Declaration of War [Voyage] SlightGloomyAustralianshelduck-max-1mb"THIS IS AN OUTRAGE" Melissa shouted within the newly opened tavern of the slums. Her hand would strike down hard upon the wooden table, causing a small burning sensation on the underside of the enclosed fist. "IF THEY WANT ME WHY DON'T THEY FUCKING COME AND GET ME" she shouted in anger. "Melissa, calm down. They probably heard the rumours of your abilities, they probably want to confirm that what you do is something that you can...you know....actually do" Moira would say, sat upon a bar stool. "You have to admit, it is difficult to comprehend, not many people would just charge in, especially not coupled with the suffocated marines found all those months ago, frozen and suffocated under snow in the business section...on a day without snow...." The doctor, also known as Olivia said, tending to the wounds of a rather handsome looking man. "To make matters worse, they picked on like the hottest guy in the slums" Melissa said pouting. "You think I'm the hottest guy" he said curiously, lifting his brow, though wincing in pain as he did. "I'll show you how hot later, I'l tend to your...other wounds later" Melissa said, giving a seductive wink.

"Ughhhhh, have you no shame woman" Moira said hitting the back of Melissa's head playfully. "I dove out of a hotel window and plummeted with my poonany on full display, so I'd have to say no, I have no shame" Melissa said as she sat down. "But I can't have this any longer. The marines can't pick on you guys just to get information out of me....I think its time to pay them a visit" Melissa said gently, twirling a glass upon the table between her fingers. "You can't" Moira said softly. "the marines are still the law, you can't just go after them" "Sure I can, I did it before I stayed here, I killed Jericho the marine captain and his marine buds, and now, well now I need to have a little chat with the other marines about how to treat my citizens" Melissa said with a wide grin.

"My mums right Melissa, we don't want you to put yourself out more than you already have, because of you...because of your leadership the slums aren't the same anymore. We have a real community, we have a proper chance at life here and we did it all as one. We have resources now, we have food coming in, our hungry aren't hungry anymore, our poor are getting the care they needed, the houses aren't shambles anymore. Our community is thriving and its all because of you" Olivia said finishing up hot mans [A.k.A Jared] wounds. "And now the fit guys are getting used as punching bags because of me" Melissa huffed, drinking the booze left in her cup. "Let her go, she'll knock the shit out of dem marines" a man said from behind the bar, grinning with his thumbs up.

Willow Omens had been through a lot as of late, having to hide out in the slums while Captain Sylvester worked on commandeering a ship for them to get out of here. He was here for the longest time, first when he arrived on the island avoiding capture by some 'old friends' if you want to call them that, then to hide from some marines over a simple misunderstanding, and then there was the time that he got involved in the destruction of a store. It seemed that all of the people that were involved with these events all wound up on the same crew.

He sighed to himself, smiling under his collar while laying a set of cards out on the table in the bar he sat inside of. He was trying to give himself a fortune, using the art of divination with a tarot deck to discover just why things were going the way they were. One card kept coming up in every single hand he dealt, Death. it seemed to be the card that embodied him in every sense of the word, followed only by The Fool. Yes an ever changing naive person with great potential, that was something that some people could call him. Others could interpret it as Willow being a source of chaos and calamity, depending on what side of the coin you were looking at.

While he was getting ready to flip the hand he dealt this time and read his fortune, it seemed that something was happening int he bar, a disgruntled girl complaining about the marines. Other people working about in the bar and conversing with her. The girl seemed to want to fight back against the marines. Now, Willow normally a dopey looking face on, but when he heard about the chance to stick it to the marines, his purple eyes opened up and narrowed with a sly grin coming across his face.

Getting up from the table, leaving the cards there, the lovers, the fool and death all flipped over. What could the message mean? It didn't matter, he was walking away and right up toward Melissa. His dopey face on again, he would bend at the hip to lean forward and seek to get her attention, "Pardon me--But I couldn't help but overhear. I was wondering if I could join you?"

Rather blunt about it, Willow was wondering if the girl would want to get into some antics with the marines and show them what for. "I'd be happy to lend the power of the Six Barrel Pirates to you."

