The Execution Colosseum was magnificent. Something that you wouldn't expect to be a place many would lose their lives at in a few weeks. The large structure rested on a even larger lake within the Greenie pass. It's locations wasn't unknown to those that resided within the Kingdom; there has been a extreme amount of buzz about it for months now. The only information on it being shared and distributed is that job opportunities will be for almost everyone. The Queen wanted to share this news with her people to squash any thoughts of Rebel support. As she is very much aware of their influence within her Kingdom steadily rising. That also is one of the prime reasons she requested the executions being held on her Island. Showing criminals that they will not get away with their crimes. And show those aspiring to be like them to see this was one of their fates.

At this moment she was riding through the pathed road that lead to the execution coliseum. She wanted to see 'them'. She wasn't a foolish Woman and knew of the dangers within Greenie Pass. Bandits, Cut-throats, or other wannabe criminals rested in small towns or villages. Preying on those that moved through unwatched roads. Her carriage was luxorouse. And would catch anyone's eyes, even if they weren't wanted. To take steps ahead of this she has brought five of the strongest individuals on this Island.  Not only that but she has brought an entire army with her. This was all for her protection and a display of her power. As after her Husband died she was the only one left capable of holding the crown. And since her youngest wasn't of age she will be within this position for many years. A entire day without rest is what it took for her arrival to the location. Mentally she kept this in mind. She had a map of the route right in front of her spread on a table within her carriage. "We should place small villages here.....here....and here...."

"But we don't have the Men power?"

"We have coin. Go to this village, that one, and that one. Offering everyone this amount to relocate. Offer the crooks extra pay to become temporary guards. Our Island will be extremely populated soon. They will come out regardless, but I don't want a mess or complication. If we employ them that will be one less problem out of our hair. Also, we will be making everything we spend back regardless. I already have my best Man working on getting the merchant guilds ready. "

"As you wish, My Queen."

"Also, send word ahead. I want these two brought before me. I want to have some entertainment during my stay there."

"A-...." He'd stop himself from speaking any further. Saying anything else would give him a fate he wouldn't wish. Instead he would leave the carriage once it stopped and get on horseback. He would be accompanied by seven others. Whilst they rode he began to place calls to various people. First would be to the Execution Coliseum.

Her request was to have Yuurie and Oceanus to be brought outside into the second largest courtyard. Yuurie would be chained with seastone on his ankles and wrists; Oceanus would be chained with a substance that wasn't metal but had stronger properties than normal steal. They wouldn't be brought right away but after some other preparations were made. And also the Queen was still some ways away. (Two posts.)

Their cells were spacious but the amount of chains and restraints implemented made them small. They were spaced out and below ground. No natural light able to be seen. Torches and dials being the primary form of light.  They took the precautions the Marines took and added some more. As they wanted to make sure none of them escaped. So, when the Queen requested two be brought outside many were shocked. But they knew who she came with. She wasn't a fool nor should be considered one. She weighed everything she did. And acted accordingly.

"Are they yelling in there?"

"I don't know....probably."

"We should've gaged all of them till the execution."

"Eh, they still could make noise regardless."

"How?"

"They are chained up tighetly....but they could still move around a lot. Yah know chanka chanka."

"Chanka? Is that what you think chains sound like when they move around?"

Two guards stood at the entrance of the dungeon that the Prisoners set to be executed were, never stepping foot in themselves once. They weren't the only line of defense but were the closest to the room. The entire area to get to this area or leave it had some sort of defense placed. Keeping the Prisoners stuck in all honestly wasn't their purpose; as they were secure beyond anything they could escaped from without outside help. They were there to deal with anything that may try to weasel it's way down here. Even insects were swatted the moment they were spotted. Someone breaking these Prisoners, even one, out would spell bad for both the Kingdom of Lulusia and World Government. The World Government because they are the ones that scheduled for these prisoners to be taken from Impel Down. A place some call a humane institution and others call a living hell. Why it would be bad for the Lulusia Kingdom is because these criminals were said be monsters. And if they are let loose on this Kingdom it could be the end of it.


"What are you doing?"

"I was given notice that the Queen is on the way."

"Strange."

"That isn't all."

"What else?"

"When she gets here she plans to have two of the Prisoners brought out to the courtyard. We are already setting up our defensive measures, even with the Head Guard requesting she reconsider."

"He should've known that she wouldn't change her mind."

"Yeah, I know. I gotta get back to my post, but I was just letting you guys know."

"Should we grab them?"

