He got spiked white hair and chiseled beard to give him a more powerful look. He usually do not wear his coat, but when he does he makes sure his emblem on the coat is orange to show off his favourite colour. His alias 'Arrow' comes from his responsive manner to vile acts. He believes in justice and will dart to anywhere where help is heard, giving him the name Arrow of Aid.

Personality Overview: He is old, rugged and experienced with how the world goes. As an old loyal member of the marine force he has devoted himself up to the rank of a Rear Admiral through consecutive missions. Despite his story with pirates and cruelty of the many seas he has a true heart of laughter. He shows a warm attitude and prefers to smile rather than showing a frown in the time of need. James has a low standard for what humor is, he can and he will laugh if a pirate cracks out a joke, call James a pun-lover. His method of fighting contradicts his personality however, as he can be a master at martial arts, a brutal one at that. If a pirate keeps fighting despite having a clear loss James will break their limbs to stop them from continueing, he does not kill as far authorities have told, but it is told that he looks like a Gentle Giant but acts quite opposite.
