Normal Man, Normal Day
There always should be a trigger. Moise's story didn't begin in the present and neither did his ascendance to prominence or power. Most people in the pirating world shouldn't have quick rises to their ranks, and neither does the marine world. Preparing is a natural habit of Moise's though and he's always been aware of the powerful foes in his world. In a little office on Momoiro Island resides Moise and for good reason he's chosen to be stationed in this area for hiding. Pink everything, pink everywhere. Where else in the crazy world is there such a twisted utopia? The only "paradise". Moise doesn't judge but he's not ignorant to basic psychological understandings. The Okama Kingdom he's taking residence in is abnormal but also deceivingly peaceful with it being difficult for such a unification of personal identities and pinkness to rouse any anger. Of course, Moise isn't completely welcoming of his environment despite the innate ease of workplace he's accustomed to.
Currently, it can be hopefully seen in Moise's appearance alone that he isn't willing to conform as his entire body's covered in a jet black "stocking". To bystanders, it's unknown whether Moise is even male or female but perhaps Okama Kingdom residents take this in an unintended way. Meditating quietly inside a "parking lot booth outpost" made of stone is Moise. Some take the little space Moise has as dedication to protecting the Okama Kingdom people. Realistically Moise doesn't need that much space for meditating during his job, as he can just sleep in other people's homes with the Mane Mane no Mi. And presently outside the useless booth stands an upbeat okama to come annoy Moise.
"Commodore-chan! Your cute minions say there's a situation."
"I'll see to it."
- Shed:
Cultivating his own "Evolving Justice" all the time was Moise's idea of a good time and his fun time was interrupted. An eye twitch escaped Moise as he realized the okama was eyeing him up. The inside of the booth is really the only immediate area with sunlight but it blocked the view of the okama originally somewhat. Isolation in this dark forestry area wasn't because Moise was totally avoiding his duties, as he's fast enough where any problem could be reached if necessary. Controlling himself, Moise smiled underneath his masked sleeve of a figurine. Maybe it was an instinctual attraction okama had for Moise that made him avoid them, as the Mane Mane no Mi is the perfect okama fruit.
"Thanks for your sacrifice and service!"
Silent calm succeeded the marine's apathetic but soft voice. Reciprocation wasn't genuinely possible from Moise and he was actually revolted by the okama's presence. In the shadow of the forestry stood this weirdo middle-aged okama in a tutu and the rest of his body covered in seaweed-like hair. You've made a mistake coming here. Distance from the human race was ever-present in Moise's heart. Pretending to be what one isn't is the flavor of the day and life for the Mane Mane user. Before him okama were simply too useless and incorrect for Moise to tolerate interruption with how perfect his power was. Drawing the okama in toward the booth by subtly manipulating the thing's emotion and body language was first completed. Decisive extension of Moise's palm toward the face of the okama simultaneously rang with a cold air. Maybe the marine-chan wanted to cuddle to console the okama for the scary situation? Hypnotizing came naturally with Moise's strong mindset and fruit powers.
