Hannibal is someone that does what needs to be done. He is someone that does not trust everyone right off the bat, due to the treatment of his race. He also fights for the rights of his people with everything he has.

Bazil “Warhead” Styx is the only pirate that has gotten under the skin of Hannibal. Unofficially the first time they meeting was on Rainbase, but Bazil wasn’t aware of who Hannibal was at that time. But the two were faced to faced in a way later on Nanohana. Things lead to Bazil getting away but Hannibal has made this man his true enemy that if given the chance will administer true Justice on him.
