Equipment Name: IBM: Epicyclic Diarthroses
Equipment Description: This installed bionic module allows the user to 'reverse' or otherwise move their synovial joints in directions they would normally be incapable of on the fly without damaging the user.
Examples of synovial joints include but are not limited to the shoulders, knees, wrists, fingers, jaw, etc. In other words, freely movable joints. Fixed joints such as skull plates and cartilaginous joints like the spine do not apply.
It should be noted that this does not increase the joint's durability or otherwise make them more resistant against damage- it just makes them more flexible.
Equipment Grade: Common