"Lotta new faces popping up in our little neck of the neighbourhood now that its becoming something" Melissa said after Willow spoke. "Surely before you ask to join a lady on a date, you should at least buy her dinner and maybe just maybe give her your name first" Melissa said, batting her eyes at the strange man whom had offered the services of what seemed like a pirate crew. "I'd be happier if you took someone along" Olivia said. "Same here" Moira said. Melly gave a gasp of fake shock. "Girls girls, arent you supposed to be telling beautiful girls not to go away with strangers. Melissa said giving her best impression of her being flabbergasted. "And I will do Melissa my dear, when I next see a beautiful girl" Moira said cackling, which set Jared off into painful howls of laughter, Olivia's own twinkling laugh filled up the room while the bar man simply have a silent jiggle of the shoulders.

"Seems my own little crew here has out voted me, I don't tend to take on strangers though" "Liar, you brought Skippy to Evelynnes" Moira said. "MOIRA WOULD YOU SHUT YER FECKING MOUTH, I'M TRYING TO PLAY HARD TO GET AND YOUR RUINING MY REPUTATION" Melissa shouted, though it was obvious that the two friends where simply ripping the piss out of one another. The Yuki Yuki no mi user gave a gentle sigh as she stood up, sizing Willow. "So you wanna help me piss of the marines huh, well before I go anywhere dangerous with a big strong man. I'll need to know a few things first" Melissa said as she circled around the male. "First is, why the fuck do you wanna start shit with the world government, second is who the fuck are the six barrel pirates, and third is.....are you single?" She mused pursing her lips as she sized up the man.

"Oh ya and fourth, are you any good in a fight, I don't wanna be fighting marines armed only with a human meat shield, thats not really my style. I prefer to fight along side those who can hold their own against a few ensigns and captains" The frost witch uttered before taking her seat. Raising her hand and snapping her fingers a drink soon shot across the bar, handed to her by the old bat Moira. "Go on then boo, your in my kingdom, so address the queen" she said with a flirtatious wink.

Willow patiently waited for what Melissa was saying to her peers, and to him as well.  Standing there with that grin on his face, eyes closed while his gaze was focused on her the whole time. "Oh right! How clumsy of me! My name is Willow O. Omens! I'm having a spat with the Marines myself and I would like to push them out of the slums somewhat. They're a bit big headed anyways."

She wanted to know why he wanted to fight marines, and he decided to reply to her in the best way that he knew how. While keeping the straightest face that he could, "Oh--if I went fighting them on my own I would die for sure. But fighting them with an ally, while all of mine are elsewhere on the island doing their thing, I would have a chance to get a fair chance at death. It's no fun when you have a one hundred percent chance of failure or victory." He said so flippantly, waving his hand about.

"Also I am currently single--why do you ask?"  Though as he was replying, the headphones that were on his neck blared with audible static, the feint sound of a voice ringing out for Willow to hear, more of a disgruntled huff of air which he winced at when the static rung out.  It seemed that the voice he started to hear whenever he ate that fruit about a four days ago.

"Oh I can handle myself in a fight. I'm a little gifted when it comes to dealing with death." He said in a more confident tone, his eyes opening up and giving her a narrow-eyed look that conveyed the message he wasn't as naive as he seemed. but shortly after that he was back to his dopey sided self. Though when he looked at Melissa she could see the odd purple color of his eyes, something that stuck out along with the orange hair.

"So how about it? we could go beat some marines up and let them know we don't like them pushing us around." He declared in the classic 'we can do it' pose with one hand holding the crux of his other arm behind the elbow, his free hand clenched into a fist.  As he struck that pose, a few ghosts lifted up out of the ground doing the same pose behind himself, like they were either with him or mocking him.  He still wasn't exactly used to his powers just yet it seemed.

He was certainly a strange one, this male. The way he spoke was different to anything Melissa herself had heard. She would glance to her friends whom all gave her the casual glance of "Yup he's a weirdo" Though Melissa was rather interested in his fighting capabilities. boasting about his manipulation over death seemed rather strange. Though this simply brought a gentle smile upon the girls face. "Your certainly interesting, not bad looking either and you say you can fight" She purred, standing up and moving close to the man. "Nice eyes, decent stature, nice hair, not a shabby dresser" each time she listed something off she would take a drink from her cup, continuing to walk around the man over and over again until her glass was empty, with the final grace being. "Nice butt too" she said. Now she would be infront of him, face to face with that devilishly gorgeous grin of hers.

