet consist of of either humans or fish that wander into his territory that dare try to attack him. He had a few running in with creature bigger then him, and some how he manage to come out on top but that wasn't important. What was Diona had something interesting idea that Oceanus decide to consider.

It was the though of traveling with someone or select group of people. Yup he had an idea looking up to her Oceanus said,"I see Diona some of the things you said sound true.... So why don't you take your own advice, and work with someone?"

Oceanus had chuckle after he question her. He was sure she had a solid excuse why she doesn't work or travel with someone.

Because nobody ever asked me before. Donia replies as she pokes her head out of the surface of the water to see no sign of land in any direction.

Well, it really seems like I wound up in the middle of nowhere. She thinks taking a moment to ponder Cetus's words, Why haven't I worked with people? well living on Shabaody, most of the people I see are pirates, or kidnappers. Not people worth working with anyway, other then maybe making a bit of cash from selling stuff I find.

She looks around before staring at the sky Is that a storm cloud? Nah, couldn't be, it would be darker wouldn't it? She takes a second to consider the weather before returning to what Cetus said, Why is he asking about that, is he going to offer to travel with me, I know I'm not very good at combat, but I've got a lot of idea's for future inventions, and I will need someone to help gather materials and move around on land, an having a big old fishman, to be a scary "bodyguard" would be very useful. I won't push the issue though, If he offers I'll accept but I'd hate to force myself upon him, especially after he didn't attack me right away. She thinks, her own mind wandering, as she takes the time to think over the possibilities behind his question. She gets lost in her own thoughts, not noticing the advancing storm clouds.

Oceanus had chuckle a bit he felt a bit weird laughing he doesn't do that a lot. To be honest he didn't do much of any of that since well he don't remember exactly.To be exact the duo was in for a rude awakening. It did in fact looks like a storm was brewing as if you look into the sky the cloud ate up any light that you could see due to the clouds clearly blocking any sunlight. But that wasn't important Oceanus had a idea. Why not he though to himself surely if it was faith she will complete his task.

Oceanus took one more good look at the Donia as he said,"Donia how about you join me. To be frank I don't let just anyone join you have to pass a test. How about you meet me at Water 7 if you can survive until then I will allow you to join my crew. But only if you survive.... Wait I will make it even easy for you if by some chance you read about me in the new coos come to my location. It shows me that you can handle your on without the help of someone like me, and say a lot about your character. I am gonna be honest you don't look like much but hopefully you will bring something to the table one day. So what do think? Do you wanna join me, and the Crazy Heart Pirates Mafia?"

Oceanus remain lock at his location as he maintain the tread in the water awaiting for Donia reply about joining him. Oceanus knew that the task he gave before her would be a bit hard but if she really want to be apart of something then she will complete the task that he had just assign her.

A test, huh? Donia says, turning to stare at Cetus, If you're gonna be my captain, you're going to need to prove you're worthy of my loyalty. She responds, I'm gonna expect you to at least have made a name for yourself. She responds, I'll see you in water seven. Or Wherever, But you better prove yourself worth following, alright? Because, if you ever stop being worth of my loyalty, I will stop being loyal. Crazy heart pirate mafia? Seems long, and a bit Redundant, are we pirates or are we mafia? But whatever, if that's what you want to call it I can't really stop you, can I cap-i-tan? Donia says with a smirk, and a teasing tone.

As she dives back into the water to look at the man she just pledged herself to, His ambitions seem big, suitable for one of his size, if nothing else. She thinks pondering for a moment, before nodding to herself. I'll do it, I'll prove to him that just because I'm a small doesn't mean I can't handle things. She thinks smugly, pointing at him. Don't you ever think that just because I'm smaller then you I'm not strong, I don't need someone to take care of me, I need someone to work with me! I'll see you at water 7, Don't you dare be late. She adds turning smugly away from Cetus.

