Original: issue. Batman is attempting to cross an island within seconds at speed 3.
Batman's first arrival, is based on him seeing A[one] ship entering mouth bay, and him leaving his ship is based on Cannonfire.
So where is his ship? Well, it must be in visual range of Mouth Bay and just eye shot of the entrance/ This distance 'isn't stated. See picture below for where it possibly could be.
When could he leave his ship? Based on it being conditioned on Cannonfire?
In the topic, there are 2 instances of cannon fire. The first being that of when Victoria first opened fire on the outside port of Mock town. Can't enter here because of theirs no interaction with Mouth bay at all Via any ship. So that leaves the other instance when the reinforcements ships open fire on Dai.
Batman somehow jumps up, starts flying travels across at least half of jaya by the time the Giant reacts to the results of the first clash of cannonballs. Which couldn't have been more than a few seconds? Note cannonballs travel at speed 5 faster than Batman by 2 and travelling about 1/100th of the distance he is.
So even if we say his ship, is literally at mouth bay entrance, the distance covered in that amount of time is insane.

Note: to mention the 4 ships travelling around the island had the objective of looking for ships. @Dev. Yes searching an entire island and missing someone sure that believable but missing an entire ship, with a pirate flag. Isn't and the closer it is the more unrealistic missing it becomes.

Summary of events in topic;
1. Victoria travels around the island a little mock town side, and fires at the port on the outside of the island. [Cannonfire] nothing related to mouth bay. [Even if Batman was somehow in the the topic at this point time-wise, he specifically mentioned seeing a ship travelling towards mouth bay before cannon fire]. Thus the location area of where his ship is before he started flying is still valid.
2. Dai introduced the second port within mouth bay. Which in cannon doesn't exist?
3. i called for reinforcements to blockade the entrance to mouth bay
4. Marine ships show up on the other side of Jaya and travel towards mouth bay, with instructions to look for ships.
5. Victoria ship the only ship out of the 2 on the left side of Jaya that even has a cannon. travels north in order to circle up to mouthbay entrance [no Cannonfire]
6. Reinforcement ships arrive at mouthbay with Victoria still traveling [No cannonfire]
7. Dai does his little running act where he runs at full speed to mouth bay entrance [land] and then magic arrives back in mock town streets. 20 miniutes pass. [Victoria also dismenbarked during this time] No Cannon firing
8. After that period of time. Victoria ship is entering mouth bay [What batman says he sees] and Cannonballs fire at Dai and Excalibur.
9. Results of cannonballs firing, and Exalibur starts charing forward.
10. before Exalibur has even charged that much, batman arrives on one of the ships. He should still be traveling, as only a few seconds of time has passed since the cannonballs have fired.

The Skycleaver sailed through the waters of Jaya, its back fins working side to side to help the vessel continue its journey towards Mock Town. Long ago the ship had passed up Long Ring and Jarrett, the man in the crows nest had already shouted that he had seen a marine ship headed towards Mouth Bay. The Winged Pirate Captain stood, dressed head to toe in his normal Pirate garb after hearing that marines were in the area. Marines near Mock Town? What the hell did you guys do? Mashyuu wondered to himself while thumbing the non extended spear in his gloved right hand. Mashyuu placed his white face mask with a black sun burst around the eyes over his face and ran his red gloved hand through his messy locks of hair. "Captain! Marine ship and cannonball fire up ahead!" Jarrett shouted. Mashyuu lifted his arm and silenced the man.
Quickly Mashyuu checked his gear. Three throwing daggers hooked up to his black vest, his whip blade wrapped around his waist and held tight by a magnet in his weapon like a belt and a hand ax strapped to his left thigh, hidden by the large black trench coat that hung from his shoulders and arms. The Captain jumped up and landed atop a tall barrel. "Marines are on that island! In a land they are not welcome! Not only are they not welcome, they are likely attacking our fellow crewmates! Sky! Turn this ship around and stay out of danger! I'll move in and handle things. Fellow Phantom Raiders, man the cannons and get ready in case of an attack! Harley help where you're needed! Sky, command of the Skycleaver is yours!" Mashyuu shouted.
A moment passed before the Raiders all shouted in agreement. Of the ten men who were on the main deck of the Skycleaver, eight of them rushed below deck to where the cannons were mounted and got to work swabbing and loading the weapons. Harley and Jarrett traded places, the woman picking up the spyglass while Jarrett made his way to the main deck while Sky whipped around the wheel of the ship and the Skycleaver started to twist around the way it came.
Mashyuu reached into the front pocket of his black pants and held firm to the breath dial he had gotten a while ago. He planned on using it for a hasty escape via the Skycleaver if needed but Dai and Gideon might have needed it more at this point. The Captain dropped to a knee, his wings spread wide then he jumped. The force of his wing beat carried him up with one easily made leap. Moments later his body was high in the sky so high that those on ships or in Mock Town would think he was a bird, but he was headed towards the biggest target he could find, a giant named Gideon.