"Ok Willow, but first....think fast" she said. As she spoke she would toss the cup in her hand upwards, generally when a move like this is made all eyes follow the thrown object, especially those not expecting such a thing to happen. This was also known as a distraction. Melissa's legs would shimmer as she moved, her leg raised upwards with force attempting to meet with Willow's chin. her practice and manipulation of a leg based fighting style adapted to her own, granting her the white leg style. Though not actually using her full capability of the style she attempted to test Willow. Whether her foot made contact or whether he managed to evade it made no difference to her. Her action and words would more than likely be the same despite the outcome, unless Willow decided to show more than what she expected and attack back quickly.

"If you want to join me in fighting the marines, your gonna have to show me what your made off boy. Being a sexy mother fucker doesn't mean I'll let you come along, it just means you'll end up in my bed later in stead" The dark haired vixen said, giving yet another wink. "So then come on baby cakes. Lets see whacha got" she said as the cup finally came back down, catching it effortlessly in her hand.

"Ya break anything, ya pay for it ya got it" The barman echoed up causiing Melissa who was in the zone to jump, forgetting about her audience for a while, this slight jitter caused the cup to fall to the ground and smash. "Oooops"

While Willow spoke with the girl, she didn't even take the time to introduce herself properly. She wanted his name, but didn't want to give hers in exchange? Willow could only ponder on this while she waltzed around him as he was in his thinking pose. Right elbow planted in his left palm, right hand held up to his chin as he contemplated just what she was getting at. Though the compliments on his looks were quite evident and he blinked, only to look at her and offer a wry smile, "Oh thank you kindly!" he didn't seem to be flustered by the flirtations.

Though, there was another blast of static that came from his headphones when he reciprocated her flirtations. But first, but first he had to think fast? She threw a cup high up into the air and he was going to have to catch it as some form of test? He started to leap up to catch it, on the balls of his feet while he was reaching up for the cup. But something was coming for him.

A voice screamed over the headphones at him, audible enough for him, but came out as a series of muffled static for anyone else that could hear it, as such only Willow heard the words, "Attack..coming..Duck!" While Willow saw the cup, he glanced down to see the leg coming at him. Oh--this won't end well he thought to himself while trying to duck down. But his arms were cut in the cross fire of the attack, sending him sliding across the floor, only for a series of ghosts to come up out of the floor, hands forming into what could be called a squishy ramp to slow his slide and keep him from going too far.

Melissa wanted to really put him through his paces, and while she saw fit to catch that cup, she promptly dropped it by being startled. But before that fragile cup would fall on the ground, WIllow would leap for it, sliding along the ground on his stomach for it, arm reaching out and determination alone getting a ghost to come out and listen to what he wanted this time. The ghost would come up out of the ground, hand reaching out and solidifying enough to latch onto the cup and hold it up triumphantly.

"Oh look, I caught it!" He declared with that dopey expression on his face again while standing up and dusting himself off, in the meantime the ghost was dancing and shaking its groove thing, doing the cabbage patch with the cup in its hands as if to gloat, an extension of WIllow's desires deep down. Of course, the sudden appearance of nearly a dozen ghosts in the bar was something that had everyone except Willow and Melissa reacting with bulged out eyes, jaws hanging open and wide, startled to sheer shock by the sight of the things.

