It was clear to everyone that this tall guy was lost. Hiro had disembarked from the sea train just hours ago. After almost being thrown into the ocean, he'd needed a bit of a break to settle his stomach. He decided a little sight seeing would be in order, especially since it would help him to find Linedwell or anyone who could point him in the right direction. He made his way through the streets, winding in and out of shops whenever he chanced by them. He had to do his best not to splurge but he had the time to buy things he'd need later. Hiro bought a few canteens and dry rations, things like that could come in handy in the desert. He was watching a street vendor cook what appeared to be a type of kebab when he felt something on his leg. His hand shot out and wrapped around a much smaller, frailer hand. He turned to confront the pickpocket but was shocked by what he saw. A young girl stood before him, her face slowly lost color as she saw the marine crest on his clothing. A few onlookers stopped to watch and chastise the child but Hiro raised his hand and set them along.

He gestured to the girl to wait as he fumbled through his pack and retrieved some beli. He paid the vendor in front of him and paid for two kebabs. Hiro then gave the girl some of his beli. "Stealing is wrong...but if you have to do it to survive, get better at it." His voice was stern but softened at the end. "Take care of yourself, kid." Hiro smiled and handed her the kebabs. The girl didn't speak during their entire encounter, she just held onto those kebabs. Hiro took his leave and headed towards the next street. He didn't see it but the girl chomped down on the kebabs, tears streaming down her face.

OOC: if someone could deduct 10,000 beli that'd be cool haha

It has been nearly a month and a half since Caspian had passed his marine test and started to don his marine uniform, in those months he had been trained rigorously  by a marine instructor named Pathos everyday and rose up the ranks fast for his bravery and loyalty to the marine's. Caspian had been called in for duty by another marine officer where he was to get assigned new duties, Caspian was excited since he had been growing in power and was excited to get even stronger for the sake of justice.

Nanohana Marine Base

Caspian is walking through the halls passing fellow marine officers who were on a walking drill as he had been when he first started his training,Caspian had been promoted too Warrant Officer just a week prior and and was quite happy with his new rank, as he was now allowed to wear his regular clothing that consisted of his  open aired thin red shirt with brown pants secured by a lighter brown belt with a pair of  dirty gold colored boots and and  black gloves that reach his elbows but now as a marine he wore his marine hat on top of his head proudly.

As Caspian was closing in on his Pathos room to relieve his message and orders he heard whispered but audible foot steps coming his way and he knew who it was, Caspian then ducked as a marine officer tried to grab him and Caspian pushed his index finger into his chest as he said "Sorry Yoa,your footsteps gave you away this time"

The marine officer Yoa clicked his teeth as he said "dammit i can never seem to get the drop on you Caspian oh i mean...Sir! Ill speak to you some other time later!!" Yoa then runs off to attend his marine duties.

Caspian waved goodbye as Yoa was running off. Caspian had meant Yoa when he was promoted to Seaman First class alongside with him and they did a bit of work together but as Yoa goals did not make him the best marine officer slowing his progression while Caspian always put in his best effort accelerating his career in the marine's, Caspian who was no longer distracted grabbed the door handle to Pathos room but  as he opened it there he saw two other marine officer's standing their but were quickly dismissed by him  as he said "Warrent Officer Caspian, please come in."

Caspian then stands up straight putting his right hand bent and curved in a salute formation as he says "Reporting for duty Sir!"

Pathos then answers "Cut the crap this is a happy occasion you evil glared brat

Caspian then relaxed his body and put his hand down  as Pathos said those words, during the course of his time at Nanohana Caspian learned that Pathos had a bad tongue but his attentions were as pure as any hard working marine. Caspian then spoke back "In that case whats the happy occasion?"

Pathos then delivers a grin at Caspian with his usual wheezy laugh as he reaches under his desk and pulls out a closed box before saying "Congratulations Warrent Officer Caspian, you have been hereby promoted to Ensign rank!

Caspian stood their for a minute dazed and glaring harder then usual in his confusion, Pathos quickly jumped out of his seat and on to the desk before knocking Caspian upside the head causing Caspian to snap out of it but causing a slight headache as he said "Ow!!!"

Pathos then yells out "Thats what you get for having such a look when you just got a promotion you evil eyed brat!!

Hearing Pathos say the word promotion hit Caspian hard as he said "Im getting a promotion...? To Ensign...? The starting rank of the higher tier marine's?!...THIS IS GREAT

Pathos then yells "Quite down im not done yet!! but quickly calms down before continuing "As payment for this promotion, i want you to go into Nanohana with your new uniform addition and show the people that Justice has just gotten a new starter. You understand me?!"

