It was Victoria's second week on alabasta and she had been given a bit of free time for herself this week and as such Victoria had decided it was a great opportunity to try to relearn the knowledge she once knew. Victoria would start by taking several books from the barracks storage area all related to steam and its capabilities; little would Victoria know the first book was one of fiction and none of the ideas had actually been created yet. Victoria would vividly picture herself in the place of the main protagonist of the book.. The book was called the great rising of steam knight Fucario. The cover had the picture of a young man with fluffy blonde hair, his arm was made of steel with functional steam flowing through its workings, this didn't only allow this person to use it like a regular arm but also supplied supernatural properties through the steam engine built within.

Victoria turns the first page, and begins to read the book allowed with a pen and notepad at her side as she planned to write down any conceptual ideas .
“Chapter one. The class of warriors within the cage”.

Within a steel cage streching only 10 meters in diameter two fighters would be facing each other; the first being a ranged archer wearing leather chainmail with black leather leggings with really firm and strong boots not to mention her steel helmet with built in sights to help aim in close-combot with her ranged equipment . This was her first fight within the cage and she was quite worried not to mention at a major disadvantage as her opponent was a warrior, a verteren and not to mention an experienced shield user. His name was Guffy; Guffy was a close ranged fighter using a short sword and large tower shield however his choice of armour was lacking wearing only metal shorts. This was to allow flexibility and speed despite wielding a heavy tower shield. Watching from the crowd was the man displayed on the cover leaning right over the viewers watching as it appeared he was invested in this fight.

[Fucario] “You can do amelia, crush him!” His metal arm would beep for a few seconds “Aww shiz, gotta change battery” he would take out a square block from his metal arm and would instantly replace it with another. [Kid in crowd] “Sir, what was that” [Fucario] “Its a steam battery”

Victoria would draw the battery in her notepad and write several notes about it and how it appears the arm requires battery steam support in order to be supported.

After reading several chapters of the book not only would Victoria have a significant amount of scribbles to start crafting but ideas for a new way to fight however it was at chapter 9 she realised; this is a fictional tail. “Hmm; i should start with creating a steam battery”. Victoria would make a plan for her research investigation towards making the first object.. The Steam battery..

“Firstly i will need to understand how to pull water vapour from the air to convert to steam or atleast a means to hold a large quantity of steam” Victoria goes through her books in order to research the process “Ah yes i see, the simple process of steam creation from water to steam is a direct transfer of ratio thus the more steam.. The more water i will need.” Victoria would write a few numbers down in a table… “Ah i got it, if i use the process of steam to water, and water to steam; i can create a circuit of power. Several hours would pass as Victoria investigated and critically reflected on the information she was reading and game to the following conclusion.

Using a strong alloy as a container she could use the more more fruit in conjunction with generating steam to create tight batteries that upon installation would unleash a steam bomb of energy; furthermore if she used heavy water it wouldn’t just create additional steam but steam with a punch.

Her batteries would be able to recharge with the ocean however; she would need to locate a alternative to her more more fruit if she was to sell these batteries to use with her products and as such she would spend the next six hours drawing different designs and experimenting with different materials available to herself within the barracks.

Having gathered a range of materials and placing them on a wooden desk within her room; Victoria would begin playing with them, she would use different tools, toys and old steam pumps to investigate their interactions, properties and how versatile they could be; she would spend a long time doing such things causing time to really stretch on through the night and into the next day in-fact Victoria would spend 3 days at this stage of practical investigation but things were not sitting quite right with her at all and as such it was time to do further research into the ideas she had created. The only option left to investigate were the train blueprints of the grand-line however she wasn’t sure if she would be granted permission to gather such documentation.

*Knock Knock* Commodore RoaringSon would speak in a pleasant tone “Come in Victoria” Victoria would enter the office “How may i help you” said Commodore RoaringSon. [Victoria] “Well excuse me, sir, I would like to request some access to some blueprints; specifically of any steam train” Victoria would bow in respect as she truly understood what she was asking. Putting his feet back upon his decks RoaringSon would return to a fantasy novel he was reading before saying “Sure, I already put the request through yesterday” [Victoria] “Sir” she said with a puzzling look on her face [RoaringSon] “You didn't think i knew what you were doing, where it was going and what you would need, what kind of commanding officer do you take me for? it should be hereafter Lunch”.    

After lunch would come and pass and once again Victoria was hard at work reading into the makings of steam trains and started to realize her battery would need several capsules inside. “Ahh i see, so if i use five capsules that work with each other; with the entire container acting as a 6th main capsule hub i can cause more power output...Brilliant.  Victoria would hollow out an iron block, along with creating an escape door to release the power when required by another piece of equipment; the casing of 5 light bulbs as temporary cylinders for the design to hold her heavy water and finally using pre-created circuity to create command loops.

The period of time Victoria was allocated to relax and neglect her duties as a marine was over and she had chosen to spend the time improving herself and attempting to reunite with the work of her past, the work she forgotten, the work that ate at her soul for not remembering. The time was well spent as her knowledge within the field was once again growing and she had learned quite a bit of time researching, experimenting and fine tuning her ideas or the ideas within the fictional tale of “The great rising of steam knight Fucario” that she would adapt for her own designs.  Little did Victoria Z Xayah know that this book wasn’t acturall fiction at all and was created by a marine officer who had blood relations to Victoria; they knew of Victorias history and order of creation and how she bounce from one invention to the next and wanted to draw it out once more over time. Commodore RoaringSon was also clueless to this books true origins and how it was related to her memories; if he did know he wouldn’t let it anywhere near her.

Elsewhere in the grandline a cyborg who had been nearly fully converted from that of a human to a pacifista; was in the process of killing several pirates brutally. Removing their heads, using a strange weapon to thrust through their eye socket exploding their brain, and rapidly shifting his focus to each new target; he was on a murder spree of hatred. Half his head was was human and the other seemed like a bad experiment gone wrong; this person was created by Victoria before she lost her memories, not only did she forget her knowledge of science but that this person existed. Victoria had saved his life but might of sent him to hell on earth.  This person name is Excalibrite jack Rhinpro however he was now seen as the devil of metal.