"That.....was....amazing" Melissa said as she stared at the ghosts that had materialized. "Now I don't owe this smuck twenty thousand beri for breaking one of his glasses" she said. Though as she looked around she noted the hanging jaws of her friends. "Oh come on you guys, this can't be shocking. Its obvious. He must have ate one of those horrible little fruitty things too" she said out loud. "Okay Ghosty, thats a pretty impressive power you have there. You showed me your's, I suppose...I should show you mine" The young woman said, her lips curving into a mischievous grin. "I hope you like the cold" she said as her body slowly began to shed.

small white particles began to gently peel from her skin, from her clothes, from her hair. Flowing around the room in a majestic burst of white. The cold snow would touch upon everything within the room as it spun, over and over again. Dancing and twirling around. It was simply a gentle movement, just a small show of what she controlled. In reality snow probably did not look as deadly nor as strange as manipulation of spectral creatures like ghosts. Though Melissa had proven time and time again that her powers had deadly consequences to those whom underestimated her. "I'v come to understand a bit of this world, Your the fourth person I'v seen whose gained some un-natural power, I'm assuming you consumed a fruit, a fruit that tasted disgusting and boom new powers. Just don't take a bath or try to swim in the sea.....it won't end well" Melissa said as she snapped her fingers. The spiralling snow halted its movement in mid air, suspended animation some would say. Then another snap and it fell, dissolving as if it had never been there.

"I'm going to take you up on your offer sweet cheeks. You can call me Melissa or your majesty, or My Queen. Or Sexy....Its completely up to you" she said winking to the boy. Leaning under the table she would bring out her double-barrelled shotgun. tying the holster around her back for easy access. "Be back soon guys" "Be careful Melissa" "If you can find any medical supplies.....you know" "Got it" she said. "Lets go bubble butt" and with that Melissa would head out of the new tavern. "The bar is in the lower district of the business section. It only allows marines so getting in without causing issue is our first goal. I'd rather not start a commotion outside and save that for within" Melissa said as they walked towards the business district, leaving the slums behind with each step.

So he was sexy, then he was lover boy, then he was ghosty? She certainly had a lot of nicknames for a person, Willow just lifted up his finger, trying to get a word in edge wise while Melissa continued to go on, now introducing herself with several nicknames of her own.  His extended index finger just curled down not getting the chance to talk while she went on about devil fruits and if he even liked the cold.  Well, he wasn't partial to it, but he was used to it from being on Water 7 for so long.

"Oh that is interesting--I can't go swimming anymore, or take a bath. I always preferred a shower anyways." He said proudly without really reacting to her powers other than visibly shivering.  While he stood there, hands on his hips, shivering in his boots, several ghosts rose up from the ground, arms crossed over their bodies and holding their arms as they shivered as well.  They apparently reflected either the exact opposite of his mood or mimicked it directly.

Melissa wanted to get going and off to bar where marines hung out normally. "But my butt isn't made out of bubbles!" He cried out while following after Melissa out the door and into the slums.  Overhangs of stone and mortar were common here, and lighting was artificial, but it gave a nice seedy rustic feeling to the den of debauchery as some would call it.  But while Willow marveled at the architecture, Melissa explained where they were headed.

Off to the business district, and to a marine bar? A full bar of marines? Willow's expression went from that dopey one to opening his eyes, brows furrowed into a state that some would consider angry had it not been for that devilish grin on his face.  he was eager to see what a marine bar was like, and Melissa seemed to be ready for a fire fight.

"So do you have any plans before we head there? I'm not sure how your gun could be useful if there are more than two marines. Unless you shoot snow out of that. Tell me you shoot snow out of it! I want to see you shoot snow out of it!" His eyes were alight with sparkles, taking great interest in the though tof a gun shooting deadly projectiles of snow rather than buckshot.

With everything said and done. Melissa and Ghost boy would be making their way through the slums. "First we need to get in....since I came here....They no longer have an open door policy on who can enter the business district. Generally if you look okay you can get in, if your slum looking then they may not open for you....and if you look like me....then you'll get shot at " Melissa said as they walked. "The way I get in.....well Im not entirely sure you could follow" Melissa said musing to herself. "If your known in Water 7, you should be fine though, but this is where we part" Melissa said "Sneak this in for me okay" she said pushing the shot gun on him as she diverted off now that they had gotten close to the gates that disconnected the slums from the districts. "AND NO, I DON'T SHOOT SNOW" she shouted back to Willow as she ran across the back street.