"What sense would it make to grab them? Or even talk to them about what is going on....don't be stupid. When the Queen arrives she will send someone capable to grab them. We will just wait till then and unlock the door. "

Den Den Mushi weren't being used because of reports the Revolunaries have been able to table into even encrypted transmissions. However they were placed within the dungeon. Tabs being constantly kept on those within their holding, to ensure nothing out of the ordinary would happen. Same would would be said about the area that lead to this area or left from it. A intercom system was also in place but would more than likely not be used at all. If something extreme did happen they would be used. Word of mouth being the only thing they would be using in most cases. Their conversation couldn't be heard from those in the room they guarded. The distance they were and the volume they used being the case for that. Even they really couldn't hear what was being said in the room due to the thick sturdy metal doors that they stood right outside of.

Shoda was one of the individuals that had their mouth gagged. Mainly due to what he was saying on the ship. Along with him Low would have his mouth gagged as well. Everyone else however would be free to speak. That being, honestly, the most their constraints would even allow. Those two had information that was a bit too much for the world, and even other death row Prisoners. Their secrets and other things they knew were something the World Government kept out of anyone's eager ears. Even the Queen was told she could not remove their gags, or there will be consequences.

The Queen's journey to the location still was a moderate one. However they were making better progress than they previously assumed. Which didn't really change anything that she had planned at all. The Courtyard also would still be set up as she wanted. Multiple marksmen positions along the walls that oversaw the courtyard. Armored guards near the entrance and exits. Even heavy artillery that was within their possession would be moved to one of the walls. Aimed and loaded. Ready to fire at the area the Prisoners were to enter the Courtyard and to any other spot they could possible be placed or moved to. There were many other measures taken but unless you had a trained eye for these types of things you'd never know about them till they were revealed. The utmost caution was placed in this. As she knew the risks and planned for almost everything that could occur. In her mind, and rightfully so, they could not escape through the sky, land, or any form of water. Trapped. Caged birds that were being taken outside whilst still in their cage. Able to enjoy the freedom and fresh air but not truly experience it.

Peering from her carage she would be able to spot the only bringed that'd allow passage across the lake the fortress rested upon. The road was worth more than half the common living area. Emerald road. She placed it there because it with being this far from her home she needed something to remind her of the  Emerald District. Even though she could create the substance on a whim. It being placed naturally was just more elegant to her. Her obsession with this substance could be very apparent as all of her personal soldiers/guards had a piece of the substance on them. She has even been known to place it on Prisoners so that they didn't look so disgusting. Though, when she did this it solidified that they would die a horrible and gruesome death.

Just how the Devil Fruit user was neutralized so that his troubling ability couldn't be used so was the others. Their abilities had been taken account of. This wasn't Impel Down where you had to deal with a large volume of prisoners. No, there were six of them. Metal slip ups like allowing there to be slack on their restraints didn't nor would happen, it'd make no logical sense. And out of them all The Hunter was bundled with the most. Especially with her brief escape on the ship. Out of them all she possessed the biggest threat when it came to a break out occuring. And if she had gotten help on the ship from the one with her there might not be a execution. Sadly, that didn't happen. And there was nothing that really could be done to stop the group from being executed.

The Queen arrived and would send two of her guards down to get the two prisoners that she wanted to see. During that time those two traveled she would be making her way to the courtyard. Wondering which spot she wished to sit at.

They could've walked but they were pressed for time right now. Also, they wanted to see if the security truly was what it should be for the Prisoners that were being kept. They unlike others that may try to break in. Knew about all the measures taken to ensure that getting below was one of the most rigorous. They'd start strong and use their Devil Fruits to increase their speeds as those were the types they had. That focused more on speed. But they also had something else special for each of them. Those special attributes would be revealed later as of right now they held no purpose in what they were doing. Three miles below the surface.

"The Builders guild really out did themselves."

"They aren't called the 'Builders' guild."

"You know what I mean though...this place is structurally sound. I had to double back twice. And with this portion of the building underground all there is outside is water. A Fishman could just swim in."

"Not likely."

"Why?"

"Fighting Fish litter this water, and I mean litter it. Better of doing what we are doing."

"We know the layout though."

"So does those that made this place."

"Hm? I thought we took their copies."

"We didn't kill them. So they will always have this knowledge. Even if they are loyal to the crown, they are a risk."

"I assume you have little birdies watching everything about them."

"Yup, anyone they met I will know about it. I even have someone within their ranks."

"How long you going to keep that up?"

"Until they finish their next project, since that is the only reason they are alive."

