Personality Overview: She is considered one the most brilliant scientists on the planet, her IQ well above that of a genius threshold, she knows more about the human body than anyone else and is also leading researcher for Devil Fruits. Though extremely smart her social skills are quite lacking, being described as awkward by most of her comrades, unable to hold eye contact when looking at someone and constantly stuttering. Its because of this that she prefers to communicate via transmission or delivery drones. 

Dr Frankenstein is calm and calculated, having a contingent plan for everything, she is also responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of Warden Boomers cybernetics. She has gone so far as implanting a 'take over' program in Boomer's brain that allows her to control his body remotely.
