Activating his observation haki, he turned into a being of light, took off, and began his hunt for the last culprit. With him previously having been thinking of future plots for his career, he was now looking back to how he had been conducting himself and he felt he wasn't being true to who he was as a person. His outlook on justice didn't align with the popular opinion and he was very aware of this. Lu Dahn felt justice needed to be delivered with an iron fist. Less slaps on the wrist and more hard cracking down to make examples out of offenders to lessen the number of future offenders. Was his approach bullet proof? No, but nothing was perfect and he accepted that. He did feel his approach could be effective though and even if others disagreed he'd administer justice as he saw fit. Blood was a fitting price to pay for committing crimes in Lu Dahn's book, after all society had no real use for criminals, so they were all good as dead to him anyways.
Reemerging as himself about 40m high above the ground and the surrounding buildings, he began to scan the area with his eyes. He doubted the last culprit would have taken to the streets where pedestrians were, but it wasn't an impossibility, so he was looking at the streets too. Having no luck with his first look, he again became light, moved to another location not too far away, and looked again. Once again, he came up dry, so he decided he'd go to where he initially suspected the trio was heading to rendezvous and count their spoils.
"Scrap Beach." It was a beach made up of scrap heaps and trash at this point. Many outlaws and degenerates came here and some even lived here, so it wouldn't be outlandish to think the robber would have fled here for refuge. Still in the sky with a bird's eye view, the Commodore soon spotted the last robber still running while weaving around piles of scrap. He was about 75m away and getting further, but distance wasn't an issue as long as Lu Dahn could see the man. By moving at near light speed, Lu Dahn closed the gap to roughly 45m and conjured up a lance made of photons in his free hand. Pulling the arm wielding this weapon back while taking aim, he hurled the javelin as hard as he could through the air and it sailed through the air until it ran the man through his shoulder above the armpit.
"Agh!" Transforming into light, Lu Dahn transported himself in front of the man who had lost his balance and fallen from the spear piercing him.
"How'd you find me." Lu Dahn walked up to the downed robber and took his sack of Beli. Throwing the bag over his shoulder so it was with the other two bags the Commodore looked down at the robber and the two locked eyes. Opening and aiming his free hand at the man to show him his palm, a ball of light formed before it turned into a pure of light energy which erased the robber's existence.
Going forward, things would be different now. He had been much too soft on villains in the past, but now he'd begin working harder and punishing harder to make up for it. Returning to the scene at the bank, Lu Dahn saw that the local emergency response forces had gotten a hold on the situation and secured everything. Turning in the bags of Beli,he was thanked for his work and he went about his day.
