The night was young as the starlight shined so bright. Drac was cruising in a town that never truly sleeps. Seeing as people come from all over just to test their luck at the casino. This was a perfect place to rob blind. But Drac was here for another reason a stranger reason. A letter somehow someway made it way to him. But this letter was not written by not just anybody but a old friend. It clearly stats to meet him on top of a place where people lose more then they win. That could only mean one thing. RainBase but why do they call it such a name? AS he kneels down to pick up sand it would go through his hands. "Funny how such a place could be called such a thing." AS he stood up he could see marine soldiers walking past him.

The reason they did not stop him was because he had on and all black robe with a mask to cover his face. Creepy yes but still he was in his right to wear what he wanted to wear. With the letter clearly saying to go to the very top just like the king of the sky's. This was a name he had given himself so long ago. But now he really does have the power to claim such a title. Thinking of the good old times he had with their captain and his old crew could bring even a pirate to tears. Hell a pirate need a hug too. But all in all Drac just knew he couldn't have been the only one to make it out of the fire. On that cold cold cold ass day everything was lost and not many of his ohana had made it out. This was including his twin.

As he walked along the road way he would come close to the giant pyramid shaped place he looked on."At the very top it said well damn looks like I need to fly from here. So I guess i need to get out of the view of growing my wings." Soon Drac would walk away looking around to make sure the close was clear. The last thing a playa needed was trouble. With his bounty so damn high. It was rumor people was at his head. But he was not worried just on his guard all the time. He would soon jump up and turn into his hybrid form flying sky high. Go up the size of the building thinking was this man made or no so many question he had of this place. Soon he would make it to the top of the building and would see nobody there."The note did say to wait a bit whatever the fu*k that means. But still it will be nice to see more of my family even if is by chance." Drac would wait there yet kept his guard up.

Slowly the wheels on the wheelchair went round and round slowly Dragon would make his way to the top of the building. Wearing a single Kuma mask he was an unknown to the people around him. Not that that matters because it was of none importance. Dragon was simply not that much of a catch compared to other people. His bounty was low and so was his fighting skills. So just what made Dragon so well charmed so well behaved in the face of danger. Well, it was his mind a being in its own right. The dragon was not 1 to brag of such a thing because that would be stupid.

The last time he saw his bond brother they both escaped a certain marine core. Most saw Dragon few but did they see the boy now a man known as Drac flee. Hopefully, they did not because Dragon had plans for the duo. Really big plans to make noise to move mountains to destroy all who tried to destroy them. As he made it to the rooftop he would roll to open the door. Wearing his green leaf suit Dragon was shape to the touch. His mask was all white as was his teeth. Dragon knew now that he was going to reunite with a member of his old crew he could start phase 2. But seeing how much chaos Drac than caused phase 3 will be put to the test.

As he opened the door he would roll out to see Drac standing there. Smiling as he took off his smile he would look him up and down. Lean build not as much muscle 1 would think. Dragon rolled over to him holding his arms out. "Well don't just stand there silly come and give your brother a hug the heavens only know I could wait for so long."

Drac eyes would look on to the door as he heard it open up. He would look to see a old face rolling in. A cheerful smile would soon come across his face.As the man came closer to him slowly but surely taking way to much time. As he lean in to give him a bro hug a smile would finally come. A smile so real and true so much so he nearly cried."It is so good to know that your not along in this world. I hated being along in this world Dragon I really did. But knowing you I just know you ain't come here just to chat. So what is the next move big bro? Wait hold on let me show you the new me first." Drac would soon break away from the hug he would run over to the building edge then jump right off.

Free falling down Drac would smile as blue flames came around him. Soon his arms and hands would turn to wings of the phoenix as his legs took on the bottom half of the phoenix. Soon he would fly right but up into air looking down at Dragon."Do you see this a lot have changed since we last met like a lot. I'm better now and these boys can't and won't hold me back. So what do you think of my devil fruit it is a mythical zoan the phoenix of legend?" Drac would soon power down as he landed waiting on Dragon respone.

As he broke away from Dragon and went to the edge. Dragon would see him fall off the building. This greatly shocked him to the max. "I wonder what is he about to show me. Truly he is a do it in the moment type guy. This should be great to watch or at least I hope it will be." Soon he would witness the great feat that Drac did and that was to become a Phoenix all on his own. The boy truly was amazing, to say the least. As he was doing his tricks in the sky Dragon would truly shed a tear. Seeing that over the years Drac truly did become a monster. Not just any monster but a monster if legend and that was the Phoenix bird.

A very big smile would come across his face as he watched the bird flames zoom go across the sky. The stars blending in very well with the Phoenix form of Drac. Dragon truly was in a happy place. "With such power, all I have to do is help him learn how to fully control it. Flying around is one thing but really striking from above is other. A monster in the making and I just so happen to have the book on monsters." Dragon would look as Drac came down and asking him what he truly thinks of his newfound gift. Dragon was not the type to shy away from a chance to grab power.

He rolled towards his bond brother looking truly amazed at what he just saw. As he rolled towards him he would smile as he kept going. Giving Drac the sign to follow him as he too would go to the edge of the building. Looking on over the large horizon of the sea of sand. He would slowly stand up from the wheelchair. As he set his book down and stood steady. With his rifle on his back. Dragon would point over to a small area. If Drac happens to look he would see a small group of birds laying down dead there. Soon he would take his rifle and aim at another bird there. The total distance from them from high to low and far and wide was 100 meters. Dragon would soon let off a shot after carefully analyzing the bird he wanted to kill. The air time was 3 seconds flat at the bird would fall out of the air.

