Description: Things have gotten a bit crazy. During the time Calico has been building ships, as he was forced to make multiple small ones, he learns Jaya has begun to be taken over. He can't do anything large about it right now. So, he just does what he is told. But he is meet by Che from the Revolutionary army and they speak again. Mainly on him not leaving to for his assignment.

The one and only Calico Jack oversaw over thirty men right now, like a boss. He wasn't a boss though rather than a glorified supervisor. His craftsmanship allowed him to be in this position for the time being. It wasn't like he was one of the best in the world or anything like that. As he lacked hands on experience greatly.  Only reason he was bossing people around was because their skill and experience was even more lacking. In some ways he was teaching them. Due to this and Calico not really trusting them he wasn't just watching. He was in the trenches with them as they crafted this new vessel.


"Get. To. It. Boooyyyssss." Calico would say each word, till the last, being done with each swing of his hammer. Slamming down on the head of the nails. They worked for entire day. Their breaks weren't long not only due to Calico but because of those REALLY overseeing them. Calico liked to call himself and the others slaves. Forced to do work for different reason. Some had been captured. Some had done this for payment enslaved to coin. And then there were people like Calico who's past caused them to be trapped in another's plan. It was annoying. Real annoying. The days work was done now.

"Oi! Oi! Calico! We got another order for yah!" A Man would come and say as he dropped a rolled up piece of paper in front of Calico. They uttered no more words after doing so and walk away. Taking it Calico would read that the Captain wanted multiple ships. This time smaller than the ones previously made. Rolling his eyes he'd ball the paper up and toss it into a puddle on the ground.

He wouldn't go back to helping anyone. He went to the small workbench he was given in this area, since he was the one coming up with all the designs. They wanted small boats. He didn't know for what but he knew they needed a lot of them. And he had to sketch out a design that each of those idiots working with him could do. "I gotta have each be able to do at least two a day....one man boats. Ughughughugh." He ball up the paper and his first sketch. He was being a bit too detailed. A bit too complicated. Over and over again he went back and forth with himself over designs. Hours would pass by as he did this.

"FINALLY!" He'd declare to himself as he got a design. He made it simply something that if you just followed you could build these small ships that could man one person. He would though take it a step further. He'd personally get the supplies ready. Leaving the dry dock he would head back into the woods with a axe. They had used most of their supplies on the ship they were building today. So for all these little ones he needed to get some more. He had worked with them for a entire month. The magnificent beard he had right now showed he had been working more than really taking care of himself. He didn't smell however. When they finished a prototype ship or a actually one Calico takes it upon himself to get in the water with it. Testing out certain areas that he, from experience, found took the most damage during naval combat. He himself would strike those areas and try to figure out ways to make them sturdier. It was something no one really did.  

He'd begin hacking away at trees. He looked just like a lumberjack with a hawaiian shirt on and short shorts. Even though he wasn't using Shusui to do this he didn't lower in speed. He just didn't have that sword right now and couldn't use it. In the shadows someone would creep out.

"Yo, F-" It was Che someone that Calico/Fidel calls his forced handler. Even though that might not be the case. He felt it was like this. That he was being put on a leash due to how he acted and ways.

"Don't Che. I don't want to explain to them why two of your types(revolutionaries) died due to being around me. So what you want you som bitch." Calico had slammed the axe into the ground to stop Che from talking. Adding in his words to force the Man to listen rather than talk. His first sentence was powerful. Whilst the rest of his words would be at a calmer but still powerful tone. He did this to make it unpredictable from when he'd raise his voice again.

"You are ruuuude. Why are you even working for a Pirate? What happened to not wanting to belong to a crew anymore. What happened to..." Che would let Calico speak. He was stuck on Jaya as long as he was. His main goal was to get Calico into getting back to the plan he was given instead of going on his own.

"My plans can't be understood by someone like you. Yah kno'? Jaya is a nice place.....lots of opportunities. And finally it has begun to change. Multiple people from my understanding are scheming to take it over. Including myself. Soooo I decided I will be the one to take it over. " Calico gained this information for just observing how people had begun to move. Less conflicts and more plotting.

"But you have a assignment." Che would be blunt. Even though he said only one sentence it meant a lot. They weren't supposed to be here.

"I am my own person. Tell my Father that.....I am no Marine. I am no Pirate. I am Calico Jack. The Man with no Master. Bounty Hunter. Legend. Shipwright. Not a pawn in anyone's game. " Calico would snap back.

"You know we don't see you as a pawn. We are here to just change the world." Che didn't understand where this was coming from. Nor understood why Calico felt this way.


"I will change the World. But there is never just one group that wishes to make change.  A revolution does not fly under one banner. " Calico would not speak again after that. He was done talking and wanted to get back to work, so he did. Once he finished chopping down all the wood he would need for their work order. He carried it all back to the dry dock himself. Asking for no help or agreeing to any.
