Staff following the guidelines for rewards on grading things unless that has been changed/taken down since I last saw it.

This topic explains the potential rewards that can be gained. I don't know what guidelines you are talking about. But everything should be graded based on it's quality now. And those that had to be corrected each time they did a grading are no longer staff.

The removal of a different area for voyage notifications. (that was a dumb idea and only wastes more space)

I think it wastes space, there wasn't a problem with it last time.

Staff who cares instead of sits in Discord all day while things pile up. Who? Give me names instead of groping staff all together. Because I take offense to that. I've personally done my best to check as much as I can and also RPing with my character. Since this isn't a actual job that I get paid for. Staff are allowed to enjoy the site and discord just as you are.

I never said they aren't allowed to do other things. But I know for sure you have staff members who don't do anything on site just like you know it. They might grade or look at one thing a month if that's what they are supposed to do.

None of this really matters though. But hey I figured Id start it off since I don't think anyone else will. Systems are fine as they are and the boards are too. I don't see a need to change anything like that. Just the inner workings are wack as high hell.

Everything you guys say matters because you are a part of the site. You saying it doesn't matter is just you making it so you don't have to defend your point. You need to realize it is just how you carry yourself and articulate yourself. Giving actually suggestions instead of complaining or shittalking day in and day out. Like how you have your concerns as opposed to how those below you did it. You came off as a dick and toxic.

Prove it, next time you guys are gonna change something on site ask everyone on the site what they think and go with what they want.

You say this but peserting staff via PM(which you've done), complaining relentlessly(which you've done), and being disrespectful and entitled halts your things from getting checked. We have both Formal and Informal Staff on this site. You can find members of Formal Staff on the staff list widget, while Informal Staff is not particularly identifiable. Regardless all Staff have been trusted with a certain level of responsibility in their realm of authority. Respect Staff's decisions and do not argue with their rulings. If you want something approved, make the requested edits, Staff will not haggle and barter with members on applications.

I would like to see more staff rping in bounty topic I been flipping through some of the bounties how easy these people been beating up the bounties is sad. It even more sad when staff allow it to happen. I AM NOT SAYING NPC EVERY BOUNTY but every now in then jump in to spicy up the topic let the pc know y'all lurking.

Not every thread should be NPC'd. If the ending isn't to what we think it should be we will change it since voids have been taken out. This is stated in the bounty board.  

I would also like to see staff jumping in pc solo voyages, gv, etc to make sure it not one side but these pc be doing pretty out far left shit, and wasn't met by npc forces that they should have been met with. An example of this would be like on opn when melly, blood, and whomever else attack lobbies , and vice admiral came in I want to see more of that.


I'm not against that. But from what we've seen and heard members aren't even that welcoming to PCs jumping into their topics uninvited. So unless they are doing something that truly warrants intervention at this time a NPC won't just jump in.  


A once a week reward wheel is legit idea something like the curse wheel on opn we had ton of wheel any of them could be used as a example.

I asked Vic to post something up so we can see it.

I would maybe like to see pirate of the month, marine of the month etc pc getting clout for they grind. Maybe a little boost.

Check the news coo for that. I bounced that idea area when we first started but felt it would be better to put those people that sign in the news coo so they are more known IC rather than OOC. Bonuses for this may be added later.

A time skip is always a good idea as well.

Lastly I want when a pc knows who you are by your bounty. For example if I am a marine how would know a pirate is wanted as in what level of bounty will he or she be common knowledge 40,000,000 million? is there a data base on each wanted person regardless of there level of bounty? we need a system on that please.

This is legit and I will have something put up so this is known.

Simply attacking to kill purely from ooc motive is different from wanting to participate in another's story. So what I said about you stands because you are a invader rather than a contributor to the topic; regardless of the reasoning you want to present.

What space are we wasting? There is a entire new staff role that mainly deals with those type of topics. One topics if for things that may need a few hours to be checked out(voyages/bounties/Grand voyages) while the other is for quicker things.

You keep saying people sit but you don't even know the roles of every staff member, nor will you. I think I have a clear understanding of who you are talking about though, since you got into it with him in the discord. You have a personal issue with someone talk with them. Don't push your frustrations on others.

Still you aren't backing your point. What would that serve when you already voice your opinions about things? You, like I said, aren't giving a suggestion but just complaining about something. What specifically should we talk to you about? Should the next small change be brought up?

We try to strive for grade to reflect the quality you put into your topic. Not the wait time or how much words you can type. Free rewards aren't something we want to just give out.

Why would be exempt something because they have a bounty? I don't a answer. But, to answer you exempting a function of the site due to this won't be done unless it is seen a appropatie. Which in this case it isn't.

It's frustrating reserving a bounty, getting that reserve approved. Then putting in the hard work in a thread, only to see the thread get denied or whatever by the same mods that approved the taking on of the bounty, cause of the bounty you yourself have. Not like the bounty of the PC was hidden or something when reserves were being made.

Reserves are OOC things not IC. You are confusing the two. Bounty doesn't come into play. Only thing that does is if you are actually on that Island.  


PCs with large bounties are successfully turning in bounties, with minimal rp effort I might add, just because they simply sent an NPC or whatever to go collect it instead.

People thought out how they were going to turn in their bounty. Since they also had a bounty. Your bounty has been the only one brought up for the means of turning it in.

After typing up 6-10k words, nothing stops every single PC from simply conjuring up some made up character and having them turn in bounties in every thread for them.

Should a Bounty be taken and not performed with integrity a staff sanctioned NPCer will take control of the topic or the outcome will be changed. A example for a changed outcome is if you powerplay through a entire bounty you end up being captured and sent to Impel(Pirate,  Revolutionary, or Vagabond) or severely wounded and forced to do a recovery topic(Marine or Vagabond).
