They are taught to use and develop their powers within the confines of the city's specialised 'Power Curriculum Program'. Those who fail to display any power whatsoever are classified as Level 0 and are swept aside in favour of their more talented peers.

However, there also exist people able to use magic. These magicians fight a covert war against the Science Side of Academy City, operating in secrecy to undermine their enemies.

Now, a new threat emerges as a third faction disturbs the delicate balance of the Secret war. Join old friends and new faces as they fight for the future of the world and their own survival.
