Personality Overview: Beckham's sense of justice is raw and powerful, but the constant exposure to war and death has jaded him towards the repercussions of fighting fire with fire. While once a man that wore his heart on his sleeve, he is now callous towards anyone that swims upstream against the World Government. Oden Beckham is constantly creating schemes to take down his opponent's, even though he has the power to do it with his hands if he so chose.

History: Oden Beckham had set his sights on becoming a marine from a very young age. Being born into a low-income, impoverished family, joining the Marines was not only the best course of action for financial survival, but it also allowed his strong sense of justice to flourish in a career that let him fight against the very essence of villainy and wrongdoing. While the other kids in the neighborhood could be found playing meaningless games in their free time, Beckham would use his to train his body into being strong enough to fight, even if he didn't have the skill to do so.

When he finally came of age, the young Beckham joined the Marines as quickly as possible, where he was trained thoroughly and climbed quickly through their ranks. His sense of justice became warped due to the repeated confrontation with murderous pirates and other dark deeds, but the true base of his sense of justice never really changed. Every scheme he creates and action he takes are all made in the name of making the World Government stronger.