Caspian then nods while saying "Yes sir!" while grabbing the box as Pathos wave's him off as he turns around in his chair to look outside at his newest recruits, Caspian quickly runs out as he is excited to see whats in the box but as he was not there he didn't see that Pathos was actually smiling at Caspian's excitement.

Caspian runs all the way to his room as he puts the box on his bed before looking at it and then slowly opening it to reveal a marine jacket, he then lifts it up slowly out the box as he see's it's full size just right for his body and on the back of it read the words "Justice" and Caspian smile's at it before slipping it around his shoulders and looking in the mirror to size himself up. Caspian took three minutes of looking as his new attire making him look like a more proficient marine before he breaks out of it and realizes he must follow his orders, he then walks out of his room and makes his way outside the marine base going to Nanohana City.
Exit Marine Base

Nanohana City

Following Pathos orders Caspian had made his way out of the base and into the the streets of Nanohana city, as he walked with his new attire he got looks from citizens and those who looked like thugs alike. Caspian was pleased with his new uniform in every way but more than that, his promotion gave him the chance to aim even higher as a marine officer and that he was very thankful for.

As he walked Caspian noticed man who wore the standard marine uniform but he had not seen him before, but payed very little attention as he kept on walking but suddenly there was a gunshot and a scream of a little boy from behind Caspian causing him to turn around quickly too see a bandit running from a man who was shot in his leg bleeding and a boy crying for his papa.

This angered Caspian greatly as his eyes went from there usual glare to a death glare and he jumped up onto one of the stalls and then again onto a building before starting to sprint run avoiding the lack of crowds so he doesn't get slowed down, Caspian runs without wasting even second and quickly gains on the bandit until he is right beside him but keeps running until he is a little ahead before he jumps off the building using his right hand to grab the bandit's skull as he lands and pushes him into the desert sand below their feet as he twists his arm and take's away his gun.

Caspian then says angrily "You just commit ed your last crime, i hope it was worth it"

Lu Dahn Ricchi
Oh how things can't making unexpected twist and turns in the life of the Commodore. Though majority of these new variables being introduced forecasted good things for his future, it kept altering the schedule he had planned out for himself and his campaign. It seemed like while he was assumed to be on leave, the World Government was steady adding new operatives to his Unit. Unknowingly to the World Government these officers would be immediately put to use, one way or another.

Today Lu Dahn wore a simple outfit, black button down with the sleeves rolled to his elbows, a white tie, and an olive green trench coat with a white fur lining and collar. A few rings were on his fingers, his family pendant was hanging from his neck, he had black fitting pants on his legs, and black leather shoes. Some would speculate that he was hot in an outfit that highlighted such an extravagant piece of outwear. The detailing on it was immaculate as was the quality of the fur lining. However, Lu Dahn didn't mind the heat at all. He was sure to stay hydrated and besides, this was the "price" he had to pay as a sponsor of the brand that produced this lavish coat. Moving on, his hair hadn't been cut in some time only occasional trims, so his powder blue hair reached down to his shoulders at the mane's longest points. As he walked the streets of Nanohana he combed his hair back on one side to tuck the strands behind his ear. It was a hear-throbbing sight for some unprepared female onlookers and Lu Dahn was well aware of the charm he was casting.

That wasn't important though, so these women didn't get as much as a glance from him as he continued walking through Nanohana. What his eyes were looking for were two new Ensigns who were being added to his Unit. It was very last minute, but apparently his being in Alabasta had been discovered by the World Government. He didn't like that one bit and he felt anger simmering in his body and tension in his brow, but with an exhale of a breath he let it go. It'd bubble back up in due time, but for now he needed to expel this emotion from his body as to present himself to his Ensigns in the best possible manner.

As he released one more breath the sound of a gunshot in the distance drew his attention. I was multiple blocks away and he forecasted it wasn't in his Unit's quadrant of duty, so he had no obligation to check it out. He knew it'd probably conjure up some of the local Marines however and it'd probably be his best bet at locating his Ensigns. That said he changed his path of travel and took a left at a four way intersection as opposed to keeping straight to travel to the scene that was unfolding.

Despite his desire to meet his Ensigns as to get his campaign on the road, he kept his pace at a walk. Lu Dahn would never rush for a man that wasn't ranked above him or that didn't have something to offer him. That said he'd miss the context of the situation and the acts of Ensign Towls, but he would see the young Marine with a supposed criminal wrangled up in his clutches. Lu Dahn was sure this was the man he was looking for, but dug in his trench coat once more to check as he'd hate to waste time and speak to some random vigilante he didn't need to speak to. Pulling out freshly promoted officer's profile, he matched the face on the picture he held with the one of the man who was a fair 7m away from him, a crowd of onlookers more or less keeping Lu Dahn out of the Ensign's direct line of sight.

