Personality Overview: Is a man that has never shown his face nor will he ever do so. He has little care for formality and lovingly takes off his uniform jacket and hat whenever he can, usually he has to wear them in meetings which reults him being jsut silent and grumpy. Due to his pitch dark working place he enjoys to do stuff he normally wouldn't be allowed to do, such as using prisoners as toys, walking away from his working place for a random stroll etc.