It only took her a few minutes to find the tree, next to the tree was the same crack, the same crack she uses whenever she needed to get into the business district. She had used it with Skippy and now, like that time, her body freely flowed into the element that she could control, flowing through the rock and into the other side. This was why she had to pass off her shotgun, unlike her clothing it did not become snow when she did. Though she reformed in the back alley just as quick as she fluttered from a humanoid existence. She had realized one error though. She had not informed her fellow fighter where to meet her. Pulling her coats hood up as much as she could to cover her face, Melissa would join the hustling and bustling crowd, moving towards the gate, hoping to spot the orange headed fitty...I mean guy.

She really was ditzy, she had not done this to Skip, perhaps it was because he was a HE if you catch my drift. She never got all fuzzy headed with girls, with girls she was just a flirty little minx. Nothing ever came of it, but guys...guys who she found fit, she was careless around. She would wind them up, she toyed with them, and in wanting to toy with them...she would every now and again forget to give details that could be needed. Luckily the bar wasn't far from here, five minute walk....if she did not find Willow, she would simply head to the bar, hoping he knew which one she was on about. If not......she would have to start with her trusty shotgun....and Willow she supposed.

He was given the shotgun, and Melissa was getting ready to head out on her own path, it seemed that she was easily spotted whenever she wanted to get into the business district. He had to look the part to enter the business district too? Well, he simply pulled out that handkerchief given to him by Sylvester and tied it off on his collar, giving him a plus five to fanciness. As Melissa left, she declared that she did in fact not shoot snow. Well there goes that fantasy.

When the two parted ways, Willow took that shotgun with him, holstering it behind his back like a quiver for arrows, putting on the airs that it was on his person for self defense. He walked along and made his way up toward the entrance, or rather, the main entrance, of the business district. It was best to be direct about it, and with his hood pulled up and over his noggin, it was hard to see his face combined with that baggy collar of his.

He was able to enter the city undeterred from his path, making his way through the crowds with his eyes in that determined glare, ready to find the bar. The bar which, of course, he had not been given directions to. Going right back into that dopey looking face of his, Willow sighed and started to look around, trying to find some sort of mall directory or a map that could point him in the right direction. But that wouldn't be helping him at all as there weren't any of that kind of thing in the vicinity. Time to rely on good old word of mouth!

"Excuse me--can you point me toward a bar? It serves marines almost exclusively?" He would ask some of the normal people in the area. They all gave him a skeptical look, judging by the weapon on his back, and question just WHY he wanted to go to a marine bar. "Oh that's simple, I want to blow the roof off--with jokes and stories of course! I'm supposed to go perform for them." He really needed to choose his words better.

He eventually found someone that could point him in the right direction, it seemed that there was supposed to be entertainment at the bar today, and the last person he asked, the very one that gave him the directions he so desperately needed, was in fact, a marine! That would get Willow to the entrance of the bar, where he would wave to the marine as they went inside, wanting to know if he was coming in, "Oh I'm waiting for my partner first of course!" Willow declared happily, and there he would wait for some sort of signal from Melissa, or for the snow angel to come and talk to him directly.

As Melissa walked through the crowd, she would notice a young marine woman, roughly her stature. "PERFECT" she said out loud, though no one really paid her much attention. Moving through the crowd, Melissa would begin to panic "Oh oh no please, please marine, in the alley, a poor man is being mugged...their beating him" she said with baited breath. "In that alley. Uhm....don't you look familiar? never mind" the marine woman said as she withdrew her flintlock, quickly she pushed through the crowd with the woman in tow. "Please stay here" the officer said. Melissa obliged, stopping as the woman entered the alley, her gun placed in front of her. Alas the true danger was not in front but behind. "Gullable" Melissa said as she brought her leg forward to strike the marine, forcing her to fly forth into the alleyway.

The Snow Queen or Frost Witch as the marines had so perfectly dubbed her would release her snow. In the darkness of the alley where they where not to be disturbed, her lance of snow would strike true, penetrating the skull of the female marine. "So easy" Melissa uttered as she dragged the body deeper into the alley. She would then strip the body, dusting it down and using her snow to try to peel as much of the dirty and grime that sat upon the white uniform. Soon enough, Melissa was dressed within the marines attire, throwing the body and her own clothes into the large dumpster, the "marine" would head to the bar.