Their conversation went down once they had gotten back together and decided to move through the underground dungeon together. It was like a maze. There were a few areas that just lead to a dead end that had guards. Other areas were living quarters and other normal facilities to keep the guards stationed down here in a good state. This place was like an entirely new place resting underneath the waters that surrounded the fortress above. There conversation took place whilst they were just a meter away from the entrance of the room the prisoners were being held. During it one of them was writing down things that needed to be implemented before the execution. As they knew someone would come down here, the Queen expected such as well. The execution was to many something they knew that wouldn't be a simple ordeal. With each person being executed one at a time there was a lot of room for a lot of grab to go down.

"Let us in." One of them would say to the guards at the door. After that was done they took no time to walk into the room, the door closing behind them. They would then go over to the cells of the two people that were to be taken. A Dial that produced a lot of light being used to show their way. One would go into the cell Oceanus was within. And the other would do into the cell Yuurie was within. Closing the cell doors behind them. They didn't see any real room for them to stand so they walked on. One thing that threw one of them off was their heads. They weren't that shackled aside from the two with the head equipment that gagged them. Why they all weren't gagged also was strange, but neither of them would bring it up. Nonsense is all that would spouted anyway.

They both did around the same actions, only one talking to the Prisoner they were about to move. There was a device at the entrance of the cell. Sticking their hand out of it they would brandish a emradle key. Sticking it into the device they turned it twice. The sound of gears moving would then follow. The material of the key and the amount of turns was extremely important.

Transporting the Prisoners they way they were brought didn't need to be done, that would take too much time. And they needed to test out the mechanism themselves anyway. Going all out with this place was a understatement. The amount of gold payed for this place was even close to the entire emerald district.

"I am here tah free yah Wotan!" This Guards's name was Malik. He was around the same in terms of skill as Ceptus, maybe above in two categories. He would be the one watching Oceanus whilst he was on the surface before his execution. He was adorned in emrables. Earrings, Necklaces, rings, and even his teeth. His obsession with the substance was all thanks to the Queen. As they were all created by her and were something truly remarkable. Gaining a response for lying isn't what the Birkan wanted. He just needed to say something.


The transporter for Yuurie said nothing. He felt a way about Pirates and Criminals. If he had to be honest he would've rather not have done this. But since it allowed them to see first hand things that can be improved on before the execution he was willing to lend a hand. And just how Malik was around the same skill level as Ceptus. This Man was almost better than the one he was transporting. Regarded as the strongest on this Island since his arrival. That however changed upon these six being brought. Well, when one of them was brought. Due to that he has worn a black cloak that hides his appearance.

How this place was built could in some ways rival areas within the Future City. As those in charge of this particular guild used to reside in that city, and some also from Water 7. Despite that there was still a flow that was noticed by one of the transporters. This flaw would be noted but spoke.

Outside of the Fortress.


"Okay, so this is the second entrances." The man speaking at this time hold no purpose. A secret path had been created that leads directly to the underground portion of the building. It was however extremely small and taking any type of equipment would be difficult. He was simply a Revolutionary. The World Government weren't the only ones that had plans for this execution. At this time he was the only person to know about this second entrance, outside two of the builders that made it. All he was doing was confirming its existence. If he didn't know about it. He'd never would've found out about it.

The ground in the courtyard would begin to split and move to the side, the ga created being filled with both cells. The guards got on edge now. As the rumors around those Prisoners has made them feared in some way. The top of their cells had been removed when the cells began to move. But, with their restraints being connected to the ground they weren't any less free. Only thing that changed was that there was some fresh air and real light. Both cells were 18 meters in size. The courtyard was triple that. Placed directly in the center of the courtyard. Multiple measures taken to ensure they stayed right there. All guards on high alert even if they aren't within this area. Anyone trying to make a move would just being making a move to a early death. The two Prisoners from their position should be able to see the Queen who was above them on the wall. She wouldn't say anything from her position because that'd require her to yell. Rather she will wave and call through her Den Den mushi.

"Hi! I never got to speak to you two, they wouldn't let me. But, now that I have you all to myself. I want to see what all the buzz is about. Out of everyone you two....don't have any real achievements. Yeah, you are said to be strong and have a decent amount of bounty. But, A LOT of people have a large bounty but never get into the News coo cause they do less than you. So if you are willing you can get some fresh air and exercise if you fight and entertain me. I also will offer you guys a actual meal since I know the crap they feed you isn't the greatest. Also! Those shackles on you guys will be removed....well some." She gave them a offer that they didn't have to take. They were the focus right now. Not any of the other Prisoners.
