So, I won a round of nomic (a game where you generally democratically change the rules of the game so it's like competitive senate/politics/lawyering), and that makes it my turn to be the caretaker of the game for this current round - basically be it's sole "staff".
Rounds generally just last a month or so, and it's not too demanding, but it can be at times if thing get really complicated.
Just giving a heads up in case I have a spotty presence around here - I'm not gone, I love both of these games, it's just a temporary honor I'd like to play on the other game.
In case you're wondering how I won, it wasn't too impressive tbh lol, but oh well, it's a win. I basically got enough people to agree with me to forcibly vote a proposal through, so that even if everyone else voted against, they couldn't stop it from being enacted. That proposal was that one of us of this "conspiracy" would win and cause a new round, chosen at random at enactment. Yeah, you could enact basically anything with that, that's why the caretaker has veto, but we did it via a method that the caretaker couldn't veto (you can propose changes to the game via Proposals and Calls for Justice, and while Calls for Justice are normally solely only for amending the gamestate in cases of urgency, nothing stops you from writing one that is designed to do what you want it to and just forcibly have it voted in, and the caretaker can only veto Proposals, not CfJs) and circumvented that like filthy lawyers lol.