"Awesome" she said as she strolled towards her partner. "Ready hot stuff" "You aint someone I recognise" a dressed marine said, looking at the uniform, Melissa had done well to clean it. "Excuse me" the marine female uttered, her hair up hidden by a hat. Her outfit was rather similiar to that of a stewardess upon a ferry. "Yer uniform, the stripes, yer from my district, but I dun recognise ya" "Oh baby, this isn't real, Im not an actual marine" Melissa said laughing. "Then what ya doin in that uniform" "This is a marine bar right? and I'm tonights entertainment........lets just say the uniform doesnt stay on" she said, as she spoke she would gently unbutton the top two buttons revealing her clevage. "Oh....OOHHHH" the man said his face going red.

"Shall we" Melissa said offering her arm to Willow. Though as they entered, they were stopped at the check in. "Sorry sir, we don't allow ANY weapons in. All your weapons are to be left here and you can pick them up when you leave. If we believe you have anything on you that could be a weapon you will be taken in the back and strip searched. Any weapon not declared is grounds for immediate arrest. Do you understand" The desk lady said. "Give em the weapon" Melissa said smiling, a bit annoyed that her shotgun would not play a part in this. Now if Willow handed over the weapon/s everything would go ahead. The two would soon be taken into the bar and round to the stage, up the stairs and behind the curtain into a small dressing room.

"Here is the plan. I need some of these marines alive, okay. They are to deliver a message to leave my slums and my people alone. So make sure we have atleast three survivors. Go sit at the bar and wait for my signal. Try to scope out the security and take them out as quick as you can once Iv revealed myself to them. Okay?" Melissa asked. If Willow understood she would shoo him from her room. Sighing as she waited to be called onto stage,

Willow made it to the bar, and Melissa would be joining shortly, it seemed she managed to find herself a uniform. He was here to perform with her but he wasn't in uniform. Well, that stood to reason that he was the voice and she was the body. That was the purpose of the performance together right? Right. But the major thing that struck him down was the security at the entrance. "So if I say it's a weapon I can't be arrested then? Do jokes count as a weapon if someone passes out from laughter?" He asked in his dopey snarkiness.

It didn't really sit well with the doorman as he snatched the shotgun away and Willow reached over for his staff, flicking it out to a cane length and standing on it for support, "I can keep this for the purpose of walking right? I get an occasional limp you see." Thankfully that would come to pass, and Willow could get into the bar while Melissa would be getting ready to set up on stage.

She gave him some orders and he listened to her, clutching his chin while nodding with his eyes closed, nonchalant about the whole thing. "But I'm supposed to perform with you? Or wait for my cue? Are we getting paid for this job?" Apparently he had gotten too in to character and was acting as if they were actually here for a performance. But while he got shooed away he waved to her to head out on the stage and get to being the opening act.

Now, many people would be nervous, but Willow was very calm. He, after all, had much experience with telling stories. He would start off with one of his favorites. The story, true or not, of a world where seven clans, seven races, formed together for the betterment of their world. They were doing their best to advance their society. "The people of this world I am about to tell you about managed to outlive their means from down on the ground. What were they to do? One mass of land that they outgrew. What were they to do? They persevered. They built, they dug, and they fled from the lands to let them regrow."

"Down below their earth was what could only be called a second world, untamed and wild with strange foliage and stranger creatures. It was nearly uninhabitable, save for the unsavory criminals that the people of the commonwealth did not want to deal with."
He would go on to explain the room, walking to and fro on the stage, explaining the world and how a great tower was built, turning the world below into a prison, the common ground a place for the masses to work and farm and a city in the sky for the highest members of society.

While doing all of this, Willow took the time to examine the room, many of the marines were getting drunk and enamored with the story, there were about two dozen of them in the room, and seven staff members, one behind the bar, three on security at the door, and three working as servers. Willow was taking his time with the story, and leaving it off on a cliff hanger, turning the story into a last ditch effort of some criminals banding together, believing themselves to be innocent and worth redemption by going through the hardships to earn the rite back into society.

As he tied off the story, Willow would take a wide bow, and walk off to let Melissa know it was her turn. He knocked on her door with his staff. If she opened it to speak to him, Willow didn't have that dopey look on anymore, he had on the shrewd look of a man that knew he got a crowd warmed up. "Hello there! How's about you go up there and do your thing, I sneak around to shut the doors and lock us in here with them? Take out the sober security and leave us with the drunk bastards?"