Stuffing the profile back into the recesses of his gaudy coat, he made his way through the crowd by gently wafting people in front of him to the side. He wasn't one to weasel and contort his body to get through a crowd, he had an image to uphold and that didn't suit the vision he had for himself. Making it through the ring of people and into the epicenter, Lu Dahn approached Ensign Towls from one side and a few Marines on patrol simultaneously arrived and approached from another. When the Marines on patrol locked eyes with Lu Dahn, they submitted into a salute, but he seemingly ignored them and kept walking to approach Ensign Caspian. "Commodore Ricchi?! We were just checking to see what was going on in this quadrant." "I understand that. There seems to be no issue, but if you could, could you take this man off of my Ensign's hands?" They dropped their salute and like the worker ants they were, they ran over to subdue the man that Ensign Towl's had in his custody. As custody was transferred, Lu Dahn would talk to his officer. "Ensign Towl's, I'm Commodore Ricchi, your new commanding officer. Please come with me." No more and no less, Lu Dahn would walk under the guise the Ensign was following and he'd make his way through the crowd, but this time they'd part to make a way for him and the Ensign on their own. No acts on his behalf needed, his title spoke and acted for him now that they knew who he was. He needed more of that, but without the need of him announcing his rank, he just wanted to be renown enough for people to inherently know. . . . He'd work on it.

As he was leaving the kebab vendor's stall, a gunshot rang through the air. Without hesitating Hiro ran towards the gunfire, cutting across back alleys to get there in time. From his experience in the city, he assumed it to be pick-pocketing gone wrong. He rounded the corner and found a crowd forming. Hiro pushed his way past the crowd, his marine attire instantly quelling any complaints. As he drew nearer to the center of the crowd, he could see a long-haired marine had already apprehended the perpetrator. Seeing as the situation had been dealt with, Hiro began to manage the crowd, ordering them to disperse. "Back up, back up." he yelled. The crowd began to dissolve as soon as they saw Hiro backing up his fellow marine. Hiro scanned the pedestrians as they walked by the scene, hoping that if the criminal had any compatriots their shifty glares would betray them. By the time back up had arrived the streets had returned to normal. Hiro started to leave when he spotted an odd looking fellow; he was tall and wore an all black ensemble. Hiro couldn't help but wonder if that get-up was as hot as it looked. At the same time he couldn't deny it looked fresh.

Hiro hurried off after remembering he had to meet up with his new superior officer. Although he wasn't given a specific time frame or location, he was too excited to sit and stay at the marine base. He'd been advised by some of the staff based in Sandy Village on the necessities needed to survive the harsh environment. Hiro decided to purchase the next item on his list: a shemagh. He couldn't pronounce it but it was just a fancy word for a face wrap. It would protect him from the sun and sand, not to mention help keep him cool. Hiro bought a few from a nearby stall at what he thought was a reasonable price. Yet something was gnawing his mind. As soon as he bought his gear he sat down on a nearby bench pondering what he'd forgotten this time.

After what seemed to be an eternity, a light bulb clicked on in his mind. He'd asked the base staff what his commanding officer was like. They'd mentioned he was a model and that he'd been wearing all black today. Almost as immediately as the first, a second light bulb immediately clicked. The image of the man at the crime scene flickered into his mind. As Hiro made the realization his jaw dropped. He jumped from his seat and began to back-track to the scene. A marine officer was there questioning pedestrians. "HAVE YOU SEEN A BLUE HAIRED MAN IN BLACK?!" he shouted. Hiro leaned on the officer to catch his breath. "Yes, he and the ensign went that way." the officer pointed, but before he had a chance to say anything else Hiro was already gone. He sped off towards the street he'd been directed to. It didn't take long for him to spot the duo, they were a great deal taller than the inhabitants of Nanohana and both sported long blue hair. Hiro walked up to the pair and saluted. "ENSIGN HIRO REPORTING FOR DUTY SIR." Hiro exclaimed, his chest heaving up and down.

Once he apprehended the man who had robbed the man and his boy Caspian had held him down under his clutches for a couple of minutes before a man dressed fashionably in black and also carrying the marine coat of Justice had appeared alongside a few lower ranked marines that upon seeing the man in black saluted to him before saying ""Commodore Ricchi?! We were just checking to see what was going on in this quadrant."

As the man had answered them back Caspian had been too busy thinking "Did they just call him Commodore Richhi? If my memory serves me right Commodore is one rank above even Pathos that means this man is the current commanding officer," but just as Caspian snapped out of thought the man known as Commodore Ricchi now was at Caspian's side and said"Ensign Towl's, I'm Commodore Ricchi, your new commanding officer. Please come with me." and just like that he continued walking without even making sure Caspian would follow, but of course Caspian would comply as it was a order from a higher ranked officer.

