NPCs
One Piece is a large world that demands many roles and occupations be filled within a group of people. From Navigator, to Doctor, and even the lesser needed roles like a Chef, or Musician. While Grunts function to be the nameless ones who assist you, NPCs are the named allies here to fulfill those needs and help the Players flesh out their groups and liven up their Plot.
Piloting NPCs in an unfair manner will result in loss of NPC related privileges. This is handled on a case by case basis.
NPCs may have Bounty. However, since an NPC is a supplement to the owner and not its own beast, they are limited to always being on a lower level than their PC owner. Their Bounty will at max be considered to be 1/3rd of their owners current bounty.
NPCs do not have their own Prestige Points. However, in reference to Ranks found in **Factions & Groups*, an NPC can only possess a World Power two tiers lower than their Owners. For example, someone who is a Revolutionary Chief, can have an NPC who is a Revolutionary Captain. When a PC attains a rank up, naturally their NPCs may rank up as well. This does cap off at a certain level, however.
All unlisted factions of NPCs may not hold Ranks in their respective Factions.

- 1 Skillset. NPC's get this skill-set free, with one free skill. All other skills must be purchased.

Owning NPCs

- 15-39 Prestige- 3 NPCs
- 40+ Prestige- 5 NPCs

- Revolutionary NPCs are limited to being Revolutionary Captains.
All unlisted factions of NPCs may not hold Ranks in their respective Factions.
Recruiting NPCs
NPCs are acquired through NPC Gran Voyages. Like Devil Fruits, the Gran Voyage doesn't have to be centered on getting a new addition to your company, but the end result will be acquiring an NPC.Attributes
As expressed above, NPCs have different attribute caps than PCs do. This does not change the fact that NPC attributes have to be purchased just like PC Attributes do. When buying an Attribute upgrade for an NPC, use the Attribute template found in the Shop, but be sure to link what NPC it is being applied to.- Code:
