Area 1-29
A lawless area where pirates and bounty hunters run amok. Most pirates lay low in this area until securing the right Shipwright to 'Bubble Coat' their ship to get to Fishman Island. Due to Sabaody being the last island in the First Half of Paradise, bounty hunters can find big name marks in this area, and if successful, the right bounty could mean an early retirement for most. This is also the area where most of the Slave Trading and Black Arms Auctions occur.
Area 40-49
A tourist area, filled with shops and souvenir stands. If you need supplies for the New World, now would be the time to stock up here. The journey to Fishman Island is long and treacherous, so food and water becomes vital during these stages.
Area 50-59
A shipping area. This is where most coated vessels are worked on. It'll take awhile for your vessel to be coated, so leaving it here and going exploring would be of the best interest. However, pirates be weary, the wrong coater could leave you as fish food thousands of meters below sea level. Flying Jolly Rogers during this process is also not advised, marines frequently survey the area to get an idea of the names on the island. This is also the area where most vessels dock on Sabaody.
Area 60-69
Marine Head Quarters on the island. Due to the high rate of crime in this area, the marines have secured a foothold in Sabaody. Marines that are looking to enter into the New World simply have to check into this area. Once the correct paperwork is filled out, a route by foot through Mariejois will lead you to a checkpoint on Mariejois, then to a checkpoint exiting Mariejois, with the final stop being Marine HQ in the New World. Your former vessel(s) is/are store in inventory, and upon returning to Paradise's First Half, all sea crafts can be returned.

It's often bustling with adults - it's a school for them, after all. It's advertised in the vicinity as a place to remake your life and return to a good path of honest work and employment.

Area 70-79
Travelers with a little more money to blow stay in this area, a hotel district filled with the finest resorts. It's said that the lowest rating hotels in this area are Four Star, with everything either being Five Star Quality and up. The staff at these hotels understand that not all visitors are of 'exemplary' character, and as such, as long as you can afford it, anyone can vacation with them. The last two groves, 77-79 however, are Five Star Hotels reserved for Nobles and Celestial Dragons only.
