General Appearance: With his lax expression and heavy eyes this fishman is most known for his absurd height and lenght of arms. Ika walks and behaves just like a human on his workshift, but underneath his extra long black uniform coat he hides away a dozen of tentacles wrapped around him to avoid bulges underneath his uniform. Gills on his cheeks and his hat sitting perfectly ontop of his mantle. His slimy skin changes colour according to his emotions, though it is mostly light blue due to his negative attitude at most things. He hides his beak under a wide neckcollar, and he has a small loyal helper that cleans any inkspots he may leave behind.

Personality Overview: As mentioned earlier he is a negative lad with an expression that could make anyone feel down. He is usually the one having to do the large part of paperwork and taking in calls from other floors and double check if everything is on spot. Doing so at a daily basis has grown him tired and unmotivated to do everything at a perfect rate, aka slacking at work is not very unusual. Only way for him to quicken his pace is if either any Floor Chiefs or the Chief Warden gives him a nice slap at the back of the head. As for his view on himself he likes to imagine everyone else weaker than him except for the Chief Warden, he looks up to them and believes they are a force to be reckoned with, however if the Chief Warden ever retires Ika will for sure take over the spot without hesitation.
