Linedwell Rainrex
It had been about a few minutes since the time Linedwell woke up from his unconscious state of rest. Taking a peek at the time, he found that the ringing Den Den had woken him up at precisely the time that he'd requested. Though it was a small thing, it really gave Linedwell a sense of how competent this group was. Nowadays, many people wouldn't even get something as simple as a wake-up call correct, but they'd managed to accomplish this feat.
Linedwell found his way out of bed, and then began to make his way to the sink in order to to wash up. After this was finished, Linedwell managed to get himself dressed before departing from the ship. He had a bit of time to himself today, and more than anything, he wanted to make himself a bit more acquanted with the town he'd be taking up residence in for a while. He wasn't usually for vacationing - something that usually took him away from his focus on work and training, but many had recently had suggested that the young Marine take some time out for himself.
While making his way through the town, his goal had been to search for a few shops and maybe even a smith or two and inspect their work when it came to weaponry and other equipment, yet the growl of his stomach was becoming something he simply couldn't ignore. Walking a few more blocks he came upon a cafe by the name of "Las Noches". Not being able to ignore the growling of his stomach, Linedwell made his way inside of the cafe and took a seat at one of the tables in the back. After taking a seat, a woman silently made her way towards the table and placed a menu on the table. Looking up at her for a second, Linedwell noticed her name tag read "Tier". It was a name that he hadn't heard before, and he could almost imagine that she probably had the last name of "Harribel" or something weird like that. As he thought this, the woman looked at him with a glare and then walked off just as silently as she approached.
"Okay then..."
Linedwell then redirected his eyes downwards and began to read through the menu.
Usually when it came to food, Linedwell never had a problem with deciding on something and moving on. Though, in this café, it seemed this wouldn't be the case. There were so many different types of dishes in this establishment that he hadn't tried, or even heard of, and each one of them sounded delicious. In spite of how delicious they sounded, being indecisive was something that he hated. After a few more moments of reading the same descriptions, he finally seemed to have settled on something to order. Feeling as though he had been triumphant and conquered this menu, Linedwell looked up in search of the waitress only to see her greeting a new arrival inside of the café.
