Sea Trains shut down
Water Seven is the birthplace of the first Sea Train. Created by Led Fridge back in xxxx. His goal was to offer transportation between as many Islands as possible. being someone that didn't enjoy the riding of a Ship himself created these trains to serve as a better alternative. That isn't the only reason. As he believed that the Sea Trains also offered a more safer and reliable form of transportation between Islands. What he wanted however would not stay years after his passing. The man Sea Train station located on Water Seven has been utterly destroyed and the body count is still unknown. The Sea Trains on other Islands(Jaya and Momoria) have also been destroyed. Causing all others to be closed down in fear of also suffering the same fate. Do not worry as this closure isn't permanente. The Galley La Company is working with the World Government to bring the Sea trains back in a more manageable way. To ensure that something like this doesn't happen anymore.
It happened so quick....so quick. He was alone and spewed some nonsense. Caprice said do this...Caprice said to do that...Caprice wants them all dead...everytime he said that MANS name he spewed nonsense and did something. As he....AS HE STOOD OVER MY FAMILY! HE DID THAT! Story of Jordsand
Gold, Diamond, other precious metals or jewels don't hold a candle to the substance known as Kairōseki(Seastone). Some say it has just appeared out of nowhere but I say it has always been around. Resting within the world and waiting to be used when needed. As the main benefits from this almost indestructible substance is that it nullies the abilities of those considered Devil Fruits users. Unlike Devil Fruits this substance is not illegal unless you have a permit to have or distribute it. This is mainly from the frenzy that went down on Jordsand. Pirate and other crooks storming mining sites at a chance to use the substance for their own gains. In a way to stop such acts and to offer this potential protection regulating it seems like the best option. Even with those criminals wants to do whatever it takes to occur this substance know this. The Marines are their largest obstacle. And contrary to some reports of them struggling on Jordsand they are doing everything in their power to make sure Seastone doesn't fall in the wrong hands. And they are succeeding.
Execution
Six prisoners will who have done nothing but cause havoc and misfortune to others throughout their lives will be executed due to not being able to be fully reformed in Impel Down. Due to request the Kingdom of Lulusia is where this execution is to be held. The set date being x-xx-xxxx. This is purely to serve as a warning to those that think they are right to do whatever it is what they please. Their actions as well as others that live life as they do have consequences. We hope with earnest hearts that you Pirates, Revolunaires, or any type of criminal seek forgiveness and become productive members of society. That suck displays will not become the norm but a one time example.

Phase 1
All Prisoners will be transported to Lulusia Kingdom. Given the chance to have a interaction between not only the other Prisoner on the ship with them; but with a high ranking Marine. At this time they are being transported the News coo will have already begun to spread the news of the execution. Causing many to travel to the Island to be witness to this.
Phase 2
For a few weeks(close to a month) the Prisoners will be held on Lulusia for their execution The Queen has been having a large coliseum that could be mistaken as a castle constructed that is placed deep in Greenie Pass; with the help of the World Government and other Kingdoms. It's size is massive due to the projected attendance of the execution; and as well as individuals within the Kingdom setting up shop there for the upcoming flood of people. Representatives from Fishman Island, Zou, Karakuri, and Momoiro Island are just a few Kingdoms in attendance. A week before the execution a parade would be held celebrating the World Government and their achievements. It will start within Emerald District and end at the coliseum. This parade also will serve as way for those just arriving to the Island to easily find the place of the execution. The Name of the place being Execution Coliseum.
Phase 3
NPC: The respective Kingdom that the Prisoner are from has decided on the form of execution that will be done. Each will be brought from the area that they have been this entire time(detailed in the topic) and brought to the Execution Coliseum. And simply their execution will be attempted to be carried out. But the expected problem would occur and the plan set in place would be triggered.

Assassins within the cold!
Terror strikes the eternal winter paradise of Drum Island! I saw the bodies! The King and Queen had been tortured by those despicable Revolutionaries and those who work for them! They can't be trusted and anybody helping them deserves to go to Impel down!!
