Well, I'm done with the site; staff go out of their way to be dicks.  Punishing people for following the correct procedure. Voiding the reason i entered a Topic, and then decided to punish me. 
A Commodore is a Marine who can captain his/her own units but is often under the orders of higher ranks such as Rear and Vice Admirals. However, Commodores are often in charge of the Marines in a certain sector of an island and can be seen as Head of Patrol units on islands.


Reporting to who i directly work under, shouldn't be a reason for losing prestage. Asking for reinforcements to cut of the escape of those who declared the war on the CD / Nobility. yes, u voided that yet theirs no mention on the site how they work differently and thus one would logically assume they are treated the same as in canon.  Now you void the Cd which is the only thing that makes their group specifically different from a normal group on Jaya/ and the only reasoning i had to attack in the first place.   Also, i know on Jaya there are several powerful pirates example Dolly Doll. So Reinforcements request is normal. For someone who is only a Commodore is logical, but hey u want to be dicks and lower my prestage. I'm done.---------------------
 I personally don't have the manpower to conduct a blockade or anything like that, I have 15 grunts and 1 cannon. but yeah. Staff want to be the enemy instead of working with people, yeah not a good site to roleplay on.

If you'd like to return I'll help you out. It's unfortunate that it has turned out this way, but things are as they are currently.

I'll take it that you're not scrapping yet because there no explicit mention of you doing that. But, if you miss an Activity Check (which you would, if you just leave or go MIA like normal), then you're also gone for good.

If something isn't mentioned. Celestial Dragons for instance. Instead of attempting to use them its better to

1. Ask.
2. Don't use them.

You could have easily utilized any other form of nobility from a travelling king and queen, you chose the dragons do to the canon information. Currently on our site CD's are not a thing in terms of system, using them in stories really shouldnt be happening especially if you have no permission or information on how they are on this site. Attempting to justify it as "i assume its the same in the show" is stupid.

In terms of losing prestige, as far as I'm aware, that wont happen/can't happen. Prestige is essentially fame and can rise from being good or bad. A slap on the wrist is what you'd get. In terms of trying to berate staff just because You've done wrong, that's just silly. Create your topics better, use your Voyage registration to set up things like this. That is what its there for. Doing stupid shit in a topic is gonna get met with punishment.

I want to add my 2 cents I remember Victoria asking Hannibal about this topic about her reinforcement, and etc. I like to add she did have a valid reason to ask for help as Jaya island is a pirate haven I don't see the issue in her calling for help.

If she couldn't say Celestial Dragon then nobles help. But her rank alone she didn't even need their permission if it is a marine operation. I saw on this site how marines are able to get help. I don't see no reason in why her entire attempt should be voided there was no OOC it was all ic. If she uses NPC improper then Y'all could have easily said oh yeah you cant use cd.

But instead, Y'all voided the entirely of the thread all her work. I can see how that would piss her off. Staff should have to work together to find a common ground voided is and should be the last action. If a marine can't pull up and always have to use there time to built cases lol there no point in being one. Not everyone gonna built up info about whom they after ..... Whatever that my 2 cents.

I feel like they should be a protocol for marines who hunt pirates proper system etc to prevent this from happening again.

The only thing getting voided was the mention of Celestial Dragons. Victoria's getting the reinforcements she wants and is being threatened only if she fails to stop the Phantom Raiders with the reinforcements she has called - hence wasting resources and deserving punishment.

Basically, if it’s not clear, she can fill in the gap made with the voiding with something else that makes sense. For example, with some other noble as Crow mentions.

She said on their poster the phantom riders had to declare war on CD, and that what she based her post on. It, not her who need to change there post it Derv crew then she needs to change it around to noble.

The issue is; the reason I entered the topic is that your poster declared war on the Celestial Dragons, World Government and Navy while promising Carnage. Just declaring war on the World Government and Navy/ Gives me 0 reasons for me to single out your group at all. Its Jaya every pirate poster prob says that. 
The reason i attacked the harbour was to stop those conspiring to attack the Celestial Dragons from escaping.  Now originally i just wanted to report the issue to my higher-ups and move the events into my next few Gv to attempt to start an event of Jaya.  [Hanibial/Dev] Soz i get u 2 confused in my head, so not sure if both or one of u said it. They told me why don't you just call for Reinforcements instead.  Which i Did.
Now theirs this stupid stipulation if i don't actually stop phantom Raiders I lose prestage. Now iris has Said i won't lose it OOC but i no longer Trust Hanibal/Dev. When the reason for attacking you no longer exists. Dev also just said in discord; if i don't capture them i will lose prestage OOC.   
Example if ur posted just said Navy and World government [Why single you out, its Jaya every poster prob says that] if your poster said. Wg Navy and Nobles again that's most likely fairly common, that might give me a reason to attack the bar but not a reason to attempt to lock down the island itself. 
Thus my reasoning is voided, along with a stupid stipulation added.

Your a fucking marine, not all pirates have declared war officially on the World Government - Enies Lobby, burning of the flag = aftermath was a large bounty increase and surprise from Cipher Pol that they would do so.

You just want the whole Celestial Dragon aspect [which doesnt exist currently site wise]. Look at all the people who have told you exactly what to do and your reply is just you whinging about how

if its not a celestial dragon it doesnt make sense....

make it a noble family, make it the world government = problem solved because as a marine and the phantom raiders becoming a large group they would be a target.

The stipulation is logical, you have requested back up and marine resources. If you don't capture them after doing so, you being viewed in the marines would lessen, though there would be very little repercussions, it would be your IC standing that would be in danger, you'd be viewed as more of a failure than the success story.

If you can't see that, if you don't want to follow any of that then oh well, we have done all we can. The decision is up to you.

None of this matter. let agree to drop this conversation she understand what she has to do as well as the other PC evolve I dm her explaining this to her. Please Lock this topic it is done conversation.

She will post in the thread, and fix whatever errors in her next post etc. Let all move forward and wait for the combat dispute which is to come next