Caspian then followed this man through the crowd he had no idea what kind of feats this man had accomplished in his time as a marine but the authority he had was clear as people simply made way for him to walk peacefully, Caspian was a little excited to be under the authority and work for a man of such high caliber since it meant that under his command Caspian would be exposed to even more marine work and might even go out to sea like most marine's did.

Caspian was just about to ask his commanding officer some questions about where they would go from here but suddenly a man had walked up to them and said proudly while heaving for air as if he ran, "ENSIGN HIRO REPORTING FOR DUTY SIR." Upon closer exception Caspian's face turned to surprise as he said "I know you, i saw you at a food stand earlier. To think you would also be a Ensign, what luck im i to meet two great marine's in one day. My name is Caspian Towls, nice to meet you Hiro."

Caspian then turned back to Commodore Ricchi before speaking in a respectful tone appropriate for a man of his rank"Well seeing as your are commanding officer now i would like to know just what type of work we will be doing, Sir."

As he and Ensign Towls walked the streets, they got multiple glances from pedestrians, but Lu Dahn didn't mind them. His mind right now was currently on locating the other Ensign he was to be bringing to his Unit today.
Where could he be . . .

His exterior demeanor remained calm and cool as it almost always did, but his interior/mind, was beginning to grow irritated with the situation. He hadn't the time to be playing hide and seek and lucky for Ensign Hiro, Lu Dahn wouldn't.

"ENSIGN HIRO REPORTING FOR DUTY SIR."

The voice came from behind them and it caused Lu Dahn to slightly turn his body and head and look at the source in his usual nonchalant way of doing things. Upon seeing a face that matched the one of the profile, he turned completely to face the Ensign and he smiled softly at the Ensign. "Glad to see you were capable enough to find me yourself Ensign Hiro. I like to see my men take matters into their own hands." Lu Dahn would give the man the praise he deserved, but nothing more than that. "Follow us please." No introduction, handshakes or anything, Lu Dahn wasn't in the most cordial mood after all.

After a bit of paces towards the Enforcer, the Unit's vessel and base of operations for the time being, Ensign Towls asked Lu Dahn a question. "We are scheduled to embark on our first campaign in two days time, giving you two a shallow period of time to get briefed and prepared for departure. I'll give you both the details once we reach the Enforcer." He'd turn his head, not to look directly at the Ensign, but to at least show him a bit of his face as he spoke to better project his words. "You'll be briefed by the Captain of our Unit however. I myself have business I must tend to." Lu Dahn would continue to lead the way to the Enforcer and if no more questions arose it'd be a fairly silent journey. Lu Dahn wasn't opposed to answering questions, he just wasn't in much of a talking mood today.

Hiro followed the pair, making note of his commander's name. He would remember it even if he had to repeat it a thousand times. Lack of sleep and a day spent walking in the blazing sun began to wear him down. He was bone-tired and yet full of energy. His first mission would begin soon! And he would get to meet the captain he would be serving under. Hiro took a swig from his canteen, relishing the sweet taste of water. It was just what he needed. Although he had a million questions, he'd learned it was best to experience things. That way, he couldn't forget the lessons he'd learn.

Hiro faced the other ensign. This was the man who'd subdued the criminal earlier. He'd caught a glimpse of him in action a few minutes prior. "Nice to meet you, Caspian!" He pointed back with his thumb. "Great work back there by the way." It had been an impressive display. He wasn't certain if he'd be going with Caspian on the mission, but if he was he was sure it would go well. Hiro had no idea what the Commodore had in store for them, but he had an idea. Mr. Miyagi told him to go along with Linedwell to a hidden complex. The area they'd be going to appeared to be shrouded in mystery. Everyone he'd asked quickly made an excuse to get away, leaving him with more questions than he had originally. Hiro's train of thought derailed as he heard Caspian's question. He was interested to know what they would be doing as well. The Commodore's decision to wait made him even more excited. All the pistons of his creative mind were in action now, imagining what amazing things they'd be doing relatively soon.

Once the other marine known as Hiro introduced himself and the Commodore and him exchanged a few words the trio was now headed to their location, Caspian then asked just what they would be doing and the Commodore answered back "We are scheduled to embark on our first campaign in two days time, giving you two a shallow period of time to get briefed and prepared for departure. I'll give you both the details once we reach the Enforcer." "You'll be briefed by the Captain of our Unit however. I myself have business I must tend to."

With those words Caspian had his question answered and sought out no more as he figured the Commodore was a man who preferred quiet more then anything, Hiro also seemed to have no more questions as they walked towards their destination with silence.