Dragon looked to Drac as he slowly walked back to his wheelchair. "Drac do you see this gift of ours. I have a deadly shot and you have a power like no other. Together we can do way more than a little damage together my bond brother we can bring our ohana back and I know you know the meaning of family Drac." Dragon would say with such a look over his face. He would smile as he started cleaning of Killzone.

Drac looked on at Dragon and could tell he was impressed by his newfound devil fruit.But he would do the oddest thing and roll right pass him."No high five but whatever."He would watch as he stood up out of his wheelchair. Still confused at how he got to sit in one. But from the look of it his leg was totaled. But he would see that his homeboy had a rifle of some kind. Drac walked over to him and saw what he was about to do. It was a clean quite moment as he saw Dragon hold his rifle steady.For a mere damn moment you could hear a fly wing beat as Dragon pulled his trigger.


Drac looked on as he tried to follow whatever it was he was shooting at. It wasn't until Dragon made out what he just shot at. As Drac would look over the edge to see where he aimed his rifle at. Looking to see a pile of birds so far away. This was amazing as Drac never saw a bird get sniped down from so far away. He would turn around to see that his brother had taken his sit again back in his wheelchair. He would began to speak of how they could do damage and what not. True this did sound good but it was a big risk. Drac just knew he was a dead man with this bounty but still. He was not scared to go on a rampage after all it is what monster do.As blue flames started to cover his right face side. Drac was all ears on with what Dragon had in mind."So you say we can do way more than a little damage aye. Ok big bro count me in for this right now and I will let you know if I want to join you later.

A very cheerful moment indeed as two of alabaska came together. Dragon looked down and from his book, he would pull out a list of names. Everyone on this list needed to go for a reason or another. He smiled as he opens the list up. Looking on it he would point to a certain name. This was no weakling she was a supernova after all. Dragon looked on to Drac as he grinned at him.
"Do you see this name right here? Don't be fooled by the colors she is, in fact, a supernova. Her name is Terra and she is a zoan user such as yourself Drac. Don't you get it Drac we need to hand her over to the government to reap the title of the warlord that's all you need to know for now." Dragon would start to roll away.

Putting up the list he would use his hand to tell Drac to follow him. As he touched his face to feel the mask. He looked on as he would reach to open the door. He would walk through it assuming Drac followed him he looked around to see no one was on the top floor well besides the marine lieutenant who just came up there to meet them. Dragon smiled as he was about to show his bond brother a thing or 2 about moving in silence."Drac your bounty is high too high but that is an ok thing. It is not good or is it bad. But we are not at a power gap to whole such a thing. Look on carefully while I show you how to get rid of loose ends and set a trap my dear brother." Dragon would smile as he watched the mar marine lieutenant come towards them.

He had a height of 5'10 inches he was ok in size. More on the lean side of things. But what was he doing here at this very moment? Dragon only knew after all he was the mastermind of the operation. The man dressed in his marine uniform would come to Dragon and look over to see Drac. Fear soon would come over his face but Dragon would put his hand up. "Poor fellow worry, not he is simply here to watch the fireworks. Now then can you tell me of Big Will location I must know it as of yesterday?" The marine lieutenant still looking to Drac would turn his eyes towards Dragon. "Right sir he is at the hotel of Sandy Sweet he is waiting on the deal to be made." Dragon would take off his mask as he smiled at the marine. "I see all well so it just may end well. But the thing is why would he go that there of all places? The underworld has changed nowadays huh lieutenant." Dragon said this as he handed the man his money looking him in the eyes. "Also more marine will be there to arrest him soon. But not at this very moment. But knowing my captain she could be on the move so it is best I get going as well." Dragon simply waved him off as the man started to leave.

Putting back on his mask a devilish smile would come on his face. ""You're in my Killzone lieutenant Monnie Carmelo." Soon Dragon would pull his trigger shooting the man in the back. As the marine dog fell down to the ground Dragon would look up to see the snail camera recording them. His action was very well put on records. But what could that mean from him? " Do me a favor little brother he only could tell it was you because of your blue flames. Remember it is only you who have such a thing. So please don't use your powers at least not yet."

With all jokes aside Drac would follow him into the building. Drac was curious to the fullest as to just what Dragon was up to. He would follow him inside the building. Thinking of the list he showed him it was a dreadful thing. Other names was on that list but why go after a supernova. True the duo was not yet ready to take on big names. But on that list besides supernova Tera there was another name that stuck out to him. This is going to be epic one way or the other. However still what did he mean by becoming a warload. Sure they are the true dogs of the marine.

Drac was feeling uneasy going about this whole thing. But for now he will play along after all Dragon plans are always for the best. Soon he would make it inside looking around he could see that they are being recorded. But he was not worried his mask was on. But he did put on notice that his blue flames was out and about. This was because he still was learning his devil fruit powers in a way. But on the flip side it keeps him safe.As he walked behind Dragon he would stop looking on as a marine dog made himself known to the two. Drac looked on as he told his big brother about the location of some man.The marine dog must have feared Drac somehow knowing it was him. Telling him of the location of a man known as Big Will. Will who name just happened to be on the list. watching as the two talked about and than Dragon gave him some money.

He was not too confused at what just went down. But this did bring up the idea of just what the hell Dragon been up to himself? Looking on as he told him of where to go soon enough Dragon would shoot the dude. The marine dog body would drop dead as this shocked Drac. Soon he would tell Drac to keep his power in check. Drac smile as he started to walk after Dragon."So you say big bro anyway where are we going next?" Drac would ask this as he started to stop the fire from covering his face.
