Walking the sands of alabasta alone had become Zeeds norm now, with is pirate status and his powers to transform into basically a monster theres no one to socialize with muchless make any connections. Zeed had been traveling on the outskirts of nanohana for days practicing his word techniques and his powers as he deftly dodged the prying eyes of both bounty hunters and marines alike. Turns out the people he harmed a few days ago went and squealed the second someone found him now Zeed has a 1 million bounty out for his head which proves quite troublesome when trying to go unnoticed, civilians didnt know him sure but the sheer amount of bounty hunters and marines inside the city more than made up for that strength.
"Man i Cant get a moment of peace"
Said Zeed quietly as he heard the sounds of footsteps coming near his position oddly enough he only heard one pair of footsteps meaning the person coming towards him is either a fool or at the very least powerful enough to match Zeed on his own.

Suffice to say Zeed was wrong on both accounts as the man coming closer to Zeed proved to be no warrior at all despite the armor and Sword he carried on his back, even from this Distance Zeed could see that the equipment the boy had on was something entirely for show and could achieve no practical use in combat. Yes Zeed saw through this boy like a cheap merchandise, combed hair, trimmed nails and not a speck of dirt or scars on him this boy must be from a rich family and considering hes all the way out here he must be lost.

Zeed said under his breath, he began to take his first steps to engage the boy then stopped as one of his most brilliant and more etertaining ideas popped up, Sneaking off the the kids left side and making sure the kid couldnt see him Zeed began to shift itno his hybrid form, his body extending beyond a normal humans limits, scales appearing all over his body until finally his transformation completed itself turning him into a half snake half man slithering in at 30 feet long. Wasting no more time Zeed buried his body under the sand then slowly slithered towards the boys location making sure this time the boy noticed him coming.
'What is tha- BY THE GODS GET BACK'
The child screamed at the sight of Zeed slwoly rising from the sand far above the child's head with a wicked grin on his face, Noticing the expression on his face and the movement of his body Zeed coiled his lower half around the boys abdomen before he could escape, bringing the boy up to Zeeds eye level before he spoke.
"My My My, whats a helpless human like you doing out here? your mother never warned you these sands are dangerous"
Zeed said taunting the child.
'B-beast d-d-dont you dare lay a hand on me! i am the son of the merchant Brad bilings if he ever finds out about this you'll never be able to sleep again with the bounty he'l put out on you.'
Zeed only smiled in response to think he would use his dadys connections as a viable threat is laughable even more when he thinks the Threat of a bounty is a problem for a monster.
"Foolish boy do you not know of the predicament your in? I could kill you and hide the body giving me enough time to flee to were ever i want and your daddy wouldnt know were ive gone not too mention im strong enough to deal with whatever comes my way. Your too arrogant for a weakling i have half a mind to kill you right now!"
The child cowered in the face of my threats like a true weakling, Zeed listened to him beg and plead for his life before giving him an choice.
"Quite Fool, Ill spare your life in exchange for everything you have on you, your gold, your armor, and your sword and i want them NOW!"
Stuttering and flinching in fear for his life the child did as the monster asked stripping down and handing Zeed everything until the child was naked.
"Seems your not so Stupid after all, congratulations child you get to live another day but will your survive the desert nights? well only time will tell"
Zeed laughed at his own joke and the childs misfortune, Slithering off into the distance leaving the kid stranded in the sands. AS Zeed came upon nanohana he quickly reverted back into his human form, walking towards a merchant on the very outskirts of the city for a quick deal.
"Heres a Full armor set and its blade, all of it in good quantity so i want a good price for this"
Zeed said towards the merchant as the merchant briefly scanned the atire to prove its value. Shaking his head in affirmation the merchant laid a stack of gold in front of zeed which he took before slowly walking back to the outskirts of nanaohana, this truly was a fun day.