"This is why I don't work with amateurs" Melissa said as she heard Willow up on the stage. "What part of go to the bar didn't he understand" She said as she paced around the dressing room. "Why tell a boring story.....when the audience is obviously waiting on a stripper" she said slapping her forehead. She had to now wait and instead of Willow going to the bar, he returned to the dressing room. As he came in she just looked to him, her mouth opened wide, staring dumbfounded at him. Suddenly his hotness was replaced with a giant manatee outfit wearing a bloody bra. She only saw a guy, nothing hot about him. "Hows about you listen next time before I kick your ass" She said before walking out the door with him.

"We are in a place surrounded by marines, security with guns probably aren't as dangerous as them" she said as she walked passed him, motioning him to leave with a wave. With her heels on, she took to the stage, hand upon hip, the other in the air. Gently the music began. As the curtains opened, she struck out her right hand, turning her head ever so gently. "Hey boys" she said before wriggling her hips. She may have gotten into the dancing a little bit as she pivoted, as she did the splits, a few ballet moves along the stage, every so often she unbuttoned until her shirt was fully undone, her flat stomach glistening in the moonlight.

It wasn't until she threw her hat into the crowd did the crowds ooing and screeching for more halt, money littered the stage from the dancing, yet as her hair gently fell to its natural length, the marines looked in awe and worry as she grinned. "Nice to see y'all know who I am" she said as she raised her hand. Snow danced from her finger tips, flowing upwards, elongating into two identical spears of snow. "My name is Melissa Devaroux, and the rumours are true, I am a Frost Witch" the snow user uttered. "I am Queen of the slums, and It has come to my attention that the marines have been beating my citizens for information on me. Information you could have got by asking me directly. Let me begin by answering one that comes up. Have I ever killed marines" Melissa flicked her finger, one of the lances shot forward embedding itself in to one of the marines within the crowd?

"The answer. Yes. I'm also a devil fruit user" she said as another marine jumped at her, though he would soon find grasping her was much more difficult than he had anticipated, Melissa's hand curled around the second snow spear as the marines body burst through her own. Her torso and lower body fluttering into snow for a few seconds before returning to its normal state, as the marine skidded around Melissa flicked her finger once more, the spear embedded within the deceased marine, now with a tip stained within a crimson colour shot back, turning in mid air, flying through Melissa's midrift and into the marine whom tried to stand up. One marine stood up and brought out a gun. "HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET THAT IN HERE" she shouted annoyed that her shot gun had to be taken away. Other marines stood up pulling out their weapons. "this is a marine bar, you think we don't expect to be targets" the marine said as they trained their guns on Melissa whom covered her mouth with her spare hand. "Oh NOOO" she shouted in a fake concerned voice.

Before they would walk out of the door, Willow would stop her and take a hold of her arm. He dropped the entire dopey guy act and spoke to her in a cool and collected manner. His tone came across as someone that understood everything that was going on, even how she seemed to be feeling, "Please don't mistake me coming back here for idiocy. I have seen every person there is in the bar, and got them interested enough in a story to keep drinking. Most of them are drunk enough that they won't be able to do much physically other than tumble over themselves. It's the security we need to watch out for." He would let her go and give her a small salute with his index and middle finger by flicking them away from his eyebrow, putting back on that dopey demeanor.

He was the first out and into the crowd of the bar, making sure to wait for her to get on stage and start her speech. Willow seemed to catch up on the fact that she was disinterested in him, or was it just annoyance for the time being. Not that he needed to prove himself to her, but at least he could do something to put him back in her good graces.

While she got to dancing and promenading about on the stage, Willow was getting in to his own shenanigans. It required working along with her dance and hoping it lasted long enough. First was to slip back away from the bar section and toward one of the two emergency exits. It was a simple door design, and it was able to be pulled open. Simple enough, just bust the hinges so that it can't be moved without a great amount of force.

In between roars of the crowd, Willow would be using his weapon to whack away at the three metal hinges, warping them at odd angles so that the bars and brackets would not be moving one way or the other unless the door was straight up busted down. Thankfully, Melissa's show was enough that he could get across to the other side of the bar and do the same thing to the other emergency exit.

