Jonas Blackheart
A cool breeze swept over the island of Water 7. From his sleeping position in between a bunch of metal containers, Jonas could smell salt and smoke. The new smell would cause him to sniff the air. His eyes opening, observing the sky above. He couldn’t feel the hard waves hitting the ship anymore, so he assumed tat they docked. “Baltigo already? I thought the trip into the Grandline would be far much longer.” muttered the stowaway. Rising slightly, Jonas would lean up against the side of one of the containers. Some distance away (location unknown) he could hear men talking. Due to his distance from them and not seeing them directly. He couldn’t hear what they were saying. Besides fragments here and there. Although, something that caught his attention were a few words. Those words being Water and Seven. He didn’t hear anything that would suggest that they were in Baltigo.
Deciding to observe his surroundings more. Jonas would rise from his leaning position and maneuver himself through the crevices of the crates. The crates had casted a deep shadow on him, so when he erupted into the sun it had literally blinded him for a few seconds. The Long-Leg blinking a few times in order to regain his vision. After blinking, he would do a slight twirl. Taking in all of his surroundings. The ship was pretty barren besides all of the crates. About twenty feet away, he could see the crew standing on the docks. They seemed to be deep in conversation. Though, their conversation wasn’t what caught Jonas’s attention.
He was sure wherever the hell they docked was no Baltigo. Jonas has heard some descriptions of the Island of Crime and he sure as hell didn’t remember someone mention a giant water fountain in the middle of it. A big detail like that would have surely been embedded in his mind. As he stared at the magnificent architecture, Jonas thoughts would be interrupted by a scream. “What the hell you doing on my ship boah!” screamed a man with a very hard accent. Jonas’s stomach would turn having forgot he was suppose to be “hiding”. His mouth would morph into a frown. “I took the wrong turn and ended up on your ship. So sorry about that. I’ll leave now.” replied Jonas, staring at the crew of men on the docks. The man with the accent looked like he was about to tell Jonas to run along, but one of his crew members whispered in his ear and pointed at the East Blue native.
Jonas could only wonder what was being said, but he didn’t wonder for long. He couldn’t take any chances now. If he indeed was in the Grandline, then he would need to find a way to get to Baltigo. If he wasn’t so reckless he could have probably still been in his hiding spot in between the containers. Eyeing the small crew down, Jonas would take a single step backwards with his left foot. Those on the dock would see that and move there hands towards their weapons. A small smile of delight would appear on Jonas’s face. “I’m sorry uglies, but as much as I would like a fight. There’s too many of you. Catch me another time.” announced a laughing Jonas. Spinning on his left foot, he would turn around and run in the opposite direction of the crew. Specifically towards the back of the ship where another part of the docks was located.
Weaving through the many containers, Jonas would find himself to the other part of the docks. Jumping to the railing of the ship. He would regain his balance and summersault to the wooden docks with a nice landing. After landing, Jonas would take his run into the city itself with a whole crew of men chasing right behind him.