The Terms
Ocenus had listen to the little one comments and concern of Donia. Even when she toss a jab at him about his rank. He decided to let it slide seeing that she had a rough day it was good to see her letting off a bit of steam even though it was at the dispense of himself.

Oceanus continue to follow her but kept a 5 meter distance so he could keep a watchful eye. He continue to listen to the woman comments he file them under disrespect,  and temporary loyalty. As he learn not everyone have influence to demand loyalty off rip that something that you earn. He didn't care about being well known in fact being his size would pretty much grany him that. His actions would make him very wanted soon to ever swim in the water .

But that unfortunate as the surface world begin to dance. Not really dance but the clouds where all dark gray,  and after a period of 10 minutes it begin to rain.  Not your average rain but really begin to pour, and lighting which struck a distance away. But that wasn't enough strong winds hit against the water as it push the tide.  The currents was so strong that soon not even Oceanus could handle. If he couldn't handle it then that says that maybe not even Diona can withstand the storm.

Donia Sorrow
Donia brings up her arm as the storm picks up. I guess that was a storm cloud earlier. She thinks as the waves begin to change from gentle pushes to mountainous peaks and deep valleys. Donia pushes forward, turning behind her to look at Oceanus, as the rain starts, quickly turning to a heavy down-pouring rain as a bolt of lightning strikes something on the very edge of the horizon. She dives down and gasps, as she doesn't see the large fishman, the storm having pushed them apart. She pauses struggling to stay in one place the current and wind working much faster on the surface then under the sea. Alright, Don't panic, Just keep swimming in a straight line, and everything with be fine. Focus, He said He'd meet you at water seven, so hold him to that. She thinks as she begins to swim once again, Pushing towards the storm hoping she finds some sort of land sooner rather then later. Till I see you at water seven, Cetus, Till then, Don't die. She thinks her small form struggling against the waves. She continues to swim until the force of a crashing wave knocks her out.

When she comes to, she is lying on a root of the mangroves of Shabaody, Was that all a dream? She ponders, Anyway, I'll head to water seven and see if it was or not. She thinks smiling to herself, as she climbs back out of the water sitting on a bubble and heading home to pack her meager belongings.

The turn of events turn for the worse it not that the storm happen so fast . It happen in a period of time in which Oceanus was just telling the girl about himself a bit. While he was talking to her about his time in slavery he could feel the swift in the water pressure, and tide. In simple terms he could feel the approaching storm . Suddenly everything went left, and the current felt like mountain peaks, and it currents begin to bully him, and his ally.


Ultimately begin to violently toss Oceanus around which ultimately separate him from Donia Sorrow. As the strong current push him away he attempted to fight the water unfortunately his attempts didn't work. In fact it had anger the storm as if it was alive itself. The current push him against several obstacles such as coral, and reefs. The result was Oceanus massive body getting hit by these obstacles as the water flung him around.

It had reach the point that Oceanus body was beaten up pretty badly, and he was badly hurt. But he still was able to maintain his conscious which was good. Unfortunately his victory was celebrated too early as he water had continue to flung him around it had send him toward a small mountain. That was along his path in order for Oceanus to break it he would have to use Hasshoken but his body was in no condition to fight due to torment of obstacles he had already hit.

Deep down something click in Oceanus something that grant him a unbelievable source of power for temporary amount of time. His right shoulder momentarily flick black not that he was able to see it but as his right shoulder slam against the mountain. The black substance shield his right shoulder from breaking, and him going splat against the wall.

The result was Oceanus massive body hitting the wall as him fall down toward the dark depth of the water.He was barely conscious, and his body was pretty beat up. But he was hanging in there as he finally hit the ground with a thud. What he had landed on was a piece of the small mountain that was big enough to hold him.


Also he was lucky enough to be out the storm the result of his body been beating is that he felt asleep. What was more believable is that it would take a day or two for him to be able to swim. But knowing Oceanus he would swim anyway regardless as he had to eat , and continue his goal as a fishman.