Once both of the side exits were covered, it was a matter of sneaking back toward the entrance to watch the stage performance from afar. While he was in Melissa's line of sight he gave a thumbs up before she was ready to show off. Of course, showing off meant killing tow marines outright with her powers while Willow just marveled at how interesting and deadly her powers could be.

But now wasn't the time to gawk. He needed to take care of that last exit. He made a run for it, putting on the airs of being afraid and not realizing who Melissa was. Running right past the security and bouncer that were rushing in to the main room to see what the commotion was about. Willow just turned around and had a cheeky little sneer on his face. Slamming down the cross-bar to lock the doors from opening up one way or another, that same method of locking something down from the inside when you were working on sprucing up the place or closing down for the night to take a second exit, the bar was now effectively shut off from all sides.

Melissa was being held at gunpoint, and Willow was left all alone near the entrance, and right by the weapons check area. The person inside of it was easy enough to deal with as he leapt over the counter and slammed both feet into the girl's face to send her tumbling back into the wall out cold in one swift motion. She wasn't really much of a threat at all, but all the drunk and sober gunmen in the room were another thing.

Willow grabbed Melissa's shotgun and brought it up to the main room while she was feigning her terror. Willow just butted in, "Is this a bad time to declare my weapons now?" And with that little remark he pulled the trigger of the shotgun right behind two of the security guards. One was given a nice ventilation system in his stomach only to topple onto the floor as a bloody mess while the other got winged and sent to the floor in paint from the shrapnel of the round.

Willow would then throw the shotgun off to Melissa while he readied his staff for a good old fashioned bar fight. "Catch Snow Angel!"

It had been tempting, to show the true extent of her capabilities. To grant the arm that had held her frostbite. Alas though this man did not annoy her enough for that. Instead she only gave him a look, a look of a murderer before she walked to the stage. Events unfolded like they where, eventually leading up to Melissa being held at gun point. Though one thing in her mind floated about. The mans words.

"I have seen every person there is in the bar, and got them interested enough in a story to keep drinking. Most of them are drunk enough that they won't be able to do much physically other than tumble over themselves."

These were the words that her comrade had spoken, and now, looking to the crowd she couldn't wait to shout out a giant I TOLD YOU SO. The marines were not as drunk as he had assumed, the guns pointed to her where aimed true. No hands shook, each of them steady. Then it came, two raging echoes. Melissa wondered if Willow had assaulted the poor door clerk whom was probably simply s student trying to make some money. Guns moved, yet the marine with long silver hair kept his flintlock held to Melissa. Willows voice echoed out and out of her vision, she could see her shotgun flying towards her.

Bang

One shot....then more echoed. Only one of these shots had been aimed at Melissa, the rest had been fired at the red headed accomplice whom had made himself a rather available target. Melissa's hands flew to the area in which she would have been wounded. The shotgun skidding in front of her as she fell to her knees. "I....I.....W..." she mouthed before hanging her head. "JUST KIDDING" she said as her hands flew out, grasping her shotgun. Her body lifted as the lower half of her burst into snow, pushing herself forth towards the silver headed guy. The erupting echo from the shotguns release was nothing compared to the sound of flesh literally exploding from the marine. The duel shots erupting simultaneously and ripping through his head like it was nothing.

Quickly, her feet returned as she twisted her body under another marine, blood splattering her clothing and face. Her shotgun came upwards, slamming directly into the face of one of the female officers. Her shotgun now empty soon went flying through the air slamming into another "Ghost boy, I'll give you cover" Melissa shouted as she struck her hands together. As her hands touched, her entire body released a flurry of millions upon millions of snow particles, swirling around the entirety of the room. Causing vision for all bar herself to falter dramatically. She simply had to avoid her fellow comrades ghosts and avoid killing him in the process. Hopefully he would be smart enough to not venture too far into the room sized blizzard. "There was about forty bodies in here in total....Keeping four should be sufficent" she said loud enough hoping Willow would get the message, due to the sudden blizzard appearing in doors the marines themselves where somewhat shocked. Bumping into one another.
