It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

Soaring above the clouds, Jackal was finally taking some well deserved downtime on the deck of the ship. It'd been seven days since they'd escape from Cactus Island, with Gilbard having his hands heavy patching up the others, he hadn't had much time to talk to his crew-mates and joke around with the usual celebration. This time around, it wasn't a successful heist in his eyes, he'd lost control of the situation on Cactus but escaped with his life. After being out for three days, Jackal awoke to a small box next to his bed, signed from Javis, the elf that'd been their contact from the whole Christmas fiasco, he'd avoid telling Gilbard just as yet, as he wanted to see his expression, when it came to do anything with Santa, Gilbard would be so flustered, almost nearly emotionless.
Inside the box would contain a pair of goggles and a note:

Dear Jackal,
I've been watching your escapades from the North Pole! Your some entertaining transponder-vision! Ho-Ho-Ho! Anyway, I think these might come in handy for your future missions.
Best Regards,
SC
Taking the goggles out of the box, Jackal would strap the goggles around his forehead, sliding them over his eyes to play around with the dials to the side and around the frame's of it's lens. Zooming outward, he'd see a pack of pelican's off in the distance, soaring through the skies about thirty meters off to the east. "Shishishi... These might be useful." Jackal murmured to himself. Sliding the goggles onto this temple, the man plopped back onto the ground, watching the blue skies inhaling the fresh air, as his mind would wonder about Diana, and if she'd made it out of that blitzkrieg okay. "What seems to be on your mind, Boss?" Sinbad emerged from the housing area section, seeing his Captain a few feet off, his hands clasped behind his head with a confused expression. "Just alot on my mind. Are sure you should here? I wouldn't want this ship crashing abruptly?" Jackal stated jokingly. "This thing is a monster. If it's true the revolutionaries made this... With the right weapon system, they could flatten stronghold's in seconds. It sails much like a regular ship, once I've maintained a course and the tubes propelling it has air pressure, our flight is ensured." Sinbad commented, sitting onto the ground next to his Captain's position. "I'm pretty sure the Revolutionary's won't allow a bunch of pirates to sail around with their vessel. However, building something like this takes months. Even if they wanted to take it back by force, it'd be hard to track our movements." Jackal stated.
"Well that's what I wanted to talk to you about. The island we're going to next is a Revolutionary Stronghold. An island outside of the World Government's jurisdiction, a place called Baltigo." Sinbad commented. "Eh? I remember one of the Bandit Kings on Sandy telling me about Baltigo before. Apparently it's ran by these Nine Figureheads?" Jackal inquired. "Yeah. I've been their a few times on business with Barron. His former ties as a marine made deals difficult but with my expertise, I know the city pretty well. Essentially, your referring to the Nine Kingpins, they're like the Big Bosses of Baltigo, it's a mafia type culture. Each of them have an elite guard who protects them, whether it be loyal mafia or hired hands. Influence and Money gets you very far in Baltigo." Sinbad explained. "I believe Jin was guard to the leader of the 6th District?" Jackal inquired. Nodding, "Yeah.... Los Diablos. That's the name of the Crime Boss of the 6th District's Crew. Ahead of them is his right hand man, a man by the name of Salda Khan, he trained Jin to become the hero that he is now." Sinbad explained. "The Sandy Bandits were more afraid of Jin because of his connection, although his strength was nothing to scoff at either." Sinbad concluded.
"With all this being said... I hope we're leaving Bazil as soon as we dock. On Baltigo, his sporadic actions can get us killed Jackal." Sinbad stated firmly, taking out his dagger, swinging around his hand doing knife tricks to keep his idle mind occupied. "That'd be up to Bazil. I can't exactly tell him what to do but I would like to keep a low profile for now." Jackal stated. "If Baltigo seems to be the one stop shop for the Underworld... I can definitely continue researching Pluton. Unfortunately, the marines now have their hands on that tome we stole as well." Jackal concluded. "However... Without this page... They can only focus on finding the current 'Pluton', I, on the other hand have to build mine." Jackal stated. "I'm not too clear about this Pluton talk... but essentially, it's a race then. Either they find the one that's already built..." Sinbad asked open ended. "Or I manage to collect all of it's parts in time." Jackal stated grinning. "I also... need to get stronger. Soju... Mercer... Diana... are all world's beyond us. It's pure luck we all escaped. Then there's the matter of Rizor and Zeed." Jackal concluded.
