Rivalling the Kozuki Family, in power and influence, the Current Shogun of Wano hails from Sai, and since his rule, he's been trying to eliminate all ties of outside races and clans from Wano. Sai is a large region, containing several cities of interest. Wano's strongest dojo's are found in Sai, especially in city called Fuku.
